We'd like to use this to get the email or conversation ID in a link that we can send to our system.  Something like {{ conversation_id }} I couldn't find these in any documentation - are there any secret ones?

Are there any SaaS industry metrics/best practices in terms of completion percentages that we should aim for? We use our Product Tours to create a one-to-all channel to help train user during Onboarding and for Product Releases. I know that you can see on a per tour basis the number of views and completion percentage, but trying to determine the following stats on a quarterly basis:# of viewsPercent of Tour CompletedAny other useful stats Also, are there any SaaS benchmarks/best practices that Intercom can share in regards to Product Tours as well?

I'd like to be able to be notified or notify a team member when certain actions occur. In the same way that you can email a customer at specific points, I want to be able to notify an account manager when one of their customers hasnt used the platform?

I'm new to the intercom so i don't know what to do. If anybody can help it's really helpful for me.

I have a chat to collect emails for a newsletter. However, it collects the email but doesn't organize it anywhere. No tag is added to show that they are on a list.  How are others using this functionality to acquire and grow their newsletter list? It is worth mentioning, we send our newsletter via MailerLite.

We tested the post which recorded us as 'Opened' but even though we clicked on a video inserted in the post, it did not record as clicked. Is that not tracked as 'Clicked on post'?

As for the image, I want to know if it is possible to let people who match ‘Who will enter’ get the message without matching ‘When to enter’  (After I tagged the customers, they should get the message from this series) From what I have tried, without setting ‘When to enter’, the message won’t be sent. Is there any way I can fix that?  Thank you so much. 

Hi, our product is based in Portugal but we work with different languages. I'm working on a Series for english language customers and would like to include the date their trial expires. I'm using an attribute which sends the date in numerical values, but for some reason it shows up on our emails as text, and in Portuguese for some reason.How can I change this? Ideally I would like for the date to show up at DD/MM/YYYY, but if that's not possible at least in english, so the customers don't get confused. Thanks!

I planned to create many series, and it would contain the same message (the same box). I wonder if Intercom will detect it and won't send the message repeatedly.  So, my question is "Will my customers be received the same message?" Let me know if the question isn't clear, I'm more than happy to clarify further. I want to set up an automatic outbound message that shows up for a user who comes back after not using the app for more than a week. How do I do that with the Rules? Ideally I'd also be able to have a few different versions of this message and the first time it happens the user would get one message, the second time they'd get a different one, etc.

For example, I want to have the URL https://onemetric.io/{{ value of company _id }}/billing/whatever, where company_id unfolds into the UUID.Thanks

Hi, can we send in series or after a direct chat to ask the user to like us on facebook, in there any intergration? or just the link we can send out? what is the most stylish way , maybe somebody have cases

I want to ensure that the user doesn't have to scroll to read the whole message, so was hoping to make the width large enough to be able to accommodate it entirely. Thanks, folks.

Hello! I'm creating a series to send a promotional campaign. I send specific emails to users based on different factors but I'd also like to show a post "popup" to all visitors that aren't logged in.  Is there a way of achieving that? Thanks!

We just launched a new feature and as part of our Series, we included an email. The replies were sent to our 1st Level Support team because any inquiries about the feature would go to them.  There were very few questions about the feature because it is pretty intuitive. (yay!) Unfortunately, they got hundreds of automated replies from our users who had their own out-of-office settings turned on. (booo!) Is there a better way to do this? As our user base continues to grow, the volume of out-of-office replies will increase.

Is there a way to darken the background of the product tours? Our entire product design is in dark mode, so bright white product tour posts are a bit jarring.

Hi everyone, I have several onboarding series where each one tries to onboard a user in something. All series ends the same way: if the user hit the series goal -> tag ONBOARDED_Xelse -> tag NOT_ONBOARDED_X and send an email asking for feedback. This works really good, but I need something else :) If the customer doesn't reply the feedback email in a couple of days, I want to tell my CS team to contact her/him. The ideal would be to have a series node to create a Trello card, but I'm ok if I can send an email to cs@... with basic info, ie "Contact {name} of {company} that wasn't onboarded in X". I couldn't find a way to do this, is this possible? Thanks!

HI! I was evaluating other digital adoption platforms and I already like the direction Intercom is taking. I want to understand what's in store so that I can be confident that I made a decision for the long term.  What's planned for product tours? For example, are things like Tooltips and Checklists in plan?

I've set up a Series that includes a Post with an embedded video clip. I would like to see how it will all look when it's live, but I can't find a way to preview a post.  When I see it in the builder, the video clip does not consistently play. and when it does play, I don't hear sound even if I click.

Is it possible to trigger a Series by recent page views? I can see the data in a user profile but not in the rules.

We have around 25 different Series so it would be really nice to be able to group them together in the main Series overview page. i.e.Onboarding Series xOnboarding Series yOnboarding Series z Trial Expired Series xOnboarding Series yOnboarding Series z I can't see there's a way to do this, or am i missing something?

Building a product tour, I have created all the slides, but after the 3rd slide or pop up and click next, the correlating screen does not load, it stays on one screen for the remainder of the tour.

first try at a product tour. when i preview the tour, i'm routed to the correct url, i sign into my webb app, but the tour never displays. what newbie goof am i making?

We're currently trialling the Inbox Essential. After sending our first email our account has been put in review. We are getting the message: Email can't be sent right now as your workspace is being reviewed. We've emailed your workspace admin with more details. Read more on our review process here I've messaged via the support chat a number of times over the past couple of days, but not had any response. How can we move forward?

I use dynamic URLs on my site but want to create a Product Tour that launches on every version of that URL. How can I do this?
