It has been reported that on devices with smaller screens the configured layout does not work in the same way. Could anybody help me? 

I want to change the visual prioritisation of our collections and within them the sections. Also I'd love to be able to create expandable lists that allow customers to see all the sections within a collection 'closed' and then on selecting one section, it would expand to show all included articles. This way they can browse all sections on one screen, without having to scroll through the articles in uninteresting sections.

Hi, We randomly get the following error when trying to build an android release build. After building a few times it seems to fix itself but suddenly appears again after some time. This is pretty annoying since it costs unnecessary credits on CI servers. It already happened in react-native-intercom 2.1.0 but also happens now on latest 3.0.5. FAILURE: Build failed with an exception. * What went wrong: Execution failed for task ':@intercom_intercom-react-native:generateReleaseRFile'. > A failure occurred while executing com.android.build.gradle.internal.res.GenerateLibraryRFileTask$GenerateLibRFileRunnable > /Users/vagrant/git/node_modules/@intercom/intercom-react-native/android/build/intermediates/local_only_symbol_list/release/R-def.txt 

Hi,  I have the simplest of questions. I have an extremely simple set of outbound conversations that go identify product-> capture product specific data -> end conversation -> generate lead for callback  when I have enough for a lead for that specific product, I want to take everything captured and fire it off to a webhook. I cannot for the life of me figure out how this happens in intercom, all of the help articles talk endlessly about webhooks and there are screenshots of a place you can stick your https webhook url but absolutly no description of how to get to that screen, and how to trigger a payload send when you close an outbound conversation.  I would also love to just preview what the payload looks like so I can get started on integration work into our CRM - it seems like you cannot do this without sending to a webhook? which as described above I cannot figure out how to do.  I am waiting on an intercom architect to have a free meeting slot to walk me through this, but

We have an NPS survey running and started receiving an uptick in our customers logging issues that the Intercom bubble blocking buttons in our app. We have the Intercom chat set up behind a small ? icon in the upper right of our app vs. the chat bubble. However, we discovered that with the new NPS survey, if someone dismisses the survey then the blue chat bubble appears in the bottom right and there's no way to get rid of it. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I am trying to figure out a way to link between bots. I would like to be able to have users jump to a different bot if they go down a specific path. This would allow me to have a bunch of smaller bots, rather than one large bot which covers all topics.

Our company uses Intercom for Marketing, Sales, and Support. I am wanting to create some product tours for internal training purposes but don't want to risk going over a limit if there is one.

I want to completely remove the possibility for clients to write to us so they can have only the custom bot. Is that possible? I couldn't find an option to remove the "Write a reply".

i’m creating series which has a path where user completes tour then a custom bot comes up. however, if the user cancels the tour, I want the bot to still come up after they cancel. i don’t see a rule that caters to this. is this simply 'when user viewed tour'?

How do we set up the custom bots to display a message that we will be back on the next business day once a customer contacts us after our business hours. Because right-now this is what it shows.

I have many customers (corporates) that block links from the the domain intercom-clicks.com which means, all links in my newsletters and email, don't work :(  I need Intercom not to change the links in my newsletters. I know won't have the click tracking reports anymore, but that's not relevant.  Where can I do that? Hi I need to do a product starting on a website A and during the tour I have to do the user clic on an item that show you a feature in an other wbesite B (websites A & B have two different urls). I did mention "navigate somewhere" to set up all my pointer, but when I test it on preview when I click on the item to show the new website it reload itself to and stay on the first website and the product tour closes.

Hi, I created a cloudfront distribution that pointed to intercom.help for our company and that works fine, it's all set up with no issues. The problem arises when i went to review AWS Security Hub to review best practices and I noticed a critical issue. The title of the best practice is "CloudFront distributions should have a default root object configured". I reviewed the guide to set up a cloudfront distribution from Intercom and it has no mention of setting a root object. I wonder if anyone else has run into this and solved it? I've tried a few potential root objects like /en since that's what it redirects to if i got to intercom.help/company but everything i've tried to add it just redirects to a 404 page.  Thanks

I'm not looking for a way to share a full article just simply for whomever is monitoring intercom to pick the right statement that applies to gather more information from the prospect or customer. I want to crawl, walk, run so not yet to the point of bots.

Why cant my customers open multiple conversations? They only see the option to see all conversations?

Hello, We'd like to query via REST APIs all the Conversation SLAs for an account. We'd also like to know how much time is left/overdue with reference to an SLA for a single conversation. As of now, we can see that the conversational model has sla status but not details - https://developers.intercom.com/intercom-api-reference/reference/conversation-model/p> But, I don't seem to find a way to get the SLA details. Does Intercom provide a way to do that programatically? Regards

There are events that are in segment and are not visible in intercom, I would like to know why.

I need to change colors for different parts of the chat, like replies, hover states, etc. but there is only one color that I can change in settings. Where are the rest of the color/font settings?

When a customer replies to a message in a closed conversation via email sometimes this reopens the closed conversation and other times a brand new conversation is opened. We would like for a customer reply to always reopen the existing conversation so that the message thread is maintained but are not sure what the logic behind whether a conversation is reopened or not is or how to control this? We have disabled the "Prevent replies to closed conversations" option and are also using "Use an Intercom email address" as the default sender address.
