Can someone help me build a custom CSAT request in Hebrew?

I want to send a CSAT request in Hebrew to my customers at the end of a conversation (when it's Closed), any recommendations? I have a few must have for this request:It must be in HebrewI want to write the copy of the question by myselfI want to be able to measure is easilyIt has to be sent automatically at the end of a conversation (closed) any suggestions?

Mailchimp into Intercom: How do I get the campaign detail into Intercom?

Hey there, we're still new at all of this and haven't yet launched our software. We've built landing pages to attract early attention and run a couple of campaigns. The detail about participation in those campaigns is in Mailchimp. After doing an import and discovering that Intercom automatically tags all imported contacts, I was disappointed to realize that the campaign-specific tags in Mailchimp don't come through. Seems to me I could brute force that detail into Intercom, but I'd rather get your insight into best practices. Do I create segments in Mailchimp export those segments as CSV files then pull them into Intercom?  If Intercom finds two records both with the same email does it merge them?  Thanks so much!

Can I add more than one ticket using the Zoho Desk integration?

Wondering if the Zoho Desk integration can add additional ticket requests. There is previous conversation tickets showing with no way to add an additional ticket for a new bug/concern.

Does anyone use AskNice.ly and if so what are the best features?

We need AskNicely to help track our NPS and satisfaction ratings. Still haven't fully integrated it but want to be able to see as much as we can in intercom without having to always go back to AskNicely.

Create Note API - Not working

Is the create contact API asynchronous?

I'm using the v2.2 API to create a new contact by POST to /contacts. I'm finding that the returned content object doesn't include an ID, and also that if I immediately search for the new contact by email right after creating the contact, I get no reply. It seems a search a few minutes later shows the ID. Is this intended behavior? Is there a reliable way to create a new contact and get the ID?

Hi, we are using segment to integrate intercom in our web portal. We are able to set up identify methods from segment and it works properly. However, how do I reset it if the user logs out? We want to show the chat icon to only logged in users.

Question about the Google Calendar App. Is it possible to set scheduling buffer / minimum scheduling notice? For example, I want to prevent a user from scheduling less than 24 hours ahead of time.

Chat not starting/connecting when the android app is running for the first time

I'm using intercom android 7.2.0 (also tested 8.1.0 and it is the same) and I have a strange issue: the first time I run my application, when I try to use the messaging, intercom didn't start correctly, but it works fine if I close the application and start it again. From my side, it appears like a service is not starting/connecting the first time the app is run. Do this behaviour rings any bell to you? Oh, and this is important: I've just migrated my app to androidX. Intercom was working fine before the migration, when I was using the support libraries.Any advice? This is what I see in the first run: the user is registered correctly, and the event log is working as expectedbut no messaging is available until I restart the app. If I restart now, the conversation loads correctly

Why won't my API call to create an export job work?

I'm trying to use the api to create an export job. I'm using ver 2.2. Getting a response of "Requested resource is not available in current API version" when posting to https://api.intercom.io/export/messages/data?created_at_after=1596240000&created_at_before=1599586872 I confirmed the api key is working by doing a contact call and got the expected result. This is my first time using Intercom, so if someone can shed some light for me here it would be most appreciated.
