If you have to Install Intercom on 2 apps, do you use the same API for both apps?

When our team was reviewing Intercom, our contact told us that it was possible to install 2 apps on one Workspace. We have 2 apps (for both iOS and Android). Do we use the same API for both apps?

I am looking for a help article timer option.

I am looking for information on how to initiate a timer if a customer is looking for something on our platform and can't find it. I.E. We release a new feature and the customer can't locate that. We created a help article, but they haven't clicked on Intercomm to find that yet. Ideally intercomm would understand they are looking for something and prompt a "Do you need help?" message. Is that available?

Dynamic Url on Second page of the Product Tour.

While creating a Product tour for multiple pages, how can I add rules on the second page which I am able to put on the first page from where I start the tour.Scenario: In my tour I ask user to create a new project and this takes the user to new page. Now on the new page, we have the projectId as the url parameter. So when I create a tour and user clicks on the New Project tab, it is always redirected to the project which I created while making the product tour.Can you suggest how to achieve this ?

How can I find the article that the Messenger directs me to? The pics in Messenger are too small for humans to read.

I'd be okay with reading through a response in the Messenger window, but I can't click on photos to expand them...and, thus, they are pointless as an aid to understanding. Thanks

I want to send an email to people based on content of an event

I am trying to set up a smart campaign based on the NPS scores (entered as events in Intercom). E.g. nps_score: 10  Currently I cannot see an "is" option for events, only a count or before and after dates.

I am running emailcampaigns in mailchimp which include links directly to our articles. The mailchimp campaign report says that one article got 69 clicks, but when i check the report in intercom that article shows only "10" users watching.

Why is there a difference between both reports and how do I ensure all of the clicks show up on the HC article tally/report?

Im looking for a way to get the inbox view when i click a lead/user.

 We offer phonesupport and when a customer is calling in i would love to have the same view in order to use for example quicklinks and see the lead/user in the same way as i do when they are chatting or emailing with us. How is this possible?

Additional Help Center customization possible - namely, the header info and social media add-ons?

When just starting off with our Help Center customization, it started off reading "SIMTICS Help Center", but that text in the banner was entirey replaced when I uploaded our logo...so now I've got a blank logo with no words beside it. And then, the looks-to-be-standard "Advice and answers from the SIMTICS Team" doesn't look to be modifiable. Can I not change that? Also, I'd like to be able to add another social media button (Instagram). Can I do that, please?

Added apps not showing - ?

What I'm seeing in my Messenger setup for Users is not what my colleagues are seeing.  I've added an app to include a link to our Help Center and things looked and works fine for me in Firefox. But then, when I sent them the update, they said they can't see the added app in Messenger? It still worked fine for me in Firefox, so I then went to an entirely new browser (Chrome) to try to see what they're seeing...I, too, couldn't see the added app. My Messenger preview shows that they should be there, though - ?? I added it to both User and Visitor to no avail. Again, it worked fine for me - but only me. Side note: I don't think I actually added the right app in the way that Intercom intended, but it "worked" for me. To add a URL for our Help Center, I added an app....chose Content Showcase...Flexible List...customize...then just left most of it blank after adding a title and URL. Here's my view regardless of whether I'm logged in or not...my assum

Is it possible to recover conversations of a user you have blocked and unsubscribed?

Recently had to block a user for verbally accosting chat support. Now I'm in need of recovering those conversations for the sake of "receipts". I searched the user but the conversations have been deleted from her history. Is there a way to recover those conversations? They're only 24 hours old.

Why is my Product Tour step disassociating itself from the UI element?

When I set up my product tour (for a logged in user), I associate each step to an element (& it looks great). Once I click on preview, the steps are no longer associated to any of the elements.

Missing Inbound Support Email in Inbox: A client emailed our support email address and the message did NOT make it into our Inbox! How can this be?

What is worse is we don't know how many more there may have been that we missed! I only learned this because the client sent a follow up email to my email address. Anyone experience this before? How can I troubleshoot and resolve the issue? Waiting on Intercom support but with 24 hour plus wait for a reply..I thought maybe someone here could help??? NOTE: I have tested the support email address and my emails are being delivered. I am at a loss! Help!

Workspace under review

Our workspace has been under review since we verified our domain for outgoing emails. This has been 3 BUSINESS DAYS with no response after I immediately provided the information Intercom requested. It's hindering our business to not be able to communicate with customers about their orders. It says it should take less than a day and yet my message are still Not Seen to support. How long does it take to get any help?

How do I copy all user data from one Intercom workspace to another?

I am merging two intercom platforms into one. How do I ensure all of the data columns of an intercom csv export, is imported into the new Intercom? I exported the full data of a single user onto a CSV file. I IMPORTED the same CSV file after changing the email address as a test.  Most of the data did not import, like "First Seen" etc. The 6 that the imported asked for worked fine (ID, email etc) It is critical that all of the data is imported. How? Thanks!
