Currently on a growth subscription plan and wondering if this plan includes intercom inbox subscription? Or does that need to be purchased separately? Looking to integrate Microsoft Teams and Intercom together. As we would like to split sales and service-related queries.Thanks.

Exactly what the title says - where I work we’re having a spate of conversations that aren’t meeting SLAs, but I’m not sure if they’re being assigned in a timely fashion so I would love to see WHEN something was assigned. I thought turning on ‘View Conversation Events’ would help, but that’s only showing when automations are running, not when the assignee was changed.  Thanks!

I am using the conversation API and sending a conversation reply as of type  'quick_reply' and setting reply_options with text and auto generated uuid for my buttons but when a user clicked on the button there is no metadata being sent with the related uuid inside the conversation_parts.How can I get the metadata from conversation_parts from user clicked button?

I was wondering, how exactly FIN using PDF files as a source of data. Is it the same as help portal where FIN reads, interpret the data and use it to compile answers or can it be used as Snippet? Example.Can I create a PDF file where I will list info in the following format If the customer asks “xxxx” question or its variationThen use this as a base for an answer - “yyy”I basically want to eliminate snippets with it. Use PDF file to gather all the snippets, then translate each PDF file to multiple languages and upload them altogether. Covering 2 points - managing multilingual content and uploading snippets-like instructions in a bulk. If Intercom team can take a look at it and let me know if it will work, that would be swell. And of course, if someone else tried this, plesae, let me know :)

how to create banner that will run for 3 days on the 10th day after they signed up intercom. So that I wont have to create banners for each day.

Since last 48 hours i am waiting for the reply from support team but no one is even bother to reply on chat.Intercom response is so bad that should we go ahead with your service or not even i have doubt in that.I have sign the document and share with you guys 48 hours ago but the account is still not activated as support pro. Please create something good in your website so that the user can themself atleast buy the service what they want even if we are ready to pay we dont have option to do anything. Your team not even reply and the service which we are using is now deactivated. Can you guys please activate the service.

I will be waiting 48 hours soon for a reply from support, trying to Intercom set up the service in my app, and no one is replying. Not one response.  This is really dissapointing,  Is it always like this?going on 2 days shortly,  and still nothing?It is a bit scarry as if there is an issue I wont be able to reach anyone

For my Zoom integration to work they require a URL for real-time support. Is there a way to get a URL that directs to our company’s intercom chat?

I’ve imported a csv file with a number of users on without realising some of these people were already leads, they should never have been leads in the first place but as they were I now have multiple email address and names. Is there a way of merging these leads and users in bulk?.

Hey Team, Quick question: “Is it possible to create an alert via Workflows or some other means to alert via Slack when a customer rates a conversation with a teammate as poor?” e.g. CSAT Score is 3 or less.Intercom has the ability to alert Slack Channels based on other workflow triggers like no response within X minutes or an unresponsive conversation, but for us to be able to manage DSATs as they happen with a live alert via Slack or some other modality would be super beneficial to our Support Managers and leaders to help coach and improve our teams. Please let me know if any of you have any ideas on how we can institute something like this or build something like this using Intercom and Slack. Thanks again! 

I want to search and load only new conversations/contacts.By “new” I mean newly created and updated ones.Can I do it only by updated_at field? For example, if the contact is created on 15.11.2023 18:00:00, will the updated_at field be the same? So I do not need to add the created_at field alsoSo if we assume the time boundaries are 06.11.2023 00:00:00 and 12.11.2023 00:00:00, then what I expect to see is:contacts that are created in this period AND contacts that are updated in this period (irrelevant of the fact when they were created)

I was able to trigger a workflow from my mobile application based on a logEvent that shows in the form of a popup notification to the user. This requires the user to click on that popup, which opens the messenger, then the user can interact with the rest of the workflow. Is it possible to trigger a workflow which shows the message within the Intercom messenger, not within a popup?For example: I have a button in my mobile app. When the user taps that button, I would like to show the messenger with a workflow. Is that possible? If so, can you point me in the right direction? Thanks!

Hello,We've recently enabled in-app messages using setInAppMessagesVisible in our iOS app. However, we've noticed that messages in English appear to be right-aligned in the small post popup. Hello all, Recently I Integrated Jira for Tickets on my Intercom workspace, I had no issues setting up the basics, and toggling on auto-create Jira issues upon Intercom ticket creation. However, the data being sent to the Jira Issue when dealing with tickets that carry additional custom attributes in them is limited. I was planning on creating workarounds, such as noting down the ticket details in the conversation upon ticket creation, so that the details could reflect in the Jira Issue comments, however upon building that workflow I found the workflow templates, which indicate that I could in fact include all the extra details in my Jira Issues.After a dozen or so attempts, I found that the workflow method would create the Jira Issues successfully ( including all the data I wanted transferred ), however I was never able to get those tickets / issues created with this method to link automatically. I am building an Messenger app for internal use only. How do I make sure app lifecycle flows (Initialize, Configure, Submit, and Sheet) can only be accessed by Intercom since those apis are public? 

We have our Facebook messages linked to our Intercom inbox so the team can answer customer queries from Intercom. Sometimes I need to check between a Facebook conversation on Meta Business Suite and on Intercom, to see who answered the query. But if I search the customer’s name in Inbox Search, they never show. You can search for the customer in Contacts and get to the conversation that way, but it seems odd for the conversation not to appear when searching the Inbox. Why is this the case?

Why is a user matching the wrong rule block in a series?A user entered a series correctly, but when passing by a certain number of rule blocks, it matched with the wrong one, due to a signup role attribute. I would like to know what might cause this and when will we be able to filter users by series they entered, instead of having to tag them.Thanks

This was requested multiple times here , but the topic was closed without a useful response.In previous versions of the Intercom SDKs, logging in and out was idempotent: if we called login more than once with the same user ID (or log out more than once), it wouldn’t give any error. That’s no longer the case on the latest versions, and this presents a problem. The SDK persists the user’s login state between launches but doesn’t expose its user state, so the only way an app can avoid calling login with the same user details the next time the app runs (which would cause the SDK to throw an error), is by also persisting the user log in state via its own method, in hope of remaining in sync with the SDK’s login state. Hey all!New to Intercom as a whole but well versed with HubSpot.We currently have the Hubspot-Marketplace sync turned on which is syncing our contact data from Intercom to HubSpot, but one thing we don’t want are the Intercom Conversations in HubSpot.  What I’m trying to discern is if the ability to only turn on the HubSpot Inbox view is able to be separated from the data sync portion of the App/Integration?Basically we want our CS team to be able to see who the current Owner is of the HubSpot deal 

Hey there, first I'd like to give a s/o to the creator of the Expo config plugin for Intercom here, and say that this is something the Intercom could pickup as well ;) That said, the way the RN SDK is initialized is thru the native code in both Android and iOS, and unless I am mistaken, there is no way to initialize it from the SDK itself. Would be good to have a way to start it programmatically from the code as right now it is required for us to provide the API keys at build time and this makes it much harder to load those keys dynamically for example at our CI workflows. Since the RN SDK is a wrapper of the native libraries, I could recommend to follow the approach that Segment and Sentry used on their SDKs as those also are wrappers and allow the initialization to be done at run time. Thank you!
