Hey folks! I created a custom bot inside the software. I've set up 2 conditions - Both are custom attributes.  Even when the data is captured in both the attributes and the conditions are satisfied, chatbot is not pushed. 

We have content that needs to be seen by the user at all times at the right and the chat window blocks it

Is it possible to delete multiple contacts via the Intercom API? The article here does not say anything to that affect https://developers.intercom.com/intercom-api-reference/v1.3/reference/delete-users/p>

In our case, we have an attribute called "preferred_language" and a team inbox called "Repair Inbox".If a conversation would end up in the Repair Inbox and if the preferred_language of the customer would be "EN", then I would like to add a note or subject to the conversation saying "English Customer". Would be great if anyone could help me out or let me know if this is possible :)  Thanks!

Hello, I would like to be able to query a team to see how many tickets are in them at a given time. For example, we have an overnight queue and I would like to be able to alert on if that queue gets past a certain number.  Seems like I would want to add a tag using the rule and then query for tag count? Thanks!

Would be great to be able to build a few 'sets' of product tours, i.e., one set geared to each different 'user type', or 'skill level' etc, and present the grouped product tours in an App based on criteria. Is there any way to do this without custom code?

Hi! We've been snoozing a lot of tickets for which users do not reply instantly for days which results in the "time close" being increased. What should be the ideal time to close a ticket if a user has not replied? How many followups should be sent?

Lets say we have an external website that is associated with our main website. Our main website is what hosts Intercom. However, we want to put a "Contact Us" section and a link in our external website that redirects the user to a prepoulated message/bot. Is there a way to do this?

I just migrated to the new inbox, and it's pretty great so far, but I've not been able to find a way to edit user notes from it. The old inbox had this functionality. Now, I have to open the user's "contacts" profile in a separate tab, and then edit from there. Is this the only way to achieve this? Also, I was hoping with the new inbox there would be a way to delete user notes, but it doesn't seem that functionality has been added. Seems like a real oversight.

I have set up our help center to work with Google Analytics as shown in the Intercom article.However, I'm having some trouble getting the data I want out of it. I think part of the problem is that we set up the helpdesk to use a subdomain (looks like analytics isn't great with those). Does anybody use Google analytics and tell me if and how you managed to get data about:user-flow to and from our articles (what URL they came from and where they went next)if possible the same data from above filtered by article language (via URL)and the Intercom article also mentioned: How many articles they read in a session Any other data you are looking at?

Hello,I am developing an integration from my company's system to Intercom using the new features of Custom Objects and Custom Actions, but I have not been able to retrieve in my Custom Bot as a Data selection button the data mapped to my Custom Object.I have already set up the right relationships from my Custom Object to the People and Conversation objects following this tutorial (https://www.intercom.com/help/en/articles/6298283-setting-up-the-right-relationships-with-custom-objects), but no buttons are being shown in my bot.Can you assist me setting this up? As this is a new feature, I could not find any other help in the Intercom Help Center.Thank you,

There are several instances on which Chat window is failed to load on ios and Android Both. The intercom SDK used are as follow:react-native wrapper : 3.0.4android : 12.4.1ios : 12.4.0 EditedIf anyone has faced same issue would love to hear what have you done to fix the same. In other words, from planning what data to gather through asking the right questions (and selecting question types) through seeing reports and using the data. I'm also intrigued by user attributes and I'm looking for use case descriptions on those. I know this is a lot but the articles I've found are very superficial and seem focused on what to click to do something - that much I can usually figure out on my own :-) Can anyone help?Thanks
