Hi there!  We're wondering are we able to tag automatically everyone who a) start product tour and b) complete product tour? Or is the only way to tag these customers to do it manually (based on this article: https://www.intercom.com/help/en/articles/3027087-see-how-your-product-tours-are-performing ? We'd like to show another product tour to the customers who have completed the previous product tour as they log in next time. If the automated tagging isn't possible is there another identification data which will be saved by the users and which could be use for this purpose?

Hello !! We've created a banner with a link to a product tour. When the banner pops up, we click on the link, a new tab opens up with the right url with the right product tour ID in it, but the product tour does not launch. Have you any idea on why it is so? Thanks a lot!BestHélène

We are currently trying to implement a complete ticket tracking system from different channels like email inbox, intercom chats and aircall calls.  We would like to automatically create Hubspot tickets based on Intercom conversations, but have not found a clever way to do that yet. Does anyone have experience on how to do that and would like to share? :)

The customer is receiving push notifications when a message is sent by the agent in most cases, however, if the customer sends a message, leaves our app and then an agent responds to that message the customer will NOT receive a push notification. If the agent sends a second message it will arrive, but the first message in response to the customer never does. Ironically it's the first message after the customer sends a message that's the most important so we can't really operate until this is fixed.. :(

Navigating around our Intercom Articles is not easy, finding what you're looking for is mostly predicated on the search bar bringing the right article to the front. We'd like to show the organization and natural hierarchy of our Collections and Articles to users as they browse our support docs. Seeing this in a side menu is very common in Knowledge Management systems like Gitbook or Archbee or tools like Notion or ClickUp (see an example below).  Is there anyway that I could visually show users how our docs are organized so they can navigate it easier? Could this be done in Intercom or through the App Marketplace?

We have created 2 conversion flows:1 personalized flow named "Visitors", for users not connected to our application, whose email address is unknown. This flow has as Rules "Visitors". And an other personalized flow, named "Users" for connected users, whose email address is known. This flow has as rules "Users". Unfortunately, whether on our Android or iOS application, the "visitor" flow never appears. Instead, the "User" flow is always displayed, although the user is not logged in.How do I get the "visitor" flow to be displayed when the user is not logged in?Thank you 

Hi everyone! Since I use Intercom for support purposes in my company, we are planning on developing an integration with JIRA.  What we want to do is notify the user when the JIRA issue is resolved (we can send the event to Intercom) and give two options to confirm wether the issue is resolved or not. The problem is I can't find a way to launch the bot in an already opened conversation. I also thought of developing a custom app to do this but i can't find a way to link the app with the event triggered by a JIRA status update.  Is this possible? Or does anyone think of a better way to do this, maybe via the Intercom API? I'll be happy to listen to any opinion you guys have about my approach to this development. Thanks!

This employee no longer works with us. We need to remove her access and give access to a different employee. How can this be done?

We have a push notification settings screen in our app where users can fine tune the types of push notification they can receive. We want someone to be able to turn off just intercom push notifications if they so desire. Once you called Intercom.setDeviceToken(deviceToken), is it not possible to change your mind and remove your device from intercom push notifications?I also don't want to use Intercom.logout() since we still want to allow the user to be able to do in app chat.

Anyone know if you can search beyond the canned date range conditions in Inbox? I only want the last 7 days worth of conversations, but that filter does not seem to accept other input (that I can see).  

When user opens chat section in my mobile app, I want toShow certain selectable options to users based on their account level (I.e. previous orders)When user selects an option then show more options or data (from DB via API) or existing articles (in intercom)Ideally, I would like to show clickable (touchable) HTML snippets as these options  Is this possible in custom bots, or is there any way to achieve this via intercom API?

Our mobile app is currently using `@intercom/react-native` version 2.0.4 with React Native 0.68.0.​When upgrading to versions 2.1.0 or 3.0.0, we are getting this error when building on Android: Execution failed for task ':intercom_intercom-react-native:verifyReleaseResources'. > A failure occurred while executing com.android.build.gradle.tasks.VerifyLibraryResourcesTask$Action > Android resource linking failed ERROR:/Users/renchap/.gradle/caches/transforms-3/1a8a70571d20c2327fca2f69e8928226/transformed/core-1.7.0/res/values/values.xml:105:5-114:25: AAPT: error: resource android:attr/lStar not found.   Any idea where this comes from? I found several mentions of this error (not related to Intercom) but can not find how to solve this.

How do you build an accurate WFM forecast with Handle Time data that doesn't account for actual Handle Time? Rather, it's accounting for the time a convo is open, even if an agent is working on 4 concurrent chats. Handle Time is usually the actual time spent working in the ticket, even if there are other tickets open - those other tickets that are not being worked on would not be accounted for as 'Handle Time'. Trying to find a way to forecast accurately without this data.

Is it possible to allow a tour to allow multiple forms to be filled out in a single step? For example, we want to use a tour to review our new widget setup functionality and there are 3 total fields that need to be filled out (two drop downs and a form field) but the tour does not recognize the drop down fields and if I select the last field that is a standard form field you can only fill out that field. Ultimately I'd like a contact to be able to fill out all of those fields and then click next to advance both the product tour and our wizard (which will not advance if everything is not filled out).

I've been trying to create an onboarding flow for new users on my app. I use the intercom API to create a new contact, but how do I make every new contact added get a welcome email? How do I trigger that email?

Can I pass user data in a link with query string? I.e., the user clicks on a link in their email and I customize the page with their name/email based on the data passed in the link.

Currently we sync all our users to one workspace but we have multiple apps which have their own firebase project therefore have different Server API Key. Is it somehow possible to configure push notifications for these apps having one workspace?

The leads created on Hubspot from intercom is being pushed with a wrong country information. Is there any work around as this is super crucial for lead assignment. I have setup the Hubspot-Intercom integration. Whenever a contact is created on Hubspot from Intercom automatically the country info passed along is wrong and stays as USA all the time.  For example, Intercom has found the country info based on IP for this contact as India:   However, when this contact is auto created in Hubspot the info passed on is USA :(    Is there any fix for this?

Currently, with "Ask for conversation rating", the operator sends the cast rating when a conversation is closed the first time ( provided it meets the criteria).  But we do open the conversation again and try to resolve the customer queries, once doing that can I trigger the cast again manually or automatically when the conversation closes the second time, without using a third-party app.  By using a third-party app, we will lose the cast report generated by intercom internal report and further downstream where we use intercom db 

Does anybody have a workaround to be able to not let our intercom chat agents see any links in forwarded emails to our inbox in Intercom? This to prevent possible spoofing attempts and other hack attempts from outside. If we would format it from within the gmail forward e-mailadress to non-html it's not really easy to see the message in intercom so this wont work either. Maybe some people have tackled this issue.
