Hello, looks like there is a bug in Search API. I've created a few contacts today and one of them have "created_at" equal to 1602494086.But when I try to search like this: ```"query": { "field": "created_at", "operator": ">", "value": 1602494080}``` it returns nothing. According to docs (search-for-contacts) value from query will be interpreted as start of the day so it's still a valid query and should return this contact. What's strange: when I use operator "=" in query it return multiple items including the requested one, e.g. : { "field": "created_at", "operator": "=", "value": 1602494080} So, looks like there is a problem in operator logic Thanks in advance for any help! Why can't some people be user-tagged? I can't tag some people with tags that I could tag other people with, and I can't search for tags.
Hi, I'm Larry with Skills Institute, we just set up Intercom for our launch in January 2021 of our mobile application. We need some help with customer data importing and mapping.
I exported my listing of users and then replaced the existing USER ID generated by your platform, with the USER ID we have for the users. When I import this list back it has created new users. How do I replace the USER ID that was generated by Intercom without creating a New User?
This is very important for not only our business but also many others. Because, personal touch and starting a live-chat when a customer is around increases conversion rates drastically. If we can find a way to list those contacts and measure how many contacts a certain support member reached out by starting a live-conversation, that would make a difference. @eric f11 do you have an expert in mind to answer this?

Hey folks, looking for some advice here and will give a use-case to help for context. We have payments built into our app and a user might start the "payments onboarding wizard" (to set up payments in their account) but abandon it half way through. We have set up user events to help us track that, however I want to be able to see that at a company level, so that we can easily track how many companies have abandoned the payments setup. if i only have it at a user level, then the number of companies is diluted in the information if more than one person from the same company has fired that event. realize I can export to clean the list but I'd love to do it in the UI instead... I assume the only way to actually handle this is to create a corresponding company attribute? Would love to know how others have handled this.
We'd like to start assigning each lead a status of "warm" or "cool" based on triggers such as "Clicked a link in the last 7 days" and "Opened email" etc. I'd like this to then populate as an attribute for each user (as shown in the screenshot), and show up in the qualification menu. Is this possible? I can't find anywhere to set it up if so. We could tag them but I'd like this status to be real time and update e.g. if they've been tagged as Cool, but then click a link, they will be tagged as both Warm and Cool which isn't super helpful.

Is it possible to update a large number of Users at once? We have a new external field mapping to a People Data attribute, but a quantity of Users need that attribute back-filled. Ideally I'd like to write a script that checks every user if the field is populated, and if not populates the field from a database value. If I could upload a CSV that would work too 😋
What data is "Country" based on? Is it such as the IP address when you first registered or last login?
In api v1.4 we used external user id to do all the user manipulations. Now in 2.2 to update a user/contact we should use:https://api.intercom.io/contacts/lt;id> <id > is explained in the docs (https://developers.intercom.com/intercom-api-reference/reference#identifiers-and-urls: The company and user objects deserve special mention when it comes to identity for two reasons -They allow you send your own external identifiers When we try calling https://api.intercom.io/contacts/lt;id> with external user id as <id> - we get error 404: {"type":"error.list","request_id":"...","errors":[{"code":"not_found","message":"User Not Found"}]} So either there is something wrong in the docs or we are missing some information. How to properly update user/contact in api 2.2? Do we need to first search for user by external user id to get the "intercom user id"?
When adding a custom attribute there is a format option called 'List'. Is there any documentation on what it is for and how to use it and I can't seem to find any. Thanks!
We create users (not leads) via Segment events, and I get wildly different numbers when I filter Users by these two data points. For example, if I look at the number of users who "Signed Up" yesterday, I may see single digits. But when I filter by users "First seen" yesterday, I get like 75.
Hello, Intercom community! Is there a way to monitor the deletion/archiving of users by the teammates? Also, can we somehow limit rights to archive/delete users for some users (i did not find such a setting in the permissions settings)
Sometimes I need to tag hundreds of companies with the same tag e.g. "Integrated Company". I can't find a convenient way to do that in bulk all at once. Any suggestions?
