We are looking for a person or company that could provide services in the setup and implementation of a world-class customer onboard experience using the Intercom Product Tour product. We currently use the Support and Marketing products are well. We will be launching a new product in the Work Management space in the upcoming weeks and are ready to hire a resource now. Hi All, We raised this with the partnership team and on GitHub itself but adding here for visibility. We (and others) pushed an enormous amount of fixes to this library in October last year and it still hasn't been released and as a result, the library doesn't fully support 2.0. https://github.com/intercom/intercom-php/p> Can we get some Intercom resources to finish what needs to be done and get it current again? We'd rather not have to branch it and run our own, only to have to merge back to Intercom if it's subsequently released.

Ive configured the intercom frontend to configure a company id. Separately, Ive configured a backend app integration to update some custom fields on the company. I have found that almost half of comanies do not appear in the companies list in the UI. However when I look for a user and then navigate to the company page from the user, I can see that the company exists. Could I be doing something wrong? We are using intercom EU.

We are looking to improve our internal demand projections and are trying to develop a system for cohort analysis (primarily regarding inbound support demand). Has anyone done any similar type of reporting either within Intercom or leveraging a different tool using Intercom data that they could provide insight or recommendations regarding? Thank you in advance!

How can I get sound notification on mobile app (iOS app) when a visitor comes on the website?Or there is no such option, and I can only get notified when the visitor initiates the chat?

Is there a limit to inbox storage?  For example:  How much can your inbox store in total? or,  How much data can one inbox conversation store?

How can I view all conversation attributes (product area and type in this case) together? I'm wanting to get an overall picture of where we see high volumes of queries and what these are. I can only seem to filter the report down by attributes, rather than build a report that shows volume by type.  Any help appreciated! 😅

I am able to create posts that reappear every time a user navigates to a particular URL, but for some reason the banner will only appear once. Here is a screenshot of the Banner that would not appear more than 1x per user. Notice I have the frequency set for every time a person matches the rules. If you have any suggestions on how to fix this, please let me know. The banner is better than posts or chats for page issues. 

I'm working on an application that integrates with Intercom, and some of my users would like to connect a single Intercom workspace to multiple organizations within my app for organization purposes. This is no problem on my end for the most part, however when it comes to handling webhook responses, it starts to become ambiguous. Previously I was using the `workspace_id` that in on all canvas webhooks, but now I have multiple entities that have that workspace ID, so I can't solely use that. I've considered adding metadata to the contacts themselves, but not all webhooks have a contact associated with them. The last thing I can think of is that they have different OAuth tokens, but webhook responses don't include that so I would have no way of matching it. And as far as I can tell, there's no way I can add some custom metadata to be included in a response per installation of my app. If anyone else has run into this or has any ideas, I'd love to hear!

Hello! After we started using Intercom we got an increase in random crashes. We receive a large amount of requests from the Email channel. I have a set of rules in place to tag conversations and wish to provide Buttons with potential self serve answers for requests arriving via Email.  

Question about email series - I thought that new people who entered a campaign would not receive "past emails" (ie. with specific date-based waits). But I had new entrants get all past emails at once. What do I need to do to keep that from happening?

I'm looking to run a timing test for one of my custom bots. I'd like to have it appear on certain pages of my website but also test WHEN the bot appears. It doesn't appear I can do that. I can only have OR logic or AND logic for my bot rules. Is there any way I can combine and/or logic here? Also, when I'm running an A/B test on a bot, is there a way to create different rules for the tests I'm running? I don't see a way to do this.  Thanks!

Anyone know if it's possible to use a relative URL in a custom app? For example, rather than using https://forum.intercom.com/s/bookmarksI would just use /bookmarks When I try, I get an error message. Looking at the documentation, I'm not seeing an option to use relative URLs or even just add an HTML block to a custom app.

Currently we are needing to upgrade from the old react native package react-native- intercom to the new intercom supported package @intercom/intercom-react-native to support the intercom bot functionality.  However, no matter what @intercom/intercom- react-native version we are using, we are having a build issue that happens intermittently.  Currently we build for API 29. We were having issues with 1.0.5. So we tried upgrading to API 30. This upgrade was still having the same issue so we downgraded to 1.0.4 and kept API 29 with the same issue.  Our build works perfectly without this one upgrade. how do I decide which bot to use if I want a path based answer system in place for self-help for customers?

As far as I understand I can only initialize the app if a teammate manually triggers it in messages for example. What I would like to achieve is an app initializing as a response to a closed conversation. In my imagination that would be possible if I could send a request to an API that initializes the app for the closed conversation after I receive a notification to a webhook connected to the app. Thus there is no chance of a teammate forgetting to initialize it, or deliberately not doing so for any reason. Is that possible, or perhaps I need to look for some other option to achieve this? We activated the Slack integration and for some users that is working fine but others have to authenticate for some reason and then they get a message that they do not have the permission to change the app installation.

I need help with setup and automation. Is there an Intercom expert I can book time with to help me get started?

I would like to: Snooze conversation for 7 days and the close them automatically. I made a macro saying "snooze for one week and add tag" but when I made an automation saying: if customer is unresponsive for 7 days if tag is XX then close the conversation. That last part does not work.  What am I doing wrong?   

To put you in context, we have an app where we want to show an onboarding tour the first time the user enters, but this user could be type A or type B, so depending on which is the type of the user, we want to load the Tour A or Tour B. How could we handle this? Thanks a lot! :)

We have been building out Product Tours to give our customers a full onboarding tour through our software. To initiate the tours in the right place, we have used a lot of 'current page rules'. However, they do not want: the tours are not triggered at all. To provide you with a little more detail, our tours should trigger on each new URL that ends with a specific parameter. This tour should then be shown once to this user. Although the preview within the Intercom interface works fine, and some older tours do too, these new ones are never triggered. An example can be found in the screenshot.
