Previously we used the campaigns feature in intercom to conduct reach out messages for NPS once a quarter. Since campaigns have been removed and replaced with series, we have had some trouble tweaking the set up to do exactly as we need it. I'm wondering if anyone else also uses the Wootric app to collect this data and if they can share tips/tricks in their series.  Our process has 3 steps.  An in-app message is posted to any used that comes online within our preset audience to give an NPS rating If a user in the audience does not come online, or if they do not interact with the in-app a follow up email will be sent with the same NPS series Upon the user giving a response (via the in-app or via email) a follow up email will be sent to the user based on the response given (promotor, passive, or detractor)  The difficulties we are running into is that some users are responding to the in-app and continue to receive the email which results in duplicate requests for feedback. What's this WORKSPACE really used for?- Can we link specific workspace to specific pages a website?- how are they linked with licensing/subscription?- can we have each workspace have it's own messanger configuration?

It seems like it should be possible to delete all of the current user's data with Intercom using the Mobile SDK and not have to call the REST API to do this.

Hi!  We send newsletters to our customers from outside Intercom. For example, we'd like to target outbound messages to the people who have clicked some link on the newsletter and landed to the webpages. Is this kind of targeting possible as those newsletter aren't send from Intercom? Can referral url be used for this? Is there any limitations?

We have a few products, 2 of them are web-based, now is an app (android and ios).Some of my users are single product users, but some of them are multi-product users, which means that the same user logged in to different products. and he is already recognized as such. Now, my problem is:I need to know which product the ticket/message was sent from.  When trying to use conversation auto-tagging, every user is auto-tagged with all the products he ever logged to. So.. what am I doing wrong? and how can I fix it? Thanks in advance!

Can I automate the series so that when a lead books a demo, it is tagged as Demo Booked, and an acknowledgement email will be sent automatically? Hello everyone! I have a quick question regarding users. I need one email to count as one user.I'm seeing in my contacts' section that the same email address is appearing many times as individual lines. I'm adding an example of a member of our team as a screenshot. What I would expect here would be for all of this info to be in one and only line. I don't understand why the same email is not grouped.I tried giving a name and a company to one of them, hoping that it would group the rest, but nothing happened.  Any ideas?

Hello,  We are looking to hire a dev who can help connect Intercom with our tech stack such as, Memberspace, Circle, and possibly even Podia. Most important in Memberspace. By "counted" I mean... In these Tour stats, does "Views" count when the tour is first triggered, even when the user does not go all the way through? And does "Completed" only count when every step in the tour is viewed? On the User detail screen, does the tour get listed there when it is triggered and the first step viewed or only if all steps are viewed.

how to report a massive attack or have special support for urgent/emergency matters? During this monday, we received thousands of emails from suspicious senders. This attack was using an email that we don´t have in our list. It was an email xxxxxx@ourdomain.intercom-mail.comWhich means that these email was in the intercom server collapsing our inbox.Now I am not sure how to report this incident and haven´t received any support from any intercom agent.The only think we could do, was to block one-by-one, all the senders. Also, we closed the conversations with a bot.
