I am trying to get a full list of the users through the /contacts endpoint of the current version of the API, but I am only getting the leads and not the users. Is there a param I have to pass to the endpoint? I tried role: user, type: user but no luck.

Customers sometimes request transcripts of a conversation so they can refer back to it later or have documentation of the conversation. Currently it can be sent without images but often times the images are the most valuable piece of the interaction.

We've got a help centre localised in a number of languages. However, not all articles will be available in all languages from the get go, which means some articles will only be available in English whilst they're being translated. If you select an article in the help centre, select another language that the article is not available in, we get a very bland page with the message 'You are being redirected', without any actual redirections ever happening. Are we missing any settings for this?

I know the selector is correct because its highlighted in the tour. Then when I click on it it stays on that step and does not advance. The next step is a post so its not related to the selector on that step. Any ideas?

Hello! I have created a series of emails with different rules triggered by events. One of these events is that when a user registers to our website they should be tagged with "registered". I have created the tag under that name. The series is created in a way that a first email is sent, then if the user registered there's a rule on the series triggered by this event, and should eventually tag the user automatically ( see the picture). However this does not happen. We have tried internally and the event triggers correctly on a user level, the problem is the tag. Is not working properly. Anyone can help me? I've been trying to get help from intercom for the past day but they have not answered me. Thanks, Iris

The initial entry rules didn't encompass our full audience so we need to increase it but we don't want those who already entered the series to be targeted again with the first emails. Will those already in the series remain where they are in the series or be re-entered as they will meet the edited requirements too.

I am looking to use the bot and our online articles to develop a workflow triggered when a new user logs in or a user who hasn't completed the articles logs back in. I'm relatively new to Intercom. Is there a guide to assist me with this?I'm also open to other ways of doing it so I welcome comments if you have suggestions!

Hey folks! I created a custom bot inside the software. I've set up 2 conditions - Both are custom attributes.  Even when the data is captured in both the attributes and the conditions are satisfied, chatbot is not pushed. 

We have content that needs to be seen by the user at all times at the right and the chat window blocks it

In our case, we have an attribute called "preferred_language" and a team inbox called "Repair Inbox".If a conversation would end up in the Repair Inbox and if the preferred_language of the customer would be "EN", then I would like to add a note or subject to the conversation saying "English Customer". Would be great if anyone could help me out or let me know if this is possible :)  Thanks!

Hello, I would like to be able to query a team to see how many tickets are in them at a given time. For example, we have an overnight queue and I would like to be able to alert on if that queue gets past a certain number.  Seems like I would want to add a tag using the rule and then query for tag count? Thanks!

Would be great to be able to build a few 'sets' of product tours, i.e., one set geared to each different 'user type', or 'skill level' etc, and present the grouped product tours in an App based on criteria. Is there any way to do this without custom code?

Hi! We've been snoozing a lot of tickets for which users do not reply instantly for days which results in the "time close" being increased. What should be the ideal time to close a ticket if a user has not replied? How many followups should be sent?

As i said, i'm trying to POST a new intercom/message to my customer but i'm not able to do it. Maybe the body is not correct. I have no problems with 'intercom-client' node library but now I must send this information through a serverless function :P 

Lets say we have an external website that is associated with our main website. Our main website is what hosts Intercom. However, we want to put a "Contact Us" section and a link in our external website that redirects the user to a prepoulated message/bot. Is there a way to do this?

I just migrated to the new inbox, and it's pretty great so far, but I've not been able to find a way to edit user notes from it. The old inbox had this functionality. Now, I have to open the user's "contacts" profile in a separate tab, and then edit from there. Is this the only way to achieve this? Also, I was hoping with the new inbox there would be a way to delete user notes, but it doesn't seem that functionality has been added. Seems like a real oversight.

I need to create a dashboard that gathers certain charts from different reports in intercom and I'm wondering how I should do it and what's the best way to do it.I need to display the engagement summary of different custom bots + the number of tagged conversations for a specific tag + opening rate of certain emails + reply rate of certain emails + number of new inbound conversations VS number of replied conversations
