The tutorial for writing a basic Messenger App ends with, "There are ways to refresh this [The app flow] automatically". Unfortunately after 2 days I have been unable to find out or work out how to do this. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

We are using app.heartbeat.chat to host our Community, but can't figure out how to integrate Intercom into it. Intercom works on the main website (startupstrategycentral.com), but once you click the link to sign in and it takes you to the community portal, Intercom goes away. Help?

We have several bots on several sites, specifically one on our website and then one that shows up in our LMS. Of course they both ask different questions and sometimes our learners will go to our website and ask a question. More often than not, we have that question answered through our bots and articles within our LMS bot tree. But not in our website tree. It would be great to be able to "hand over" the conversation to the LMS bot from the website bot if it is determined the topic needs to go that route.

Previously we used the campaigns feature in intercom to conduct reach out messages for NPS once a quarter. Since campaigns have been removed and replaced with series, we have had some trouble tweaking the set up to do exactly as we need it. I'm wondering if anyone else also uses the Wootric app to collect this data and if they can share tips/tricks in their series.  Our process has 3 steps.  An in-app message is posted to any used that comes online within our preset audience to give an NPS rating If a user in the audience does not come online, or if they do not interact with the in-app a follow up email will be sent with the same NPS series Upon the user giving a response (via the in-app or via email) a follow up email will be sent to the user based on the response given (promotor, passive, or detractor)  The difficulties we are running into is that some users are responding to the in-app and continue to receive the email which results in duplicate requests for feedback. What's this WORKSPACE really used for?- Can we link specific workspace to specific pages a website?- how are they linked with licensing/subscription?- can we have each workspace have it's own messanger configuration?

It seems like it should be possible to delete all of the current user's data with Intercom using the Mobile SDK and not have to call the REST API to do this.

Hi!  We send newsletters to our customers from outside Intercom. For example, we'd like to target outbound messages to the people who have clicked some link on the newsletter and landed to the webpages. Is this kind of targeting possible as those newsletter aren't send from Intercom? Can referral url be used for this? Is there any limitations?

We have a few products, 2 of them are web-based, now is an app (android and ios).Some of my users are single product users, but some of them are multi-product users, which means that the same user logged in to different products. and he is already recognized as such. Now, my problem is:I need to know which product the ticket/message was sent from.  When trying to use conversation auto-tagging, every user is auto-tagged with all the products he ever logged to. So.. what am I doing wrong? and how can I fix it? Thanks in advance!
