Can I change the view of forwarded emails in Inbox?

Is there any way to improve the look of forwarded emails to the inbox? Intercom seems to collapse email threads and replies into each other which make it hard to interpret the flow of the inbox. Signatures, images and attachments are also difficult to read/access in plain text view via the Inbox.

How to set up feedback like CSAT or CES on Intercom?

I have tried Intercom's automated option. But I want a more customized and controlled way of asking customers for feedback once they have had a conversation with me. I tried using apps like Survicate, Typeform, etc. but the problem with that is, once I receive the feedback, I don't see the conversation for which I got the response.That's really odd!I would love to know if any of you have set up any customized feedback system.

Set up a workplace for the agent. Can I do it for him/her

Hi, party people. At the moment, I cannot find a way to set up the working station for the agent:inbox customization - setup views, teams, apps, and other stuff in the right panel "Conversation details"push notificationsI can only provide the users of my Intercom workspace with the rights to customize it themselves and provide them with the instructions. This is not the best way to manage the team. I would like to be able to set up everything for the agent (not just provide permissions for teammates as it works now). Is there a way to do that without the need of bothering the teammate?

Is there a way to send a channel message in Slack if a conversation is assigned to a particular inbox? and general Zap questions

Hi! We have a "fire lane" inbox for critical issues, and to ensure it gets to the team even if they're off Intercom, we'd like to set up automation to ping a specific slack channel. I'm just getting started with Zapier, hoping there was a solution available there, though it seems the available triggers are broad "new conversation" triggers, or "tag added" triggers, rather than being able to select a specific inbox or tag. Similarly, it would be great to figure out how to use particular team inbox messages as triggers for other apps through Zapier. Any ideas are greatly appreciated!

How can I add company data in an Inbox note?

I'm looking for a way to add COMPANY data as a note in Inbox in the right side column, so we can type a note and have it appear for anyone in that company who writes in, as a reference note. Similar to User Notes but have it for Company Notes.

How can remove duplicate replies when a client replies via email the incorrect way?

We are having an issue with our clients responding to the email that is generated from the chat and it creating a new chat from that email. Best I can tell they are responding to the firstname.lastname@xxxx.intercom.com we can switch to it looking like our domain I see but that does not address the issue and would rather just force us to look at our email inbox as well. Is there any other customization that we can do so clients that reply by email are replying directly to the chat and not creating a new chat that we have to go and look for.

How to exclude auto-replies from Inbox?

We send newsletters via MixPanel. Every time a new wave of emails goes out, we received hundreds of auto-replies or OOO from that campaign. We already disconnected the emails from Intercom, but auto-replies are still sent to the Intercom inbox. Please help us as it is very anoying.

How can we better deal with 'reassigned' conversations on round robin?

We use round robin, which works well generally for us (doing live chat, ~2/3 min response times), but a pain point is that when team members go on 'away' & 'reassign' modes, reassigned conversations go into the generic team inbox rather than being assigned to an individual within the team. This means my team have to constantly keep an eye out for a little '1' on the team inbox number, which is frustrating and it's easy for things to get missed! Would love for them to just be assigned to a member of the team who is online, in the same round robin style and am not quite sure I understand why you'd want it to be assigned to the generic team... Or is there something I've missed?! Have spoken to the support team about this a couple of times over the last year and they've said there isn't a way to do it, so just wondering what others do! Thanks! :)

Is it too soon to ask that you add the ability to @ mention people and leave notes as part of macros?

In some cases - we need to bring in certain people (but not assign to them). Even without the @ mention part - we could really use adding a private note to the ticket as part of the macro. Sometimes we need to leave an internal note for another department after we have responded to the customer.

How can I completely remove an email from intercom so that messages don't come up when that email is CC'd?

I cannot find evidence of that email anywhere! i have removed all emails from email forwarding and cannot figure out why automated responses are still coming in from that email
