We serve 3 regions and therefore have 3 different 'book in a call' links based on timezones. I want to be able to create one dynamic content block for 'booking in calls' and insert it into all of my emails (rather than having to replicate the same dynamic content block into every email we send). Then anyone creating emails can use this dynamic content block, and also if the links or regions change, I only need to update it in one place.

I activated a survey in intercom and when I set the rules, it was supposed to send to around 300 users based on the rules I set. However, when I checked on the reports, it's showing as "0" sent, am I missing something? The survey has been live for 5 days.

5 years ago when we installed intercom into our suite of web and mobile applications, our custom messenger launcher would display the total number of unread messages as a small red circle near our custom launcher. This was a great way to let someone know they have a message waiting. However, I've realized it disappeared, and am having a very difficult time bringing the red circle with the volume of unread messages back so it is displayed near our custom launcher.  My investigation did reveal that we were/are using the "old" version of messenger, so I upgraded one of my test workspaces to the new messenger, hoping that it would resolve the issue, but it did not. That said, the "messages" icon inside the updated messenger DOES display the total unread notifications, but because that red notice isn't visible when the messenger is closed, the user does not know a message is waiting. Is it possible to implement Intercom Custom bot for a mobile version of the platform?

I have configured product tour for my SaaS application. I am triggering start of the product tour with my application's frontend with JS API Intecrom('startTour', 'tourId'). Product tours will be shown to some of users. And I want to have custom logic in my application for users who completed product tour (navigate user to another page or show some different text). So I need to detect if user completed product tour. Is there any way to track that user completed all steps of the product tour? May I have some JS callback for that event, for example: Intecrom('onProdcutToutCompleted', { ... some custom logic })? Or may be there are exist other ways to catch event of finishing product tours? Thank you in advance!

Our SaaS product is spread across different environments, which receive code at a different cadence. Env A gets a fresh deploy on Monday. Env B follows on Tuesday and so on. How can I configure Product tours so it can dynamically decide whether a new application version has been deployed or not in that environment? I do not want to trigger a tour if the feature is not yet available.

What is the definition of a "completed survey" tag? Is it when a participant has answered at least one question or ALL questions in your survey? i.e I have a rule that excludes people who have "completed survey". If a participant answers your first question and then leaves the site, will they be invited again or not?

Our team is considering changing our approach to customer support in which customers on certain plans can only get live support via our Intercom integration within a smaller range of hours than our customers on higher price plans. Is there a way to set this up in Intercom so the messenger shows the correct support hours & response time based on their user profile? We were planning on putting users into segments in Intercom if that would help make this possible.

Is there a command or setting that allows you to make the pop-up message disappear when the user moves off the specific page you have created the rule around? Further to this, our users will all have a unique URL but will have the same extension (e.g. www.company.com/app/specialpage). So is there a way to remove the pop up once they move off the page that has the extension?

I'd like to manually reply to an Inbox conversation with a survey that I've created via Intercom's surveys tool.  How do I add my survey directly to my reply? To be clear, I don't want to create a link to the survey - I want the clickable survey to populate directly in my reply so that the recipient can complete the survey without navigating away from the conversation. My partner and I have been assigning conversations to each other, but neither of us can find where these go. How can I find conversations assigned to me? I see an "Unassigned" but nothing like "Assigned to Me". "Your Inbox" has unassigned messages too.

Hello everyone, I am working as a CSM in a small SaaS startup. We are looking for ways to automate the onboarding of our users without Intercom's Product Tour features. Did any of you try to onboard users using a combination of custom bots and articles with embedded videos? If so, what are the key points to be aware of? If not, which alternative did you use instead? For instance, we have a "Getting started" collection in our Help Center which contains the essentials for getting any new user easily onboarded. We could either rework it or create a completely new section with some articles specific to the onboarding. Any suggestion or idea is welcome!
