Hello guys! We installed the app "lokalise for Intercom" now we ran a issue. We are a german speaking comapny. We want to expand to spain. The translation works just fine. But the incoming messages are translated to english. We need them translated to german. The Anwser can be wrote in german, it will be translated to spain, there is no problem. An idea how we can set it up? Thanks!

Is there any way to integrate Intercom with Instagram?

I have connected the Stripe app and for thousands of customers it shows them in Intercom as having an active subscription when in truth they have cancelled long ago.I attach screenshots from what I am seeing in Intercom vs. Stripe. This happens for thousands of users. Also, how can filter in Intercom for MRR > 0? Thank you,Dimitris

When we make a call to the Conversations Search API, it passes the expected errors as listed here: https://developers.intercom.com/intercom-api-reference/reference#http-responses) BUT the 402 error (which is when the user is on a free plan so can't access the API) doesn't come through.  For example, this is what we get for a bad request error: {"type":"error.list","request_id":"003cf6a7obhfbnmt0uv0","errors":[{"code":"invalid_operator","message":"Composite operators must be of type AND or OR "}]}⏎ But we only receive the 402 error if we make a call to List conversations, NOT to Conversations Search. Using the same credentials and app both times. We use version 2.3 of the API. Is this a bug that the Search API is not passing this one 402 error or expected?

Hi, party ppl. Due to the nature of my workspace setup, my agents often close the dialogues. Usually when the ball is on the customer's end and not necessary when the correspondence came to the conclusion. For that reason, I need some custom solutions to gather feedback about the conversation quality. Roughly my requirements are dialogue is NOT on the queue X (I have a specific "timeout" queue that helps to filter trolls etc")The dialogue is in the "closed" state for N days/hoursIf the dialogue fits both requirements, the system, 3rd party app, bot, or whatever, would send a survey.  I would be very grateful for any advice that our community can provide on this matter.

Is it possible to make creating a Zendesk ticket before closing the chat?🤔

So far, I just have the Click Me example working, but ready to start bring back information from NetSuite. I see where the initialize is sending the request payload, but my understanding from the Canvas Kit documentation is that it would also send the Contact information as part of that payload, but the only payload I'm seeing is the {admin_id, app_id, conversation_id, inbox_app_id, and user_id}. I could work with the user_id and get the email address from there to search NetSuite, but it be easier to have the email address already. Basically, it'd be similar to the Shopify app as in displaying if the User already has cases present in NetSuite or even is present in NetSuite, and display that information on the conversation. Any thoughts, ideas, on how best to proceed?Let me know if you need more info?

Hi all,  I've just set up the HubSpot app so it can send Intercom leads and conversations into our HubSpot account.  The leads are sent over perfectly. However, no conversations are being sent at all.  I've been following the documentation here: https://www.intercom.com/help/en/articles/2128216-hubspot-app-send-leads-and-conversations-to-hubspot/p> I've enabled this Intercom activity filter here as well:  But if I create a new conversation in Intercom, it is still not sent to HubSpot. Any help with this would be massively appreciated!  Mike

We are implementing the Intercom widget on our website using react app. Everything is kinda working fine, but we are facing with this weird state on the application:We have a page for the user to change their name and email, and we want to show that new information on the widget.We have a message that greet the user with "Hi {username}" and when the user change its name on our app, the message is still using the old name.We are doing a `window.Intercom('update', { name: newName, email: newEmail })` and it reply with 200 OK and if I check the Intercom panel it has the "newName", but for some reason, it is still showing the old name on the widget. Is there anything we can do?

[OAUTH FLOW} In the loom video, you shared the app functionality, but we need to see the full end-to-end flow, including installation of the app with oauth, the end-to-end experience and functionality (as shown already) and uninstallation of the app. ' How do I do . there is no docs about this. if i install from the developer hub no oauth flow trigger.

We have the Salesforce Inbox App installed. Can I customize which fields from the Salesforce Account show up in the app in the Intercom Inbox?

We have Zendesk & Intercom working side by side and at this point, we are creating tickets from Intercom to Zendesk about specific conversations. Now I am thinking if it would be possible to use only Intercom but before I go any deeper I would like to know how I could have all the customer data from Zendesk to Intercom? In Zendesk we have a wide history of customer tickets and data and of course, I wouldn´t want that to disappear. We have tickets in Zendesk that are not in Intercom at all. So is this kind of integration possible and how? Tanks in advance! 🙏

We have two calls for inbox canvas app, initialize and submit. the calls require you to respond within 3 sec or else it throw an error page (as it take too long to respond). Is it possible to send a loading page and response once the response is ready. Or is there a way to overcome this issue which requires to respond within 3 sec?

Are there plans for the "Content Showcase" app built by Intercom to support custom attributes? Right now we can only use a static URL. The challenge we have is each customer has a unique URL, so it would be great if we could pipe in custom attributes e.g. Company ID. 

Hello, I'm working on a react web app, and if the user is logged in, the app is calling the function with the user's data:  window.Intercom('update', {        app_id: AP_ID,        name:... email..}) and when there is no logged in user Im caling the Intercom just with th app_id:  window.Intercom('update', {        app_id: AP_ID}) but, still, the messages are sent as the logged-in user, What can I do about it? thanks,Gy  

How do I set up the Intercom <> Hubspot integration so that the lead from the intercom is imported into the Hubspot already with an identification of which landing page he first contacted? I have 3 different landing pages where the intercom chat is active. Through the intercom I can already know where the lead came in contact with the tag "Referral url" in the individual report of each lead and through the field "Top pages for new inbound conversations" in reports. How do I get this information to appear on the Hubspot automatically? 

The conversation end Webhook only returns the very last message in a conversation in the conversation parts object.  Should it show all parts of a conversation or am I supposed use a separate API call to retrieve all parts of a conversation?

We have pushed the data from Intercom into Stitch and into Looker. We are running into issues connecting the data together in Looker.   did reach out to Intercom and they do not have a Data Model they can share. We need to match the primary keys in Looker. Wondering if anyone has done this.

A Salesforce app is connected to one of our workspace and I like to know if I can connect another workspace to the same Salesforce org.Is there any way I can have the second intercom workspace linked to the same salesforce environment? I could really use the help! We made an Intercom App relying on CanvasKit and the Sheets within the Messenger.However Messenger Sheets display from within an iframe, and some users can't access it because they have iframe blockers… Sometimes it's even worse as their blocker prevents the iframe to open in the messenger but opens it into a new tab, and obviously it does not work as expected if rendered from outside the Sheet into the Messenger… So, even if that's not something we can fix, I wanted to know if you had some advices and experience about it? The idea is to make a clean UX whatever the issue is…

Hi team, We're building an app that will add notes in conversations. Looking through the Intercom API, it seems like we must associate a note with an admin in the Intercom account.  Is it possible for the note to come "from" our app instead? For example, like Slack bots with their own name and logo. Or, we use the Intercom/Github app and notes are posted from "Operator".   

Should I Setup Salesforce integration using email address or Unique ID?
