This doesn’t display for me since the update, I’m still seeing the old / previous design. Do I need to do anything?

Im trying to find out from the community if anyone else has noticed Intercom Article reporting showing massive drops in Article viewership post the first week of October 2022.  According to Intercom reports, our audience for the help centre dropped by 80% over two weeks. This is NOT accurate.  Google Analytics does not reflect this drop as well as overall website traffic outside of articles being up.  My assumption is a product update or bug introduced during Week 41 2022 is the cause but trying to see if anyone else has noticed this?

  I know that I can create an attribute and update daily via API, but for that I have to use my technology team, is there a way to use a formula? Like trial_end_date - today()? Any tips on how to achieve that would be awesome :D

So the goal is to show the button, show the product tour, and after the Product Tour is over, we want to reset the button to the default state. What's the best way to archive this? Currently, we have an event that triggers the Product Tour. Is it possible to check, using the API, if the user received that event, so we can back the button to the default state, or should I control this internally?

I need to have an intro message in the product tour, then enter text in a search box and go to the results page. How can I do that with a product tour?

We have a lead gen process where consumers are providing us with qualification information so our customer success team can interact with them. We are using Zapier to feed this data into Intercom. We want to be able to crate events for these new customer records (such as Calendly events and the information from the lead form).  (As best we can tell), Zapier allows for the creation of events for Users but not for Leads. Looking at the Lead vs. User definition, Leads are a more accurate description of these consumers. However... if we can't use Zapier to append events to leads... is there a good reason we can't use User records to track these consumers?

I need a custom bot for our customers across several different languages.

It would be great if we could create a ticket automatically without requiring the user to click a Reply button from a bot. Use case:We have a 'connect integration' button in our app that sends an Intercom event. We'd want to trigger an automated message to the user that we're working on it AND automatically create a ticket in that message.

I have set up an Outbound email - in a plain template, the buttons aren't showing and I don't know how to fix it.

We want to use Intercom Product Tours for one of our domains, but our client would not want the chat Messenger feature. Is it possible to configure Intercom to still have Product Tours working but remove that Messenger? Thanks in advance!

Hi, we work with small business customers so make extensive use of the company layer in Intercom. It's quite usual that a single person is on multiple companies with the same email adress, but therefore has unique users in intercom (unique IDs, companies etc, but same email adress).  Is there some practical way of sending a newsletter to only unique email addresses? Currently we have customers complaining that they get our newsletter up to 10 times (as they're on 10 different companies).  The only way I can come up with is each time having to download the entire user list, remove duplicate email users, re-uploading with a tag, and sending only to tagged customers. A lot of work for our content team each time they want to send a simple newsletter! Johan

We use custom bots to provide some information before someone chooses to speak to a person. This is across most of our pages, but I have a different Custom bot that I would like to kick in if a person accesses Intercom from another of our webpages. This is important because the bot will end by assigning the query to another team in Intercom (and this seems to overrule the inbox rules set up). Is it the 'new conversation' Custom bot I should be using? I thought it would be straightforward to do this by using Rules, but I've tried a few different things and it still only shows the original custom bot, not the one I have created. This means the queries are then also assigned to the wrong team. I've created an Audience rule 'Current page contains...', but this didn't work. I also added 'does not contain' to the original Custom bot as well, but this still didn't fix it. Can anyone help? Thank you

I would like to archive a large number of users but keep their conversations. Archiving a user causes the conversations to be lost. I can archive a single user conversation but I can't find a way to do it in bulk (10,000ish users)

How can I hide the contacts details from agents. As we hire external temp agents, I would like to prevent agents from seeing the full names, emails and phone numbers of customers. Is this possible?

I am using the Dotnet API library and attempting to retrieve a lead through the ContactsClient, but am recieving the error 'Error while serializing AppCount endpoint json result.' This appears to be to do wuth the SocialProfile list/model as the SeaializationType is: System.Collections.Generic.List`1[[Intercom.Data.SocialProfile, Intercom, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null]] Has anyone else uncounted this issue or know of a solution?

How can I disable visual mode in Custom Bots builder?

For some reason the Product Tour build is not recognizing the data-intercom-target key in the right place, as you can see the pink line on the top left corner of the screen shot. Any ideas? I added the key in other places and works fine, I have the problem only when adding the key to the items inside the menu, on the left side, where the background color is black. 

Messages from existing threads with clients are suddenly being sent to Spam, and this causes the team to miss out on their replies. What could be the cause of the this? Understand there is an option to mark the email as 'Not Spam', but keen to look into what the issue is to prevent this from happening again.

Hi,  I currently have a welcome email that is sent if sign up is < than 1 day and an onboarding attribute is of a specific value. Due to the nature of our product, I would prefer to send the email as soon as the user is created in Intercom.  Could you confirm if the "signed up if it's on the date" Trigger will help achieve this ?  I can't find anything in the help docs to explain the "if it's on the date" parameter. Thanks!
