WhatsApp Lead without Phone number

Hi,I connected my facebook business WhatsApp account with Intercom. The message is getting received in the intercom, and I can respond. But the user data for the incoming conversation creates a lead with no phone number in the data.  All I see in user data is the name of the person and a user-id field filled with Whatsapp------- some random mix of alphanumerics. Is it working as intended? Should it not fetch the number of the person who sent a message in the data? Also, if I try to start a Separate NEW conversation with this lead, I cannot do so, as I do not have the number.

Feature Request

I have a couple of feature requests. First one is a small one but a small UI change each of my teammates ran into. It would be nice to be in the Inbox and not have to be "stuck" in a chat, meaning you have to be viewing any active chats when in that window. There have been many times when me and my co-workers clicked the Close button on the chat thinking it would just close the window.Second, It would be nice to have an exact timestamp on the chat messages because anything over an hour just specifies the timestamp in hours or days which is not very helpful for reviewing chat times for certain purposes.

Why am I getting a "User Not Found" error when testing my mapping from Segment?

mapping:I'm trying to add intercom as a destination from Segment, to send data about users signing up. How to populate last seen values from Intercom to Google Sheet?

I have a set of email IDs that I maintain in a Google sheet. When I trigger I want the value of last seen to be updated to a Google sheet? Is it possible?

There are spacer elements in this email. Why do they seem to be removed for some recipients?

Interconnected doesn't know I'm logged in

It looks like Intercom doesn't know that I'm already logged in. Noticed this a few days ago, it still wants me to join the community even though I'm already logged in. Was anything changed?

Is there a way to subscribe to specific keywords being posted to this community?

I have been looking for a way to subscribe to certain keywords in this community. This is one of the most useful features of the Atlassian Community. The idea would be that I receive an email whenever someone creates a post with one of those keywords. Do you think this is something that could be added to Interconnected?Alternatively, would it be possible to create a group specifically for specific apps? In this case, we could at least subscribe to that group and do not have to browse the community daily for new questions regarding our apps.

Do you use an Avatar to post comms to customers via Intercom as a first point of contact? If yes, please can you link your website to me as I'm looking for examples of good practice. For example www.gainsight.com use a robot image for their Avatar who is the first to send you a question when you go on their website

Feature request: a visual pipeline to view users/companies at different stages of funnel

Having a visual pipeline (similar to Hubspot, Pipedrive etc.) in Intercom would be incredibly valuable and would probably remove the need altogether for a separate CRM tool like Hubspot/Pipedrive. I’m quite surprised Intercom hasn’t introduced something like this yet. It shouldn’t be overly complex and would add so much value to Intercom and their customers.

Looking to hire a Dev experienced with Intercom API.

Hello,  We are looking to hire a dev who can help connect Intercom with our tech stack such as, Memberspace, Circle, and possibly even Podia. Most important in Memberspace. As it stands, Intercom doesn't seem to be able to pull in data from Memberspace since they don't release the IP address of our users but they have several dev articles dedicated to the topic, however, JavaScript knowledge is needed which is above my head. Please email me at shawna@earthspeak.love - looking to hire asap. Why the operator is not asking for conversation ratings after the chat is closed?

The conversation was replied to by a teammate.The conversation was of 510 characters (including replies from the teammate and the customer, and spaces.The conversation was closed within a week of the last reply.It was a 1:1 conversation.Rating request was not sent previously.The user started this conversation.

How do I stop new Series entrants from getting old messages?

Question about email series - I thought that new people who entered a campaign would not receive "past emails" (ie. with specific date-based waits). But I had new entrants get all past emails at once. What do I need to do to keep that from happening?

How to automatically update a company data attribute when an existing user gains a people data attribute?

I'm collecting a certain type of data about my users with a post using Ask a Question app, that can only save answers into a people data attribute. That specific attribute is in a list format. My marketing team needs this information in a company data attribute in a text format.  Would anybody know how to set up automation that would allow me to move text value from my list format attribute into another attribute that is a text format? The first one is people data, the second should be company data. Thank you!
