 It's a real PITA to have to go and update links everywhere if you change the title of an article (which changes its primary URL). Example: I have an article titled "Example Article 1" that I wish to link to from within other articles. If I use the primary URL for the article - e.g., http://support.mysite.com/en/articles/12345-example-article-1 - then if I change the article title in the future I'll have to find and change all links to that article. Is there really no way to insert a persistent link for an article - a URL that doesn't change if the title changes? Ideally there would even be a way to specify an internal article link that automatically generates the right URL even if you change the help center domain - e.g., from support.mysite.com to helpcenter.mysite.com. This is pretty basic functionality for any wiki or other simple content mgmt system.

Hey team, has anyone come across this and hopefully resolved it?We have created a series that pops a post and then waits until you meet a criteria of a Save on that page and an attribute contains any value. The next thing in the series is another post on the page. The customer meets all the criteria for the post to send but it doesn't. It only sends after I do a manual refresh of the page. We also get this on "has completed tour" - It shows as completed but it takes a full page refresh to trigger it.Anyone have any ideas?

I want to send out an automated email to a USER based on a people tag that was initially added the LEAD. The email is built up so it would only trigger once the people tag (that has been added to the lead) is being added to an existing USER profile.

We have several bots on several sites, specifically one on our website and then one that shows up in our LMS. Of course they both ask different questions and sometimes our learners will go to our website and ask a question. More often than not, we have that question answered through our bots and articles within our LMS bot tree. But not in our website tree. It would be great to be able to "hand over" the conversation to the LMS bot from the website bot if it is determined the topic needs to go that route.

Previously we used the campaigns feature in intercom to conduct reach out messages for NPS once a quarter. Since campaigns have been removed and replaced with series, we have had some trouble tweaking the set up to do exactly as we need it. I'm wondering if anyone else also uses the Wootric app to collect this data and if they can share tips/tricks in their series.  Our process has 3 steps.  An in-app message is posted to any used that comes online within our preset audience to give an NPS rating If a user in the audience does not come online, or if they do not interact with the in-app a follow up email will be sent with the same NPS series Upon the user giving a response (via the in-app or via email) a follow up email will be sent to the user based on the response given (promotor, passive, or detractor)  The difficulties we are running into is that some users are responding to the in-app and continue to receive the email which results in duplicate requests for feedback. We have a few products, 2 of them are web-based, now is an app (android and ios).Some of my users are single product users, but some of them are multi-product users, which means that the same user logged in to different products. and he is already recognized as such. Now, my problem is:I need to know which product the ticket/message was sent from.  When trying to use conversation auto-tagging, every user is auto-tagged with all the products he ever logged to. So.. what am I doing wrong? and how can I fix it? Thanks in advance!

Can I automate the series so that when a lead books a demo, it is tagged as Demo Booked, and an acknowledgement email will be sent automatically? If so, how do I do it? This is my first time using Intercom, I am trying to create a series on onboarding new users. Hello everyone! I have a quick question regarding users. I need one email to count as one user.I'm seeing in my contacts' section that the same email address is appearing many times as individual lines. I'm adding an example of a member of our team as a screenshot. What I would expect here would be for all of this info to be in one and only line. I don't understand why the same email is not grouped.I tried giving a name and a company to one of them, hoping that it would group the rest, but nothing happened.  Any ideas?

By "counted" I mean... In these Tour stats, does "Views" count when the tour is first triggered, even when the user does not go all the way through? And does "Completed" only count when every step in the tour is viewed? On the User detail screen, does the tour get listed there when it is triggered and the first step viewed or only if all steps are viewed.

In Android it appears at the bottom of the screen, it gets under nav bar and hides behind cards with any elevation. I can't add elevation to it, can't show it in the top of the app and can't tell it that there is a navigation bar down there and it should be above it.
