Product Tours “work on desktop only. It doesn't currently work on mobile devices (including tablets) in the browser or in mobile apps.” So we had to implement Post messages for our webapp mobile users in order to support their onboarding with videos.I want to allow our mobile users to view an onboarding video in a vertical 9:16 format, however I am unable so far to find the right solution:I tried inserting the video in my Post, but it’s displayed in a small size like a snippet of the original video. Also, I cannot hide the sender and the video is played by default without sound (with the button to unmute not very visible), Then I tried embedding a YouTube video. This seemed to work since the play button allowed it to be played with volume and opened in YouTube if helpful for a better view. However it is shown on a wide view instead of the vertical (9:16 view).Can I embed a "Short" YouTube video to be displayed vertically?Any suggestion to show a vertical video on a post?Should I try a

Hi all, I have installed successfully Intercom Messenger as Plugin on Axure Cloud Server workspace.Most of the function from Intercom work perfectly ie: checklist,tasks, messages But just [product tour] does not load , and after I selected the destination pages, nothing happened.I have attached a few error print screen I have found in “developed mode - console”Can any expert can give me a hand please? I’ve created a newsfeed, created a news item in that newsfeed and set it live. I made sure I am part of the newsfeed as a user. But when I go to my site, I don’t see the newsfeed anywhere.Would love a video tutorial! 

Hi there, We’re having an issue with the Intercom Inbox, we’ve just integrated Instagram/Facebook messagers to come through via the native integration.  The previous tool were inforbip, which help us collect messagers from Instagram/Facebook.But it always show  another app is controlling while we have already disconnected from the platform we used before. We have tried many times to reinstalling but still error. Does anyone meet this before? Please help.Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi, I’m having a problem setting up a product tour.One of my steps asks users to download our plugin, however, a small set of our users might have already installed it, meaning the “Download Plugin” button won’t exist.Here’s the info I saw in another post:“If the pointer step in a tour is unable to identify the correct element on the page because the CSS selector associated with the tour step and the CSS selector associated with element on your site do not match, the pointer step will instead show as a “post” step.”I’m facing an issue here - this post step that defaults has no option for customers to press Next or Skip.Meaning if the CSS selector isn’t there, there’s no “if” logic for a user to be able to manually move onto the next step.Is there a way to allow users to move onto the next step if the above occurs?

We set up two proactive messages something like this,First proactive messageset Where to send as if current page URL is https://mydomain.com along with Visitor audienceSecond proactive messageset Where to send as if current page URL is https://sub.mydomain.com along with User audienceBut if a user visits our website with the following sequence,visit root domain https://mydomain.com, and a new conversation gets auto triggered (unread) visit sub domain https://sub.mydomain.com and logged in as user, because there is one conversation is opened in step 1, and the data is shared, Intercom shows user that conversation again.I tried a lot of different settings such as using condition as NOT CONTAIN subdomain, it still doesn’t work. When I am scheduling an email from a one of my sales reps I get this message: Check [email address] and verify your address, then try sending your message again.  When my rep attempts to send an email, he also gets the same email.  He does not get any emails for “verifying”.  What does this mean?

I added emails to a series and I want to use Intercom email more for automated sign ups. Is there a way to sync emails sent from Intercom as tasks in Salesforce (like chats?) we really need this to utilize the series and email function more or else we have to keep sending them through our MAP. 

The language in our workspace is English but when I create and send emails, the Powered by Intercom in the footer is in Chinese. How can we switch it back to English? Thank you

Hello there,For a few technical reasons I plan on using a homegrown email dispatcher to send emails to users for onboarding purposes. I was hoping to set up a Series with various triggers to help with this, but instead of using Intercom to dispatch the emails I want to use webhooks and use our homegrown email system. Is that possible? Are there limitations I should be aware of?  There will be many email ‘types’ that I will be sending out depending on the conditions met. Is it possible to include an id of sorts that pairs the the step in the series with the appropriate email type? 

I would like to send an email to users who meet a certain criteria. The trigger is event based: 3 weeks after the users first upgraded to premium. I have Stripe integration, but I'm not sure how to set this up?

Hi we’ve just installed messenger in another subdomain and we are noticing since this has been installed we are getting notification delivery issues to group emails. Is there something about messenger that stops these or is it just coincidence.

Hello,I would like to express a concern of mine. I am trying to use the conversational rating system for my company support but how our support works is that every time we get a new ticket on unassigned we respond and close and wait for the ticket to be re-opened by the user with a response but the conversation rating shows up way too early before the ticket is actually completely solved, what can we do about this? I want to keep using this feature but there must be some solution.

Hi!I want to show a banner for 24 hours using an API call. (Use case: inform customers about a specific event start and finish, for example, maintenance windows, and that even will happen frequently so we want to automate this process)I created a banner manually and added a rule to trigger it on an event I can create through the API.The problem is that I want to show the banner only for 24 hours and then, disable it.I did not find any API call that allows me to do so and the stop sending date does not cover a delay from creation.Is there any way to do this?Thanks!

Exactly what the title says - where I work we’re having a spate of conversations that aren’t meeting SLAs, but I’m not sure if they’re being assigned in a timely fashion so I would love to see WHEN something was assigned. I thought turning on ‘View Conversation Events’ would help, but that’s only showing when automations are running, not when the assignee was changed.  Thanks!

Why is a user matching the wrong rule block in a series?A user entered a series correctly, but when passing by a certain number of rule blocks, it matched with the wrong one, due to a signup role attribute. I would like to know what might cause this and when will we be able to filter users by series they entered, instead of having to tag them.Thanks
