Hello, I need to manager automatically our customer who try to reach us out of office hours.I thought that was a basic feature but it seems not...So it seems I need to set up a custom bot to be able to send automatically an out off office message. I need to display this message each time a customer intent to contact us through intercom out of our office so every weekdays night and on weekends.  But obviously, impossible to find anything out in helpdesk, and I don't expect an anwser from intercom support team before severals months...So thank in advance for your help and feed back !   

We have custom bots on our website that are getting spammed bombed from Middle Eastern and Asian countries. Blocking those visitors is not working. I can't set a rule to not show the messenger without affecting the Messenger for valid visitors. Does anyone have experience with this?

I sent out a custom bot and I'd like to know the user responses

Hi,  We created an event called "Analyse_error", in order to detect every time one of our users encounters an error while using our solution. This events is well detected by Intercom and appears in the "rules" that determine when to launch the bot. For example, I can choose to send the bot to every users that encountered an error in the last 2 days.  However, I would like to launch the bot AS SOON AS the user encounters an error. That means, EVERY TIME, and AS SOON AS the event is detected.  How can I do so ?  Thank you for your help.

We use the bot inbox and I just found a number of auto closed conversations that, IMO, should not be closed. My resolution bot was set to close if the bot already answered the question. If you look at the flow of the conversation above it seems as if Intercom is taking a null response from the customer as an assumption that the answers helped and then closing the conversation. This is dangerous and I would ask that the conversation only be closed if a customer clicks 'that helped' or some other confirmation screen Intercom would send.

Hi. I have a custom bot set up to engage visitors/leads. It triggers after 10 secs on our homepage URL. However, I am noticing that if I open/interact with the bot at all (whether I reply or don't reply) it won't then re-trigger/fire when you next visit the website. Why is this? I have tried a series of rule testing in order to get it to trigger regardless of site visits etc. and tested on a range of people and they have said the same. Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!

Is there an option to set time for activating a bot?My use case: I want a bot to send a message in chat if user's message in chat was not answered for 10 mins.

What is considered as a good Resolution bot coverage rate?

We'd like to study if the order of the Custom Bot buttons affect the experience of the user, ie. the user selects one of the top buttons, but would be better serviced by options presented at the bottom. We are wondering if we can randomise the order of Custom Bot buttons and see the effect in visitor interaction.

Why does the task bots forms and suggested article doesn't consider languages other than English?

On Series there only seems to be the option to add a normal custom bot. If it's created and I try and import it into the series, I can't find it in the search

There are no error messages, the button is disabled. Any idea how to fix? I asked already in support chat but the reply may take a lot of time.

How to export datas from bot ?

From Intercom's help center, it says, "Video bots are muted by default. Visitors can easily unmute them by clicking the speaker icon:" However, the speaker icon is a really dark color in our video bot, so it's nearly impossible to see. In the help article below though, their screenshots shot the speaker icon being white: https://www.intercom.com/help/en/articles/2478656-personally-engage-your-visitors-with-a-video-bot/p> How can we change the speaker icon color on our end to be white? Thank you for the help!

I've been spending an afternoon trying to set up a Custom Bot to show up when a user clicks a button on our page (multiple buttons ideally but I'll settle for just one right now). We go through the process of first: ensuring intercom is installed on the site; next: going through the sets within creating a bot under "Operator" > "Custom Bots" -> "From a button" and make sure the button on our site is selected. The rules seem to look correct, but after making sure the bot is live, nothing happens when we click the button. Could there be a step we're missing? This seems like would be much easier if there was a Javascript SDK function we could use to "manually" trigger it

Hi community, I'd like to send a visitor an email after a certain bot interaction (and also after capturing their email).  For example, the bot offers them a resource and it asks whether they would like it to be sent to their email. Would the easiest way be to tag them and then create an ongoing email with the tag as the Rule? Thanks in advance!

For instance we ask for name and email address, but right now there's nothing preventing users from entering a 100 character name or a malformed email address.

We can see in the configuration of canvas kit, we can tick operator. But its not clear, when the operator will be called? where do we need customize or configure? Cld anyone provide me a link to learn about the operators.
