Hi,  I want to create a survey to get an idea if a new feature is working as expected. How can I create a survey with “How did our xxxx do?” thumbs up and down, with an optional free text field after selecting?

One of my proactive support messages isn't sending despite users matching rules. I checked using the “check if a user matches” and Intercom agrees that the users match but is not sending the messages.

I would love some information on how you guys best support users across multiple time zones, I am currently facing a big issue that Intercom says is ‘expected behaviour’, how do you get around this?About us.We have support teams in 3 countries, we have 3 teams set up with 3 different office hours. Our assignment rules work to make sure each conversation is assigned to the right team. Magic right?  There’s 1 HUGE problem. The home screen of Intercom, where it says our office hours (‘We’ll be back later today’), will only ever pull the default office hours, which is set to the UK.This means that for 6 hours when our Japan team are online, all of our Japanese users see a message that tells them we are offline. The same happens at the other end of the day, when our UK team logs off, our US users see a message to say we will be back tomorrow, even though we have a team online waiting to help them. This is happening for logged-in users, so we know their details, language and time zone

Our use case: - On Domain A we have hosted products A , X and Z - Domain B we have hosted product A, B and C Note product A is common in both the domains - Help center is hosted on a sub-domain of domain A and has collections for ALL the products A, B,C X, Z - Want to show Collections in Help space in Messenger as follows: -  users who logged into domain A are shown Articles for A, X and Z (In Messenger Help) - users logged into  domain B are shown Articles A, B and C (In Messenger Help)

Is there data on what is more engaging - Large message (popup that darkens the screen) or small message (on the side and less intrusive)? 

I logged into intercom and couldn't find my workspace. Intercom asked me about the company name so I could create a new workspace and start with a trial account. All members of my team have this problem. How can I fix it?

Hi, I launched a product tour twice and both times the issues are mostly that it’s appearing on other pages for some users. Is there something I’m missing when setting up the URLs?I’ve attached screenshots of my URL settings and a screenshot of the issues. The only solution I found is to add all the “does no contain” links to keep it from popping up on those pages. Is there another way around this?Thank you in advance,Sulamita

I can not see any plan. Actually I don't find how to add plan to Intercom. 

Hello, I am looking to change the options of the CSAT ratings.  Specifically, the current CSAT options gives the visitor 5 faces to choose from when rating how their service was.  Is there a way to choose just a ‘Thumbs Up’ and a ‘Thumbs Down’ option when asking the visitor to rate the messenger conversation?Thanks!!

I have a trouble when using addUnreadConversationCountListener in Android platform. It is not returning the same value inside Intercom home screen.I have created a new chat conversation automation workflow, then i back to previous screen → a unread message coming but the number of unread conversation is not increasing.

I was wondering if there is any way of automatically tagging users when sending individual/personalized outbound emails, so that tag could (later) be used as the entry rule to a series. Is it possible? Is there any other way? Thanks in advance!

We have a Jira board for a specific type of ticket internally. We would like to shift to Linked Tickets, but Linked Tickets only has In Progress and Waiting on Customer statuses. We need to mark tickets with more statuses depending on which stakeholder it is pending on. Custom statuses or tags on tickets can help solve for this. Is there any way to implement these now?

The two teams will be Sales Support and Order Support. What we want is for both teams to appear when a customer requests to chat with a representative, and for the conversation to be directed to the appropriate team. How can I set this up?I've been searching the web extensively but I haven't been able to figure it out. I would greatly appreciate your help. Hi there,Is it possible to link to the Intercom help center, but when the user lands, pop up the messenger?The use case is that we want to try and pop up the messenger using a URL param or something similar, is that possible?​​

We are trying to design an in-app pop up that will be displayed to a new user upon logging in the first time and direct them to take a course (external link) and we want to keep sending reminders to the user until they click the link. My question is:If a user closes a post pop-up on the first log-in, would we be able to send reminder pop-ups at some predetermined cadence? Is it possible to have a rule that makes it so that, if a user clicks the link in that message, the message won't show up any more?

Several users are added to a series, but not added to another series I thought they would have been. Is it just possible that a user can’t be added to multiple series at once?

Why are my leads marked as NOT MATCHED if they capture the NAME and the EMAIL in the previous step. Do they need to stay online for 3 hours to be matched? I want to make sure a tour stops showing when a user has completed the tour. Is this done manually everyday by tagging everyone who has completed? Would the best option be: “Send every time the person matches the rules”Thank you in advance!Sulamita

I have an event that comes from Stripe called "received discount" which has metadata coupon_id, percent_off, amount_off, and duration. I want to be able to create a filtered view for users that received discount with a specific coupon_id. I am able to view this event and metadata in the user profile it just appears that for filtering purposes you can only filter on date or count.
