Hello everyone After testing the roles settings, we have realized we still cannot limit access to the contacts section that has all the emails and phone numbers of our clients.  It is true we can limit exporting it in CSV but we can copy paste most of the information. This is a problem for GDPR as we are planning of having a flexible workforce to do support for us.  This means that many people will have a Seat on intercom to access the Inbox and answer the customer's queries but all of them will also be able to access all that data and there is a possibility of an information leak and a GDPR fine. Has anybody faced this issue before?  Thank you

Hi friends - I work for a company that wants to gather admin names, their inbox status, and their last login data from the API. Last login is stored separately in event logs. Is it possible to get user object + last login in a single GET request? Basically, trying to simply the number of API calls we make. Making a call to the Admin is much better than making calls to both Admin + Event Audit Logs and doing surgery work to stitch those values together. Having Last Login data, account invited date, and account deleted date as properties of the user object would be very helpful.

We are using app.heartbeat.chat to host our Community, but can't figure out how to integrate Intercom into it. Intercom works on the main website (startupstrategycentral.com), but once you click the link to sign in and it takes you to the community portal, Intercom goes away. Help?

What's this WORKSPACE really used for?- Can we link specific workspace to specific pages a website?- how are they linked with licensing/subscription?- can we have each workspace have it's own messanger configuration?

It seems like it should be possible to delete all of the current user's data with Intercom using the Mobile SDK and not have to call the REST API to do this.

Hi!  We send newsletters to our customers from outside Intercom. For example, we'd like to target outbound messages to the people who have clicked some link on the newsletter and landed to the webpages. Is this kind of targeting possible as those newsletter aren't send from Intercom? Can referral url be used for this? Is there any limitations?

Hello,  We are looking to hire a dev who can help connect Intercom with our tech stack such as, Memberspace, Circle, and possibly even Podia. Most important in Memberspace. how to report a massive attack or have special support for urgent/emergency matters? During this monday, we received thousands of emails from suspicious senders. This attack was using an email that we don´t have in our list. It was an email xxxxxx@ourdomain.intercom-mail.comWhich means that these email was in the intercom server collapsing our inbox.Now I am not sure how to report this incident and haven´t received any support from any intercom agent.The only think we could do, was to block one-by-one, all the senders. Also, we closed the conversations with a bot.

We have a product section with our mobile app settings page and I would like the result of pressing each option to launch a unique custom bot for each product. When creating a bot from a button it will only allow me to select a website section and by the looks of it, I can only start a chat from a button press, not a custom bot. Can anyone help?

Can we block users from different countries?

The help article doesn't seem to specify if the calculation is for a 24 hour period or during the set work hours in intercom for Median first response time.  We don't operate 24/7 yet so it would be great to compare this number (Median first response time) or any of the other metrics to office hours.  Hoping I missed this in the help articles? https://www.intercom.com/help/en/articles/4323871-measure-and-compare-your-team-s-performance/p> Perhaps there is a filter option that is paywalled?  

We are currently using this app to sync user data and conversations to our CRM, Pipedrive:https://www.intercom.com/help/en/articles/2535853-pipedrive-app/p> It seems like any inbound/incoming messages into Intercom from a user are synced to their profile in Pipedrive, but any outbound messages/emails we send them from Intercom are not logged/synced to that user's profile in Pipedrive. Is that correct or have I misconfigured something?
