Hello!I am trying to configure outbound messages to appear within my native iOS app, but I want them to only show up on specific screens (like home screen, for example). I know for the web you can specify a page/URL on which the message will appear, is there a similar functionality for mobile? Or if not then maybe there is some workaround?Thanks a lot in advance!

I'm creating series to onboard new users based on what they have or haven't done in our app. Now it could happen these events trigger on the same day and I'd rather not send them multiple emails on the same day. Is there a global setting that can make sure to always wait 2 days between sending emails? Thanks!

In my overview tab I notice there is the top pages for new inbound conversations report, which is fine but it's not giving me a lot of detail. (See attached screenshot.) Is there a way to build a custom report where I could gain more detail? I've been asked by our partner team to be able to report out on chats by page by partner. Thanks!

I was wondering, Is there is a way I can use a URL to prefill a message that my users can send to me in the messenger? I want to be able to add a URL to my email marketing campaigns and have users click a button. That button takes the user to my website and opens the messenger with a prefilled message so they just click send.   

I'm trying to set up webhooks (conversation.admin.replied for now) and in the body of webhook i get field `data.item.conversation_parts` and it is a list. I don't why this is a list. Can someone please explain it? What I mean - by every reply I get this webhook and info about this reply is stored in a list, but why? Which cases should I handle where it can be a list with length> 1?

Is there a company I can hire to install/setup intercom correctly? Want some support, am willing to pay.

I was discussing with my colleague whether it would be better to make the Intercom bubble always visible or have it pop up on-click only? My arguments for having it always visible:People expect to have a live chat functionality and it is the default locationHaving it there would increase the number of conversations His arguments against having it there:Takes up screen space(some elements or content might be hidden behind the button)Users can easily find the support button elsewhere What are your thoughts on this?

How do I make email templates that can be used within inbox?

Hi I am having difficulty with creating my product tour. I have designed it with the 'pointer' feature that allows a message to pop up next to a part of my online platform. The majority of the time, once I save the steps and press 'save and close', when I go to run a preview, the steps just come up in the middle of the screen and not the way they should. Any advice or solutions to this would be very helpful.  Thanks

I had a look at the 'Manage the unexpected' feature in beta, and was wondering if there have been any requests to add the ability to schedule updates to the message/publishing, as well as the ability to add a message to various languages?

I would like to create a segment of contacts that have "Signed Up" on a different day than "Last Seen". Is there a way to do this? (I do not want to specify the date for either Signed Up or Last Seen. I just want them to be on 2 distinct days.)

I would prefer to remove the Back on Monday/Back in 30 Minutes text that is in the Messenger (as described here) and replace it with a bot response after the first question. Is that possible? Any guidance is appreciated. Thanks!

Hello guys! We installed the app "lokalise for Intercom" now we ran a issue. We are a german speaking comapny. We want to expand to spain. The translation works just fine. But the incoming messages are translated to english. We need them translated to german. The Anwser can be wrote in german, it will be translated to spain, there is no problem. An idea how we can set it up? Thanks!

It is possible to prevent the closing of my product tour before it was completed?

Hi,I m trying to find out how to create a contact as a lead, i used the following `registerIdentifiedUser` and `updateUser` and passed `role` as `lead` but it does'nt seems to work.Any one know how to do this, is it even possible through the mobile sdk ? Or should i use the api instead ?

I would like to have the Product Tour show up only if we have a particular element on the screen (e.g. start it only if we have a particular box on the screen).  The solutions that I can think of are:Trigger a JS event once the box has shown up and then filter if the event has a count of greater than 0. However, that doesn't seem to always work for us. Once the event gets trigger, the product tour doesn't show up. We seem to have to always refresh the page in order for the tour to show up.Do something like this - Intercom('startTour', tourId) - aka trigger this event once the element shows up. However, this requires us to create the product tour first and find the tour id. Are there better ways of doing this? Ideally, I would like to just have something in the product tour setup to specifically say "if this named element is present, start this tour". For context, we have a React based application that has a lot of interactivity.

Can I pass an attribute through the messenger widget code on my page that will assign the conversation to a certain team member?

I have a number of messages that were created as test messages and never sent - the same with campaigns and series. Is there a way to delete them? I click the checkbox next to the item, but I don't see an option to delete them appear (only "tags"). How do I delete the test data?

We have gotten feedback from customers that the automated outgoing message interferes with their shopping experience. Currently it is set up to show a snippet of a welcome message, and I can clearly see where the CLOSE button is located directly above the chat, but I think quite a few customers are missing that and becoming frustrated. This is primarily happening when customers are shopping on their phones (we do not have an app, just a mobile website) We want to continue to use the snippet feature instead of just using the badge, so I was wondering if there is a way to set up a time frame to allow the message to show. For instance, can I say that it should pop up after 10seconds on the page, but then automatically close 10 seconds later if the customer has not clicked on the chat to engage.

The product category field on our SF Lead object is required. That field is restricted to a set of picklist values (see below screenshot.) Can I build a custom bot to either have the customer choose from a product list that I create OR map whatever answer the user enters to be one of the values in this picklist? Thanks in advance!

I created a Segment, but want to remove some users from it. Is there a way I can do that in bulk, or do I have to go to each individual user to do it? EDIT: It does not appear I can do this even at the individual user level.

My segments are primarily based on user behavior, like, first seen after z date and "has most recent event in past 7 days"  then I query the segments via the API with the count included, like so:get("/segmentID?include_count=true")  but this gives me a non-real time count. It seems to be the count from the last browser session.  So, when I have a new user, I trigger my api call to grab this data and update my dashboards. but the API returns counts as if that new user has not registered. I have to open a browser window with all the segments to get the counts to update.  Is there a timer on which these counts update, or do I have to open a browser to get them to update, or am I doing something wrong?

I am using Development workspaces to try out APIs for development of an App.I would like to use Teams API and have some questions related that. 1, Is it possible to add(invite) or delete teammate via API? 2, When I tried to add teammate using Development workspaces, I got the error in the below capture. Is there any limitation to adding teammate in Development workspaces? 

Hello! Our team has a developer workspace and we are unable to add new teammates due to an error.  Regardless of whether an inbox seat is assigned or not and which permissions are set, when trying to send invites to the new team member(s), an error message appears: “Cannot convert undefined or null to object”. We have tried different combinations of permissions and having an inbox seat, but the error persists. The invites are not sent and we are stuck on the “Set permissions” screen.  We have also tried creating a new developer workspace and the same error occurs when trying to add the new teammate(s).  There is a corresponding error log in the browser console: /ember/inbox/pricing_migration/migration_states/wmvkgtzf?app_id=wmvkgtzf:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 () Any help or insights would be appreciated, thanks in advance!

Hi,  Using the mobile SDK and I have a singular user (at least reported) that gets this screen upon selecting the Intercom button. It happens all the time and is not intermittent (reported at least). Is there anyway to know what is going on here? Without being able to debug locally (I don't have access to their account) I don't even know where to start or if there is a way I can intercept the logs that Intercom might be publishing when its not local
