I don't think this is possible right now. If yes, someone please suggest a way on how you're measuring these metrics.  The idea is to understand how many occur and what are those questions and to create a program around it to educate customers and then go back measure to see if it has reduced.

We're moving out Help Centre away from Zendesk to Intercom's Articles. One thing that Zendesk had that our users appreciated was the ability to raise issues with the Submit a Ticket button at the top right of most themes.  Has anyone got any experience with adding this functionality into the Intercom messenger at all? We're debating adding a Typeform block to our Intercom messenger that can take people through the steps of raising an issue, but we'd have to use Zapier to capture and send these to Zendesk.  I'm wondering if anyone's got an integration a bit more native to Intercom, or better still, Zendesk <> Intercom integration that they would recommend for users to raise tickets via the messenger as a block, rather than a chat?

If the custom address has been added to our addresses & domains in the Intercom settings, does this mean the reply would come to us through intercom?If so, great! If not, what do I need to do to make sure we do get the reply through intercom? We've been receiving all of our replies so far by using this email address! Thanks for any help you can give us!

My workspace is under review probably due to an email that was sent to too many people at the same time.  I did not receive any communication via email, nor did I receive responses from Intercom on Messenger. This is very frustrating.  Can you please help me? It is very important that my workspace is still accessible today.

Hi, I know that Product Tours are only showing once to a user. IS there a way to trigger the tour over and over again for the same user?

Hello !  I would like to know how and when product tours button are translated in different langages ? For exemple, when I build one, on preview I see "Next" but when it is really played, as I am in France, the Next button is "Suivant". I have to build product tour for Brazil, how can I be sure that the Next button will be translate in "Próximo" ? Thank you !

Hi everyone, hoping someone can help me out with an issue I'm seeing with my help center (help.apteo.co). I have a few articles in the center, however when I try to type in any search term into the search box, the resulting page not only doesn't show any results, it actually shows the entire help center homepage as it is. Hey folks, I have a SaaS product where we onboard customers personally via Zoom. I need to create an automation to chase leads who register but do not book an onboarding call. It would work like this: Customer submits a form to register some basic info including email addressCustomer is sent to call booking system (e.g. Calendly)If no call is booked within 24 hours then customer enters a drip email series to encourage them to book a callCustomer exits drip campaign if they book a call Anyone have any thoughts on how to set this up?

We currently integrate Intercom & Slack, so we get a ping whenever a new user signed up for our product. However, it only displays the user's name but not their email address. We want to see the email address they signed up with to easily identify which company they're from to send it to our sales team. The names are clickable, and then it takes you to the intercom page, where you can see the email. But is there a way to display the email address directly in the slack message without the extra clicks?

Hello!I am trying to configure outbound messages to appear within my native iOS app, but I want them to only show up on specific screens (like home screen, for example). I know for the web you can specify a page/URL on which the message will appear, is there a similar functionality for mobile? Or if not then maybe there is some workaround?Thanks a lot in advance!

I'm creating series to onboard new users based on what they have or haven't done in our app. Now it could happen these events trigger on the same day and I'd rather not send them multiple emails on the same day. Is there a global setting that can make sure to always wait 2 days between sending emails? Thanks!

In my overview tab I notice there is the top pages for new inbound conversations report, which is fine but it's not giving me a lot of detail. (See attached screenshot.) Is there a way to build a custom report where I could gain more detail? I've been asked by our partner team to be able to report out on chats by page by partner. Thanks!

I was wondering, Is there is a way I can use a URL to prefill a message that my users can send to me in the messenger? I want to be able to add a URL to my email marketing campaigns and have users click a button. That button takes the user to my website and opens the messenger with a prefilled message so they just click send.   

I'm trying to set up webhooks (conversation.admin.replied for now) and in the body of webhook i get field `data.item.conversation_parts` and it is a list. I don't why this is a list. Can someone please explain it? What I mean - by every reply I get this webhook and info about this reply is stored in a list, but why? Which cases should I handle where it can be a list with length> 1?

How do I make email templates that can be used within inbox?

Hi I am having difficulty with creating my product tour. I have designed it with the 'pointer' feature that allows a message to pop up next to a part of my online platform. The majority of the time, once I save the steps and press 'save and close', when I go to run a preview, the steps just come up in the middle of the screen and not the way they should. Any advice or solutions to this would be very helpful.  Thanks

I had a look at the 'Manage the unexpected' feature in beta, and was wondering if there have been any requests to add the ability to schedule updates to the message/publishing, as well as the ability to add a message to various languages?

I would like to create a segment of contacts that have "Signed Up" on a different day than "Last Seen". Is there a way to do this? (I do not want to specify the date for either Signed Up or Last Seen. I just want them to be on 2 distinct days.)

I would prefer to remove the Back on Monday/Back in 30 Minutes text that is in the Messenger (as described here) and replace it with a bot response after the first question. Is that possible? Any guidance is appreciated. Thanks!

Hello guys! We installed the app "lokalise for Intercom" now we ran a issue. We are a german speaking comapny. We want to expand to spain. The translation works just fine. But the incoming messages are translated to english. We need them translated to german. The Anwser can be wrote in german, it will be translated to spain, there is no problem. An idea how we can set it up? Thanks!

It is possible to prevent the closing of my product tour before it was completed?

Hi,I m trying to find out how to create a contact as a lead, i used the following `registerIdentifiedUser` and `updateUser` and passed `role` as `lead` but it does'nt seems to work.Any one know how to do this, is it even possible through the mobile sdk ? Or should i use the api instead ?

I would like to have the Product Tour show up only if we have a particular element on the screen (e.g. start it only if we have a particular box on the screen).  The solutions that I can think of are:Trigger a JS event once the box has shown up and then filter if the event has a count of greater than 0. However, that doesn't seem to always work for us. Once the event gets trigger, the product tour doesn't show up. We seem to have to always refresh the page in order for the tour to show up.Do something like this - Intercom('startTour', tourId) - aka trigger this event once the element shows up. However, this requires us to create the product tour first and find the tour id. Are there better ways of doing this? Ideally, I would like to just have something in the product tour setup to specifically say "if this named element is present, start this tour". For context, we have a React based application that has a lot of interactivity.
