I want to create two different entry rules for a series and ensure that a user can only meet the conditions for one of those rules. That is because I want to A/B test a series start message, and all series begin with entry rules. Here are limitations relevant to what I'm trying to do:1) Split tests can't be used to begin a series2) Only users who meet certain conditions are eligible to receive the B version of the message, so these conditions have to be factored into one of the entry rule blocks3) All Intercom objects (tags, rules, split tests, etc.) between an initial entry rule and the first message sent introduce wait time before the first message is displayed for a user In the form of a question: how can I set some kind of priority to entry rules, such that Intercom first looks at Entry Rule Block 1, and if a user meets those conditions, the user begins the series there, and the user is not checked against Entry Rule Block 2? Or, is there some other way of ensuring that a u

Since we migrated directly to intercom, there is no phone number attribute, there is a Whatsapp Number attribute on the intercom website but when we use the contact or conversation apis, we are unable to get the Whatsapp Number. How can we get the Whatsapp Number using contact ID ?

Hello!I am trying to create a conversation from a visitor per the doc: https://developers.intercom.com/intercom-api-reference/reference/create-a-conversation I've tried setting `type` to `contact` as indicated. When passing a `user_id` like so: { "from": { "type": "contact", "user_id": "1234567" }, "body": "Hey"} I received the error `Lead Not Found` and the conversation / contact with role lead are not created as expected. How can I create conversations from visitors? Additionally, in an ideal world I would be able to pass a singular user ID (not knowing if this is a visitor or existing Intercom user) and then create a conversation attached to the provided user if they exist, or instead a new user if they did not. Is this at all feasible? Thanks for any help.

Our saas product has dynamic URLs that bring up different results as part of a search. I would like a tour to be dynamic as well.  How can the tour move from page to page? Is it one tour or multiple?

I did a survey and the percentage of respondents to it is not high, I would like to use the link to the survey through "Additional ways to share your survey" to give only users who did not answer the survey to respond to it.

In the API doc: https://developers.intercom.com/intercom-api-reference/reference/conversation-model/p> admin_assignee_id is mentioned as type string, but on api calling it is coming as integer. 

As I understand from here, we need to pass the app install URL.Our developers have written the messenger app install flow, but how can we test it? I didn't see any option to install the application. Although, just because it is a private application, it is automatically available in the messenger. But how can we validate the install and uninstall flow? As I can see here in the install & uninstall section, it doesn't call my install URL specified, but just install it on the workspace. Please help!Thanks in advance.

Hi, I am getting a "user not found" reply from the API however the user ID is correct AND existing.I am wondering what could be wrong as I am using the access token that is referenced in our account... any help

I would love to know how I can add bigger pictures to product tours without the boxes becoming scrolling ones. With any picture + a only few lines of text, the size of messages quickly becomes too 'big' for the message box leading them to become scrolling. I've read the guide below so I understand there are limits to how big a message can be before they become scrolling - but just now I've also seen a tour on another app where the image seems to be quite a bit larger than what's described in the guide. How did they do that? We want to lean on tags to inform what topics/issues we should address via Help Center articles. We are trying to find a balance between not having so many tags that agents can find overwhelming but having enough that they address issues that are commonly found. What are some strategies that work to get this done?

Is it possible to make it so that those who contact me in chat receive my reply both in chat and in their email inbox? Sometimes the person who writes in chat then logs off and doesn't come back for quite a while and I would like to make sure that my reply is read. Thank you

Hello, My company uses Intercom and one of our clients would like us to delete users' conversations that are older than a month.However, I have not found any solution to do that, neither on the Dashboard, nor in the API. Is it even possible ? Best regards,

When attaching a tag to a conversation, they do not always appear in the conversation view. They do, however, appear against the conversation when retrieved via the API. What can I do to mitigate this and ensure the tag always shows in the conversation? My workflow (simplified), using the node intercom client, is: - await conversation creation- await attachment of one or more tags Intercom client always responds successfully, however, it appears there is some internal intercom mechanism to associate a tag with a conversation part, and that perhaps there is a race condition between the part becoming available and the tag being attached. When I retrieve the conversation from the API, i can see that the tags are attached to the conversation.

Is there a list anywhere of what token errors mean? We're getting this reply for one of our customers:{"type":"error.list","request_id":"002qgl7rvpn5e8fi3vf0","errors":[{"code":"token_suspended","message":"Unauthorized token, suspended application"}]}And we're not sure if 'suspended application' refers to us, or the customer's account.

I have a connection set up between intercom and bigquery (using stitch), however I don't see data on conversation topics available. I have also looked into using fivetran instead of stitch, but don't see conversation topics available using that tool either. I am wondering if this is just a limitation of stitch and fivetran, or is it not yet possible to load conversation topics data into a data warehouse? Thank you!

Hello, Using v2.4 of the API. We have a webhook on 'conversation.admin.closed', that return a conversation-ish object. Some fields from the documentation are not there (like 'contacts' or 'source') and we have extra fields (like an 'assignee' object). This documentation seems to says that it's a "Conversation data", but what we get do not match the conversation model. Is this realy a conversation model or something else ? Dear community,  I need to create a workflow that, whenever I receive a new conversation rating, it automatically inserts a new row into a online sheet containg the data of that conversation rating: Conversation id, conversation rating, conversation rating remark. I want to do that automatically, in real time. Sadly I don't know how to do that. We are looking to collect emails from a landing page whilst we complete the main website. Are we able to collect those emails to add to our Intercom mailing list?

When a customer replies to an open conversation with one of our teammates, the conversation just sits at the bottom of the teammate's inbox instead of being moved to the top. In the case pictured below, the customer responded roughly 2-3 mins ago but no time is attached to the reply so it doesn't get sorted by "Waiting Longest" and just sits at the bottom of their inbox.  On busier days, this can become an issue when a teammate loses track to conversations with replies and leaves a customer waiting longer than they need to. Anyway to have this update automatically with a time without having the teammate manually refresh their Intercom from the browser?

We use Sendgrid to send automatic emails, and if we've not had a response to that email we'd like to get an automated email set up to chase, but it seems as if Intercom tracks the external email to the customer, but doesn't track it as a 'last contacted' from us so won't trigger the chasing. Any help at all would be really really appreciated!

I'm having trouble setting up a mobile Push Notification (looking to test them out). However, no users are populating for audience rules. Why is that? I believe our Mobile SDK is correctly setup because our users can chat in to us via the app. Is there something else we need to enable for the push notifications to work? I'm going to check out carousels to see if there's a similar issue there. Will report back.
