Can I pass an attribute through the messenger widget code on my page that will assign the conversation to a certain team member?

I have a number of messages that were created as test messages and never sent - the same with campaigns and series. Is there a way to delete them? I click the checkbox next to the item, but I don't see an option to delete them appear (only "tags"). How do I delete the test data?

We have gotten feedback from customers that the automated outgoing message interferes with their shopping experience. Currently it is set up to show a snippet of a welcome message, and I can clearly see where the CLOSE button is located directly above the chat, but I think quite a few customers are missing that and becoming frustrated. This is primarily happening when customers are shopping on their phones (we do not have an app, just a mobile website) We want to continue to use the snippet feature instead of just using the badge, so I was wondering if there is a way to set up a time frame to allow the message to show. For instance, can I say that it should pop up after 10seconds on the page, but then automatically close 10 seconds later if the customer has not clicked on the chat to engage.

The product category field on our SF Lead object is required. That field is restricted to a set of picklist values (see below screenshot.) Can I build a custom bot to either have the customer choose from a product list that I create OR map whatever answer the user enters to be one of the values in this picklist? Thanks in advance!

I created a Segment, but want to remove some users from it. Is there a way I can do that in bulk, or do I have to go to each individual user to do it? EDIT: It does not appear I can do this even at the individual user level.

My segments are primarily based on user behavior, like, first seen after z date and "has most recent event in past 7 days"  then I query the segments via the API with the count included, like so:get("/segmentID?include_count=true")  but this gives me a non-real time count. It seems to be the count from the last browser session.  So, when I have a new user, I trigger my api call to grab this data and update my dashboards. but the API returns counts as if that new user has not registered. I have to open a browser window with all the segments to get the counts to update.  Is there a timer on which these counts update, or do I have to open a browser to get them to update, or am I doing something wrong?

I am using Development workspaces to try out APIs for development of an App.I would like to use Teams API and have some questions related that. 1, Is it possible to add(invite) or delete teammate via API? 2, When I tried to add teammate using Development workspaces, I got the error in the below capture. Is there any limitation to adding teammate in Development workspaces? 

Hello! Our team has a developer workspace and we are unable to add new teammates due to an error.  Regardless of whether an inbox seat is assigned or not and which permissions are set, when trying to send invites to the new team member(s), an error message appears: “Cannot convert undefined or null to object”. We have tried different combinations of permissions and having an inbox seat, but the error persists. The invites are not sent and we are stuck on the “Set permissions” screen.  We have also tried creating a new developer workspace and the same error occurs when trying to add the new teammate(s).  There is a corresponding error log in the browser console: /ember/inbox/pricing_migration/migration_states/wmvkgtzf?app_id=wmvkgtzf:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 () Any help or insights would be appreciated, thanks in advance!

Hi,  Using the mobile SDK and I have a singular user (at least reported) that gets this screen upon selecting the Intercom button. It happens all the time and is not intermittent (reported at least). Is there anyway to know what is going on here? Without being able to debug locally (I don't have access to their account) I don't even know where to start or if there is a way I can intercept the logs that Intercom might be publishing when its not local 

Hi, The Last Seen property does not show the correct time when listing the users. As we can see from the screenshot. There is a green circle which means the user is currently online: If I open a user profile, the field last Seen says the correct thing: Just now : For the same user there is also a problem that he does not receive a Post message from Intercom, even if he was really logged on the page. I'm thinking if that could be the reason that his data are not properly updated by Intercom... Could you please explain why the date is not updated?Thank you.

All my article URLs have <domain name>.com/articles/<id>-article-name. I want to do away with the ID value in the URL and change it the name of the article only.  We maintain 9 accounts/business and want to have standard URL as per the article topic and not maintain IDs for every account. How do i update the articles URL for every collection or handle the redirection?  I have pinged on chat support but no reply.

I am trying to see if there is a way that I can A/B a product tour using Series. I know that you can A/B test posts, but I am not seeing the same functionality in the Product Tours portion of my series. Has anyone else run into this or know if there's a solution. I have set up series to send out a post to users, and I observed there could be users who are eligible to be a part of multiple series. Which message will they get first?Since it is an in-app post on the same page of our product, I am a bit confused about what entry rules to add.I have used multiple AND's and OR's on Series started, disengaged, completed, etc. as an entry rule to make sure the message that is relevant goes first.
