Intercom iOS SDK takes long time to load

Our investigation shows that Intercom iOS SDK is slowing app startup time. It accounts for 50% of our app startup time(350-600ms added). using this option when debugging: `DYLD_PRINT_STATISTICS` Total pre-main time: 942.46 milliseconds (100.0%)   dylib loading time: 321.59 milliseconds (34.1%)   rebase/binding time: 47.07 milliseconds (4.9%)   ObjC setup time: 211.68 milliseconds (22.4%)   initializer time: 362.10 milliseconds (38.4%)   slowest intializers :   libSystem.B.dylib : 7.52 milliseconds (0.7%)   libMainThreadChecker.dylib : 43.20 milliseconds (4.5%)   Intercom : 556.15 milliseconds (59.0%)   OurMainAppTarget : 28.28 milliseconds (3.0%)

Android app using SDK version 14.0.0 suddenly crashing when opening any collection of articles

Our Android app is suddenly crashing for any user that tries to open a collection of articles inside Intercom. SDK version 14.0.0. Opening individual articles seems to work fine, just not collections.We have a pre-release version with Intercom version 15.10.3 and this does not crash, but this is not helpful for the thousands of users on the old version. I don’t see anywhere saying SDK 14.0.0 is deprecated. Also, iOS is working fine. No changes have been made our side. [Android] Crash from release 15.8.0

Compile issue when R8 shrinker is enabled

Hello, I am an Xamarin/Maui developer, and I am using intercom SDK for Android.I have created Xamarin Android binding for all required projects. Everything is working fine when I run the things without r8 shrinker. Android Intercom Push Notification handling issue

I'm having trouble with handling push notifications from Intercom. Intercom Push Notifications Not Working with Manual Handling on iOS (SDK 18.1.0)

Hi!I’ve encountered an issue with configuring push notifications in Intercom on iOS.I’m using the latest Intercom SDK (18.1.0). React Native SDK, after first notification, subsequent messages do not trigger the `IntercomUnreadConversationCountDidChangeNotification` or update the unread conversations count. Deep links on Intercom push notifications for iOS do not send the user to the correct page.

Package: @intercom/intercom-react-native: ^3.0.3 When a push notification is sent via Intercom, with a deep link, the deep link opens correct on android (it opens to the correct in-app page when the app is in the background and the notification is clicked, as well as when the app is closed and the notification is clicked). However, on iOS, if the notification is clicked while the app is closed, the notification does not send the user to the correct page, it simply sends them to the home page (the page they would have landed on if they had simply opened the app by itself). If the notification is clicked while the app is backgrounded however, it does send them to the correct page. Anyone have any idea why this behaviour might be happening?

Expo 50 With Official Plugin Realtime Chat Not Working

Hi there,I've just installed the latest version of the Expo plugin (6.8.1). Everything is mostly working, but there are some issues. I've noticed problems with push notifications, and I'm unsure if they are related to the following:1. We're unable to retrieve the unread message count correctly. The listener isn't working, and even when the app is open, new messages aren't being fetched.2. In chat, replies from an "agent" aren't showing up in real-time. To see new messages, we have to close and reopen the conversation, which disrupts the chat experience.Any advice on these issues would be appreciated.Thank you

[Bug] [Android] App open Intercom chat Activity after push-notification click before launch of app MAIN/LAUNCHER activity

We migrated the SDK version from 15.0.0 to 15.5.0 and then saw the error described in the header. In 15.0.0, our MAIN/LAUNCHER activity, which processes information about clicks, was initially opened, than it opens Intercom Chat. After migrating to 15.5.0, this behavior broke. The problem is that our activity opens immediately after the intercom chat activity opens. This leads to confusion for the user. Version 15.9.1 of the Android SDK broke our Sentry config

We upgraded the Android Intercom SDK from version 15.7.1 to 15.9.1. After pushing out a new release of our app, we noticed that we were not getting crash reports from Sentry. We use Sentry as well as Firebase Crashlytics to analyze crash reports.After investigation, we determined that the Intercom Android SDK also uses Sentry. Updating the Intercom SDK had overwritten our configuration. This resulted in Sentry being turned off for our app.Manifest merger failed : Attribute meta-data#io.sentry.auto-init@value value=(true) from AndroidManifest.xml:45:55-75 is also present at [io.intercom.android:intercom-sdk-base:15.10.3] AndroidManifest.xml:25:13-34 value=(false). We need to show users that there are additional unread responses - how is this done?Seems the Android SDK behaviour differs and every new message is displayed as it comes in.

React Native -- login error messages on iOS vs Android

Hi there! I’ve been debugging an issue with our React Native app’s implementation of the `loginUnidentifiedUser` + `loginUserWithUserAttributes` combo, and noticed that while the Android module has a few descriptive cases before being handled by `IntercomError.getErrorMessage()`, the iOS module simply throws a generic error for all failures.Is there a reason why actual request errors aren’t being bubbled up through these methods? For example, if the login failed due to the Identity Verification check, I feel like it would be reasonable to include that and the related code in the failure callback.Thanks!

React Native Universal Links

Hi there, we’ve got a barebones React Native app running the Intercom SDK version 7.1.3 - we’ve been trying to follow the documentation to setup Universal linking (including the appropriate Info.plist attribution), so our CX team can link specific places inside the app from their conversations https://developers.intercom.com/installing-intercom/react-native/deep-linking - but we’ve found that it correctly routes behind the modal for Intercom, but Intercom still opens up Safari (this is on an iOS test device) even though the specified domain is included in the ` IntercomUniversalLinkDomains` property in `Info.plist` - we are using AppsFlyer if that helps / aids anything, and React Navigation under the hood. (So if we head back to the app and dismiss Intercom, we are in the correct place)Thanks!
