Hi, I want to use Intercom for Account Management and create sequences. I have found Series + email might be an option here, but then sending emails with unsubscribe links look like I am sending a marketing email, which doesn’t work for my case. Does anybody have any suggestions on using Intercom for Account Management and being able to create sequences without unsubscribe links, so that they are sent automatically and are seen as personal emails?  

I need to trigger an action within my application when the user either completes the survey or cancels it. Similar to how we currently initiate the survey (Intercom('startSurvey', XXXXX);), I require a comparable mechanism to execute a function upon survey completion or closure.Thank you.

Hi, I'm thinking about becoming an Intercom customer, but first, I need to ensure it meets my specific needs. I'm interested in the ability to trigger the Intercom chat pop-up at the corner of a web page based on custom events determined by the webpage's algorithm. Is this feasible? Essentially, I'd like the Intercom chat to appear whenever my algorithm dictates—this could be in response to a webhook from the server or any other custom logic. Can Intercom support this functionality? Is there some method like openChat() that just opens chat “with no questions”?

Whenever we create a zendesk ticket in intercom and click the link to head there, we get this prompt now. It never happened before and it’s an annoyance. Any chance we can bypass this in a setting? Tried adding that to our trusted domains message list but that didn’t work.   

I saw a question similar to this but for mobile. I am working on in-platform web surveys when a user clicks on something or triggers an event. However, I am not sure if it’s my configuration or access type, but I am unable to see an option to set it up that it happens when a user triggers an in-platform event.Also, I could be going about this set up wrong. Would something like this be in proactive support or set up as a workflow? 

I am trying to create a Chat message that will be sent 3 days after some event happened for the first time. I think that I was able to set up such message yesterday using “Add event or rule date” button.However, today the button is grayed out and when I hover over it, it says “Currently you can add only one rule like this”.What does that mean? It this function temporarily disabled globally? Or is there some problem with our account setting or something? When will be this feature available again?I cannot see any ongoing incident on https://www.intercomstatus.com/ . Neither I can see any note in the documentation (

Now I would like to follow up automatically depending on the emoji they have chosen to find out why the user reacted in this way. How can I do this? When creating an outbound email, I changed to HTML editor but now I can't change back so all I can see is the HTML instead of the normal UI.

At the end only 4K saw the product tour, the problem is all the other register on the website but on mobile phone. Product Tour does not work mobile ?Is the only way to reach those people is to create e mobile carroussel ? Bur for me mobile carrousel is for SDK et non responsive website right ? How to handle those people ? Thanks 🎈

Our app has a lot of dynamically generated identifiers that fill portions of our URLs. These IDs change depending on the user, the project, the company, etc. So what I'm trying to figure out is how I can make this example URL: domain.com/projects/38918-3891-38939/company/492389183 ...work for everyone no matter which project or company they're in. I've seen the concept of wildcarding before in other apps where the above URL would be reflected as: domain.com/projects/*/company/* So that no matter what ID comes in the place of the *, the URL will trigger the action. Any input on this would be fantastic. Hi,I know this question was asked elsewhere, but the link in the answer goes to page which details how to manually edit a template but not to upload one.What I’m hoping to achieve is that we store our email templates and blocks in a repository such as Gitlab, so they are version controlled, and then automate their upload via API to Intercom as part of our merge pipeline.Is this even possible? And if so, is someone able to direct me to the documentation for this please?

I have a doubt, in my workspace I have 56,690 users with these rules.How is it possible I only have 10 answers and sent 23 messages during January? Is there any way I can optimize my formula and have more reach?(Considering that I want to present my NPS every 90 days to users with more than 30 days of use). 

Is there a way to know how long did it take the user to complete a tour? We want to better understand if the users just click “next next next” to finish with it  

I am using Intercom for the 1st time and setting up rule based emails.  The emails I want to send are based on events not happening i.e. a customer does not add users, a customer does not make a booking. Could you advise how I may do this?  I can see how to do it where an event does happen but ultimately I want my rule to look like:Where user role X has not done event Y after Z amount of timeThen send emailThanks in advance

I just started using Intercom. We have multiple people managing replies from a single account, which works well. Is there a way to also send the Intercom replies to the original sender email? For example: our group-managed email is example@gmail.com. When a user sends an email to example@gmail.com it gets forwarded to Intercom, where it’s replied to. However, there’s no history of the email in example@gmail.com. This is a problem because I still need to manage/track the email threads in Gmail in addition to Intercom. Mainly because I’ll need to pick up communication out of office hours and over the weekend. How can i solve this?

I sometimes share messages with users who are not logged in.At this time, I experienced a phenomenon that the message I sent yesterday disappeared today, and I would like to know the message storage time of the guest without id and email.Also, I would like to check if this can be changed in method or intercom setting.
