I’m also interested in fetching other report metrics (Median response time, New Conversations) from my account to my app and I’m confused about the API Reporting Docs. I’m attempting to use the Node SDK. I’m not sure if I’m structuring the query correctly or using the proper conversations methods, but I’m getting an undefined in my console. When I’m creating a numbered or bullet list, I sometimes need to add a callout in-line. I have tried Shift + Enter, but the callout button is disabled.I have also pressed enter to “exit” the list. I can insert a callout here, but it treats the list as a new one and starts over at 1. instead of continuing the previous numbers.How can I add a callout to a list and still continue the list?

Hi All, I want to create a survey that can be sent out through an email campaign, or through the chat function and for that data to be linked back to the account details. When using a sharable link, the survey data is anonymous, and with the context of my survey it makes the data we receive pointless.  Any help would be great. 

When closing a ticket, there is a new box that says ‘leave ticket in’. What does this mean?  

I have a custom action that calls my api then stores that response in a custom object. It takes an id, and returns a json with a bunch of values I want to display as buttons. When I do this, I am getting more buttons than objects returned by the api, which I would guess come from previously created custom object instances. How can I make it so that the only buttons created are the ones from the associated custom action? I also have access to an id field that I could filter by, although I haven’t found a way to do so yet.

HelloWe are currently working on making our website accessible and defining it according to WCAG standards, we are aiming for the AA standard.We use Intercom on our website and only the Fin chatbot function. We have the following problem there.The screen readers read out ‘Open Intercom message service’ or ‘Close Intercom message service’ in the launcher, i.e. the attribute is stored. The responsible certification organisation has now informed us that this is not self-explanatory enough. Is there a way to adapt this text to our needs? We would like to store something like ‘Open chatbot’ / ‘Close chatbot’ so that it is really clear what is behind the switch. Any help is greatly appreciated!Thank you!S. 

Hi all,We have started using events to trigger transactional emails and it’s great that we can use the metadata to add content to the email.We want to add a list of things that are pending from the user. The list could be as small as one thing or as big as the user added to their tasks. How can we achieve this ? Ideally iterating over the list and just adding the text that was added to the event metadata. And yes, we’re aware that there’s a limit of 20 metadata parameters and that strings can be a maximum of 255 characters long.Thanks,Aldo

Hello!Our team uses multiple teams to organize our workload based on tasks and communication channels. Adding language-based separation would create an excessive number of additional teams, making it difficult to manage shifts efficiently.We've found that:We cannot add "skills" to agents to designate the languages they should handle. Workflows do not support the "do not assign to" option.Is there an alternative way to prevent agents from being assigned conversations in languages they do not speak, other than creating separate teams?

We have noticed in certain circumstances it would be good if the customer reply didn’t re-open a conversation or ticket such as when a customer thanks us for our help. Its nice to hear that the customer is happy but we don’t want the conversation to reopen. I know I can set it so conversations don’t reopen at all, but this then creates a new conversation which is worse that one reopening. Has anyone got any ideas on how best to resolve this?

I have an api that sends back a json object with keys that may change every time the call is made. It looks like custom objects require strict field declarations beforehand, so I’m not sure how to handle this data. Ideally I’d like to store both the keys and values, as I’ll need both of them. Thanks!

Hey there!When updating the language in the article opened within the messenger, it will update the content of the article to the set language but will not update the language in the footer of that article.Footer unchanged after changing the language within the messengers article.​​​​​Cheers

HeyOur app is multi region so we have eu.app.com and us.app.com.We are using the same intercom on all the domains.We would like the links in the Help Center articles to point to the correct region based on the invocation source.So if a user clicks on intercom eu.app.com all the links in the articles should point to the eu environment, same for US.Without this option when a user clicks a link in the documentation they are taken to the wrong environment. Is there a way to achieve that? Use some kind of magic tag in help center articles?Thanks!
