Our app has a lot of dynamically generated identifiers that fill portions of our URLs. These IDs change depending on the user, the project, the company, etc. So what I'm trying to figure out is how I can make this example URL: domain.com/projects/38918-3891-38939/company/492389183 ...work for everyone no matter which project or company they're in. I've seen the concept of wildcarding before in other apps where the above URL would be reflected as: domain.com/projects/*/company/* So that no matter what ID comes in the place of the *, the URL will trigger the action. Any input on this would be fantastic. Hi,I know this question was asked elsewhere, but the link in the answer goes to page which details how to manually edit a template but not to upload one.What I’m hoping to achieve is that we store our email templates and blocks in a repository such as Gitlab, so they are version controlled, and then automate their upload via API to Intercom as part of our merge pipeline.Is this even possible? And if so, is someone able to direct me to the documentation for this please?

I have a doubt, in my workspace I have 56,690 users with these rules.How is it possible I only have 10 answers and sent 23 messages during January? Is there any way I can optimize my formula and have more reach?(Considering that I want to present my NPS every 90 days to users with more than 30 days of use). 

Is there a way to know how long did it take the user to complete a tour? We want to better understand if the users just click “next next next” to finish with it  

I am using Intercom for the 1st time and setting up rule based emails.  The emails I want to send are based on events not happening i.e. a customer does not add users, a customer does not make a booking. Could you advise how I may do this?  I can see how to do it where an event does happen but ultimately I want my rule to look like:Where user role X has not done event Y after Z amount of timeThen send emailThanks in advance

I just started using Intercom. We have multiple people managing replies from a single account, which works well. Is there a way to also send the Intercom replies to the original sender email? For example: our group-managed email is example@gmail.com. When a user sends an email to example@gmail.com it gets forwarded to Intercom, where it’s replied to. However, there’s no history of the email in example@gmail.com. This is a problem because I still need to manage/track the email threads in Gmail in addition to Intercom. Mainly because I’ll need to pick up communication out of office hours and over the weekend. How can i solve this? 

I was trying to use chatGPT for my customer service. When I search GPT in the app store, it looks like there are FederaGPT, Albus, and Aissistant. Has anybody used any of these services? Any comments?

I sometimes share messages with users who are not logged in.At this time, I experienced a phenomenon that the message I sent yesterday disappeared today, and I would like to know the message storage time of the guest without id and email.Also, I would like to check if this can be changed in method or intercom setting.

I've integrated a Product Tour link into a banner using Intercom. However, I've encountered an issue where clicking on the Product Tour link causes the page to refresh itself before initiating the tour. Ideally, the tour should start seamlessly since the banner appears on the same page where the tour begins. Is there a method to prevent this page from reloading upon clicking the link? Thanks!

We're currently integrating Intercom into our Flutter app.We've set up a workflow that's triggered within a series. The first time around, it works perfectly and the message appears as an in-app notification. However, subsequent triggers result in the message being delivered to the inbox without the in-app notification alert.This inconsistency is affecting our product onboarding, which relies heavily on these workflows. The experience for our users is crucial and currently compromised due to this issue.Has anyone else encountered this? Our team noticed as testing our product tour that on one of the steps if the user clicks the wrong element or step it then messes up all of the following steps and reverts from elements to just having a message pop up in the middle of the screen. Any solution? 

Dear Intercom community!I have been working with Intercom for a longer period of time, but I’m still encountering some challenges and hope someone can assist me here. The series I build has an entry rule and a first e-mail. After the e-mail was sent, I added an in-app post, which relies on the fact a user was online/ active after receiving the e-mail. Sadly, the post was just received by two people from over a hundred. The others are still pending, which can not be entirely true, cause some of those users were already active. There is obviously something I’m missing, but clearly I don’t know what it is. Does someone have an idea and can help me out? The help is much appreciated. Thanks in advance and all the best,Neele 

I see that the base plan includes 1,000 guided users using our product tours. But what happens when we exceed 1,000? I can’t seem to find any pricing information around what it looks like at 2,000, 5,000 or 10,000 guided users in a month?

I’ve been creating emails with dynamic variables but only seeing People Attributes and App/Author Attributes + Events. But I can’t seem to find a way to add something like:© {{ current_year }} My Company Inc.On the end of my email templates. Is this possible to do? Thank you for your help.

 Platform - Mobile app flutterWe identified some key drops off points during our onboarding and planning to trigger chat or carousel when the user spends around 1 minute in that checkpoint.Alternatively if the user left the app , we need to send a push notification from intercom to re-engage them during the onboarding. For this we are trying out Series in Intercom ,We configured it to open a carousal when the user visits a page (eg - settings page) It worked perfectly. But when we introduced a wait block for 1 minute we didn’t get the carousal. We waited for 1 minute and the carousal did not open. Link to the series we created I have found out in the community post that even though we put it as 1 minute the next block will be executed every 15 minutes and thats why the delay is. So our requirement is like this , if a user stays in a page for more than 1 minute we have to trigger the carousal or chat to offer them help.   

I need to give support to the user by opening intercom chat if they are staying on a page for a minimum  of 2 min. How can I do this using the intercom.We have a flutter app. 

let’s say the user left from the page 1 during the onboarding. Can I re-engage with them after 10 min using Mobile push(or any other outbound option) and direct to the page from where they left? Can I get a trigger after 10 min or create an automation rule for this scenario?

Hi, we have been sending push messages to our customers for months using Intercom. We made no changes to our iOS app or certificates but are now getting a 400 MissingTopic error on all of our push messages to iOS users. Is this something that has changed internally with Intercom or the SDK? Thanks,Maanit
