Hi everyone, we have 2 workspaces in intercom. A Salesforce app is connected to one of our workspace and I like to know if I can connect another workspace to the same Salesforce org.Is there any way I can have the second intercom workspace linked to the same salesforce environment? I could really use the help! Hello guys!Can you advice me with connecting gmail box to intercom?We want to redirect all emails from gmail to Intercom and appoint it on operator. Additionally, we want to have separator for messages. What will work the best for us?

Is there a limit to the number of list items you can add to an attribute list?

Why the operator does not send rating ask in all the conversations?This is happening everytime I close an importante chat conversation, and is getting me troubles with my indicators.Please i need support.

We have our product running for a couple years now. There's a lot of users. When we started with intercom there either wasn't any option for supporting push notifications or we just didn't find it enticing enough. Now we would like to enable push notifications in intercom. We have thousands of push notification tokens in our DB that we use in our product. Is there any option to use those tokens and just synchronize them to the users in Intercom or is the only possible option to use the iOS SDK in our app?

Hi team, We're building an app that will add notes in conversations. Looking through the Intercom API, it seems like we must associate a note with an admin in the Intercom account.  Is it possible for the note to come "from" our app instead? For example, like Slack bots with their own name and logo. Or, we use the Intercom/Github app and notes are posted from "Operator".   

Hi, I want to test pagination of articles through the articles UI and want to change the default limit (the API docs say its 50 per page right now) to 20? Is there a way to do so in the UI?  

How can we get the section ID of Help Center from the UI?If I use the list all articles api, for any given article if "parent_type" is section, what does "parent_id" signifies? Can I find that id in the UI? Thanks in advance!

I would like the ability to kick off a zoom session from an Intercom conversation, and have Zoom automatically create a meeting id, set the meeting subject based on the client's name and put the invite into the chat. Right now I kick off client zoom sessions, based on Intercom conversations, by hand, using by personal meeting id, and locating a previously recorded session (if I ever need to review it) is difficult, because all recorded zoom sessions are called "Personal Meeting Room".

Hey there friends,We're a small startup and leaning heavily into our Intercom installation with a range of engagements from messages to email. Before I get much fancier, I decided to do an audit to think through our customer journey as they pass through our home pages and into our SaaS software.  To do this audit, I simply created a big Miro chart that identified steps. I can't be the first person to do this.  Are there best practices out there all of you big-timers can suggest?  Thanks!~b

The macro's are only visible when an email conversation is existing already. When a new email conversation is started by 'us' a different set of saved replies is visible (called saved content). Both are very important. Just wondering if they can be combined in one type of saved reply/macro? 

Hi Team, I'm trying to create a webhook for my app that having OAuth authentication (i.e. Intercom users can install my app on their account/workspace). In my app, users can create separate functions to be executed for each type of intercom notification topic e.g. 'contact.created' topic triggers function1 and 'company.created' topic triggers function2 ...etc. So for example, if user1 creates 2 different functions for 'contact.created' & 'company.created' and another user2 creates few more functions for different notification topics for that user's account/workspace.  With webhooks how do we distinguish from which user or workspace the notification is generated? Webhook json payload does not seem having any field that allowing me to uniquely identify user/account/workspace where the event occur? or am I missing something?thanks

I noticed, first the channel field in data for push notifications had value push_only, later i saw it was changed to push, but I get nothing from push notifications inside series. More so, is there anyway of looking at the performance of all my push notifications, and see metrics like ORs, etc right now??? Because I couldn't even look at these metrics on the report section

Creating posts, is there no way of removing a button that one has put in? Do I need to redo the entire post?

I have been running Intercom on my website for a few years and this morning I noticed that the messenger box is no longer appearing anywhere on the website. The last user enquiry was submitted 5hrs ago. I don't see any service outages.  I have sent a message via the messenger on the Intercom dashboard, but they say it could be 2 days before I get a reply, so I was wondering if anyone else was experiencing the same issue. When I go to the Network tab of Chrome DevTools I can see there is one resource that isn't being loaded (it gets stuck at pending for 5 mins, which is presumably the timeout) and then spawns another network request. Here's an example of the network request ```Request URL: wss://nexus-websocket-a.intercom.io/pubsub/5-LCGg-A6YMCL8QXsrrbVFfgR1FUwmvNkg3nphXpLQx8Ox2PZa9mayqXReAk_MrS4Yf_JY3-Nyu9I3bMuh_LFFi9mQN7uIRuckXXXX?X-Nexus-New-Client=true&X-Nexus-Version=0.8.1&user_role=undefinedRequest Method: GETStatus Code: 101 Switching Protocols```

Hello everyone. I encounter quite an annoying thing during the latest automation checkup. Roundrobin does its job only for the new conversations, which makes it not that useful as a tool. ExampleI have a specific queue (team) to which specific dialogues getting assigned. After that, they distributed between the online agents using the roundrobin feature.  1) During the day, agents A and B are online, working with the new dialogues etc. Closing them once the case is solved or the ball is on the user's end. We allow users to return to the old dialogue since often it is a more convenient option for the user rather than start the new dialogue.2) Agents A and B shifts are over, they set "Away and Reassign status".3) Agent C is on the shift now. 4) If any of the customers that agents A or B talked to will return to the previous conversation, the Messenger will set the agent to "Unassign" and that's it.----------------------As a result, agent C should not just work

We send newsletters via MixPanel. Every time a new wave of emails goes out, we received hundreds of auto-replies or OOO from that campaign.  We already disconnected the emails from Intercom, but auto-replies are still sent to the Intercom inbox. Please help us as it is very anoying. 

We're switching from Carthage to SwiftPM and found that the Intercom SDK doesn't include dSYMs when installed via SwiftPM, unlike other binary SDKs we've installed such as Instabug. I just want to let the iOS team at Intercom know so they can add them but apparently all we have is a community supported forum. Does anyone from Intercom read the forums? How can I actually tell someone who can do something about it?
