Is there a way to get the priority field in conversation objects from webhooks? I could not find a topic for it in the list nor do I get the field as a 'by the way' from any of the other webhooks.

 So far all I can see is `sort & pagination` (search) applies to `contacts` only - but the ability to search articles is what I am looking for - is there a way we can feed in the help centre search results into our apps search results page?  Thank you

Cant's select an element to launch a custom bot. Error message: Could not generate a selector. Please add your selector manually. I'm trying to add a custom bot which needs to be launched by clicking a button. When I try too select the element on the website, it keeps throwing up the error: "Could not generate a selector. Please add your selector manually: (Error: Selector was not found.)". This is despite the element having the attribute:<a class="bottom-price-btn theme-btn-2 btn" data-intercom-target="Get in touch">Get In Touch</a> Any ideas how I get this to work?

We love it and it works very well with my customers in US (also in my laptop when I was in San Francisco).when I go to Vietnam, I and my team can't use it anymore. I've actually already brought this to a conversation with Ryan from support, but I'm posting it since it seems there are almost no clear docs on the topic. While implementing Intercom in a React single-page app, I noticed the calls to Intercom('update') (as suggested by the SPA guide) weren't showing in the conversation or contact page until I hit refresh in the Intercom page. The same is true for submitted events.It's actually a bit misleading to have "now" in bright green when the user might have moved away from the current page after initiating the chat. The only place that makes it clear is a single sentence in Events FAQ & Troubleshooting. This definitely needs:clear communication in any place that suggests using Intercom('update') to add a new pageviewsame for event documentationactually an auto-updating UI, since it may be very helpful, besides resolving the misleading information

We implemented a chatbot and livechat for the chinese part of our website. Unfortunately to login to the backend is a pain for our china based employees. To login they need several minutes. Anyone else has this issue or knows how to avoid this problem?  For example a connector to teams or skype (where our employees can directly chat with the customers)?Any help appreciated.Cheers,Diego

Use Case:We would like to migrate our Product Registration to the Messenger and I am building a Custom Bot which would include a piece of an app which pulls in information from a REST endpoint. However, the app would include two dropdowns which need to be interactive. The first is a product type which would then display a set list in the next dropdown related to this first dropdown.  Does this need to be a live canvas in order to work properly, or do I just need to head another route for this?  There are not good examples anywhere for how to use live canvas or what needs to be present in it, other than implementation.  Thoughts?

Hey all, just wondering if anyone had any experience integrating appsflyer.com with Intercom. I see it is not supported out of the box but can be done with 3rd party services.

I want to be able to detect users who have been on a zoom call (not webinar), or contacted my team in a Whatsapp group. I don't see a way to do it via natural integrations, and it doesn't look like the API's support it, or that I can even add an Intercom javascript event for this. But I'm still wondering if there's something I'm missing that might work. One of the ideas I have is a manual upload of a CSV file - is that possible?  And if so - is there a way to tell Intercom to detect users by their phone numbers (for whatsapp where there's no email)?  Is there a way to make sure it will detect even if the phone # format is not exactly the same (i.e. with/without country code, w/o hyphens etc)?

One of our Product's key selling points is dynamic in terms of when it will first appear. It could be weeks, or it could be months. Or if it's a new user for an existing client, it will be as soon as they log in the first time.  Once it hits, it is a BIG DEAL and we want to trigger right then a congratulatory/explanatory Product Tour so they recognize and understand how to shift their workflow for these specific items. The issue is that this is a web element. It doesn't live in the URL, and it doesn't appear as a User/Company attribute in Intercom.  Any thoughts or is this a Product Enhancement? 

Settings > Outbound > Addresses & Domains > Custom Addresses I am trying to setup a new email address to allow messages sent from Intercom to reflect our company domain in the 'From' field. The problem is that I am not receiving the message that is required to complete the email address verification.  I believe the problem is that the messages are being blocked because we have a security feature enabled on our Google G Suite account known as MTA-STS ( https://support.google.com/a/answer/9261504?hl=en ). Can you advise if Intercom supports this and how we can complete the verification process?

Hi team - when we add conversation tags through the API, we can't find them in the Inbox UI. Is that possible?  Also, do tags added through the API show up in Reports? (Customer support > Conversation tags)

When using the Stitchdata integration, what is the difference between the 'Users' and 'Contacts' table? In addition, I'm seeing multiple records created for a single email in the 'Users' and 'Contacts' table. What would cause this to happen? My company is currently using the Stitchdata integration (https://www.stitchdata.com/docs/integrations/saas/intercom) for replicating Intercom data into our warehouse. In the schema, a table titled 'Users' and another titled 'Contacts' exist. What is the difference between these two tables? Also, I see the SAME email being located in both tables. Why is that? Another issue is that, if we are looking at the 'Contacts' table and 'Users' table alone, we see 4-5 records attributed to the same email. Why would this happen?

When will you support custom bots from a button on the Mobile SDK ? It should not be that hard to do !! it should has the same logic as Mobile Carousels and articles I should just use the ID and it should work!! Please work on shipping this faster 🙏 Thanks
