Hello, I'd like to send an email to 991 users and 661 of those are already registered in our Intercom. The missing 330 seems to have declined the cookies hence don't appear on our system but we have their email addresses. If I import those 991 users to Intercom, 661 will replicate. So is there a way to avoid this and reach those 991 only once? Thanks a lot in advance!

Is there a way to get more error details for canvas? Trying to test out canvas and I get an error "Something went wrong while trying to set up that card, please try again" All i did was configrue the url, which returns the json from https://developers.intercom.com/canvas-kit-reference/reference/canvas and I'm stuck on the first step.....  I used chrome console and I see that the error_code is third_party_malformed_response_error Here is the URL I'm using for the initialize step - https://spacedrift.azurewebsites.net/api/intercom/initialize

We have banners on some well-trafficked pages, but they only show once in a while. We suspect it is a CORS issue (Cross-Origin). While our main widget js is served from our domain, we suspect the banners are called from an off-domain script. Is this correct or should we be looking for some other bug? How can we best test for this?

You mention in the Signed Notifications section in the webhooks docs (https://developers.intercom.com/building-apps/docs/webhook-model#section-signed-notifications that the X-Hub-Signature is a sha1 signature of the payload.body and the client secret. Could you please confirm the order both strings are concatenated (payload.body + client_secret) or (client_secret + payload.body) before you pass through sha1()?  Although I've tried both options I'm yet to get a match, but before I look into the possibility of my payload body causing the issue I'd like to get confirmation on the order the two strings should be concatenated. I'm attempting to pass the concatenated string through a sha1() method to do a string comparison with the header value from the request?  Is the usual method to confirm signature or is there something I've missed?

Hola👋  We have intercom integration which is used by our customers and use intercom for ourselves too. Currently we a developing a 'delete account' feature to become GDPR-compliant. So when user in our system requests delete of his theirs data we need to delete it from intercom as well. I assumed that using Access Token for requests gives you all the permissions but seems like I was wrong. When I try to delete a company I get "token_unauthorized". There is a list of permissions in Authentications but AFAIK if I enable delete permissions there they will be requested form our customers who installed our integration too. Is there a way to generate different Permission scopes for API key (internal use) and oAuth (external use)? Thanks in advance for any tips

We use Close as our CRM for our sales team and then we use Intercom for Live Chat with leads on our website. Is there a way our sales reps can receive a notification in Close anytime a lead starts a new conversation in Intercom? I know Intercom sends an email notification to our Sales Rep's Google Mail inbox. When can we expected to be able to edit images in the article editor?

Has anyone else experienced the Intercom launcher opening on page reload at all?  We're seeing this with only some of our platform users in Chrome (11/10/2021 Version 94.0.4606.81) For some users there is a 404 call to a specific endpoint that appears to be related to articles from Messenger? It looks like when the 404 for happens, there's a successful API call to open the intercom module, which means that for some users when they load the page the intercom launcher is expanded automatically.  This makes it hard for users to use our product without having to minimise Intercom all the time.

I'm trying to get Intercom to forward conversations to Zendesk as tickets. Both using the ready-made app integration and Zapier, attachments work but they load the attachment content from Intercom's CDN and the link includes an expiry timestamp (e.g. expires=1633516164, which is an unix epoch timestamp). This expiry timestamp only allows viewing the image 30 minutes after. Is there any way to bypass this limitation? We're not able to bring the Zendesk users to Intercom so that they'd be able to view the conversations there. Thank you.
