Preview for custom bot won't launch

I'm not sure if this is an issue with some browser configuration or cookies on my end, but I've been trying to Preview a Custom Bot I created. When I click the Preview icon, it prompts me to select the website to preview it on. I am selecting a site that DOES have intercom installed. However, after doing that, the preview doesn't launch. It just ends there and I'm back on the Custom Bot screen. I did try clearing cookies and logging back in but the preview still won't launch. Any thoughts on what might be causing this? I'm not comfortable setting this live until I can preview it several times at minimum.

I wanted to say great job to the intercom team who handles bots. We recently switched from Zendesk Answer Bot and you guys just did an amazing job with the whole product and UI. Works 10x better. Thanks!

We're using intercom without staff so how do we remove any suggestion of leaving a message for the team in Resolution Bot, e.g. 'wait for team'?

Is there any way of configuring settings for the 'the did that answer help or are you looking for something else' response?

Will the Drop Off chats from new conversation CB be available such is Engaged, Completed, Path Analysis?

Would definitely love to have a section in which I can see the Drop Off chats for the Custom bot from new conversation! Currently, I am struggling to find those chats that were dropped off, having to go through hundred of chats! Thanks for this community!

Just wondering, is anybody else having trouble getting their resolution bots to trigger consistently?

I created several resolution bots to deal with some easier customer question that come up regularly. However, there are always chats coming into our inboxes that should clearly be answered by the bot. Some don't even trigger at all. I can't even get them to show up with the auto-suggest, which leads me to believe the bot is having some trouble with those questions.I did add lots of examples in training and also tried to vary them. Curious to hear your input.

How to send conversation data from Custom Chatbot to Zapier?

Dear Member,We are into online courier service provider business and I have developed a custom chat bot for various purpose, in which tracking number is must. But here, intercom is not pushing that tracking number to Zapier to Google Sheet.  I have tried it by defining new variable but still not working. Can someone help me out how can I do it. Right now, I am only getting Name, Email I'd and tracking number not getting,  Any help will be appreciated as I have tried my best but nothing didn't work yet. Hoping for the resolution else I have to switch any other chatbot which I don't want but because of this restriction I have to move out.

Create a conversation from a new contact outside of Intercom

Hi! I'm trying to create a conversation on behalf of a newly created contact via a POST Request to `/conversations`, but continue to run into a 404 "user not found" error.I can retrieve the contact info from the `/contacts/` endpoint, so was expecting to be able to use the "id" or "external_id" to create a conversation for that same user.Any recommendations would be appreciated

Would love to know more about building automations that can be stopped or triggered by a response, action, or behavior? And on the opposite end, can we keep someone within a helpful onboarding/ activation campaign that continues even if responded to.

Custom Bot vs Task Bot

Hello, community. I have a Custom Bot that guides users to the most common questions. As with any bot, there is an option to wait for an agent. Unfortunately, if the user picks this option, the task bot also participates which is not look that neat. Example on the screenshot attached  The question is, can I somehow adjust the Custom or Task bots so the situation on the screenshot would not repeat itself? I would still like the Task Bot to inform the user about the time of the response, but not in case if the custom bot already participated

Hi Everyone,

Hi Everyone, I'm Rahat (Head of Customer Experience Operations) at Perkbox an all-in-one employee experience platform. We've been using Intercom for a couple of years now mainly to support our end users and more recently admins too; we're currently in the process of revamping our entire help centre and using bots to reinforce the support offering where possible. So any insights within either of these areas or rolling out resolution bot would be really helpful!

Can customers search for external/third-party content within a Custom Bot?

Is there any way to integrate the website's search function into Intercom's interface during bot dialogue or on the main entry page? To clarify, one that would search the website itself, and not just articles we post. Integration with Google My Business would be great as well, so if someone searches a topic or location, they can be served with a Google Maps link.

How can my Custom bot only appear when an user clicks on "Send us a message"?

I tried changing the option in this button: But it still doesn't work properly. I want the bot to appear when the user clicks on "Send us a message", but right now, it's appearing exactly when they just logged in. And it is kind of aggressive, especially since my bot is just asking things like more info on bug reports, or Q&As, etc. I would really appreciate the help! This is my first time using Interconnected.😁

Where is the RULE for looking at the Page Title?????!!

Hi guys... I am looking for the rule that allows me to look at the URL HTML Page Title... NOT the URLOur Page Title contains a ton of valuable information to create a bot from ... but all I can see as a rule is the page URL.. I need the title to be able to be looked at too!

As per question, the article and help is all well and good but it is not really landing our bots conversion.  Our DesignWe reviewed 200K cases and distilled answers down to a few hundred to cover core needs and built the first 100 (then adding 50 per cycle)Custom bot paths all ending with a resolution bot answer150+ answers all with at least 10 variations of the question (trained)Some answers having key words to limit where they applyWe are refining the each resobot answer as we go (we have a weekly review process) Current PerformanceWe are seeing a small number of resobot answer sends on the end of the the custombotOur product is such that a request to add something could look like a request to remove something - but neither of these answers is being sent200 of 4000 conversations covered which seems low for 150 answers that cover our core business Would be interested in how y'all have approached this and what has moved the needle for your org.

Custom Bot Design

We have been using the custom bot as a form of triage for awhile and seen less interest in deep bot paths and more give me the answer or a human. What has every ones experience been with custom bots thus far?How many steps before users request to talk to a human or get an answer?Are you ending paths with a resobot? If so, are the users using the answers? Are the resobot answers being shared?Is the triage actually working for you?
