Hey,  I just added my teammate to Intercom with all the permissions enabled. But I don't see them in the "Start a conversation" section on intercom chat in my site.

I want to set a goal for a webinar signup, for example. Is it possible to get a pixel code I can embed on my "thank you" page after signing up so that Intercom can tell how many signed up? Alternatively, is it possible to do this with a server-side postback?

My apologies if this is answered clearly elsewhere. I want to confirm that while a user is active on a series they will not be eligible to restart that same series? The series is event based and the event can happen many times but I only want users to be eligible for the series once. I imagine this is the default but don't want to be wrong when i set this live!

I find it surprising that a company whose product is built around a live chat window, can take multiple days to reply. Messaging at the speed of snail mail can't really be counted as a chat.  For the price of your product please hire more customer support folk, you can afford it - they do a great job, but clearly they have too much to do if the response time is so poor.

Hello everyone!  I'm in the situation that I'm implementing Intercom on a page where I can't ask people abut their personal data or anything like that. I do however want to initiate conversations with the website visitors, and thus I have made Custom Bots that I believe should trigger "Hi, why are you here" (simply stated) with a couple of options to click. Should be easy, right?  No. The bots don't trigger. I have tested both "Outbound" and "From new conversation" bots, added the pages they should work on, and in Preview mode this give the desired behaviour. But live they're not showing that behaviour.  Can someone help me debugging this? Or am I misunderstanding something fundamental here?

My series is first based around trying to create communication with our leads. So the goal is to try drive response from the leads (in the first place).  I want to test different variants of mails , but I cannot set a "goal" of responded to message? It seems a like a pretty obvious requirement and I feel like I am missing something. I know you can add a [OPENED | REPLIED TO | CLICKED LINK] for each of the exit points of a message, but I can't feed this back to the goal? Maybe a hack for this to "add tag" and goal based on tags added or something? Someone help me out! Glad I found this page, the support feels SO slow when you are just trying to get bits done!

[OAUTH FLOW} In the loom video, you shared the app functionality, but we need to see the full end-to-end flow, including installation of the app with oauth, the end-to-end experience and functionality (as shown already) and uninstallation of the app. ' How do I do . there is no docs about this. if i install from the developer hub no oauth flow trigger.

We have mentors who go over our clients (students) homework. I want them to be able to initiate chats with a student if they have a note about a specific homework task hey submitted. (i.e. "your answer to question 13 is incomplete"). Mentors have users in our Intercom (they are team members), but I want the mentors to be able to launch the chat from the UI they use to check students homework rather than go into intercom look up the user and initiate a chat.  So I want them to be able to click a button next to a task they are checking, which will pop up either the messenger or any other way to send a message, where the user is already set (based on the email of the student I will pass to Intercom) and the task name/number included in the default text. Is there a way to achieve this natively, via an integration or via API?

I'd like to add 100+ users to a tagged group but as they already exist on our intercom account I'm worried they will be duplicated (and receive multiple emails). Is there a simpler way of doing this rather than me searching for each individual person and tagging them? I have a document with all of the emails I need.

We have Zendesk & Intercom working side by side and at this point, we are creating tickets from Intercom to Zendesk about specific conversations. Now I am thinking if it would be possible to use only Intercom but before I go any deeper I would like to know how I could have all the customer data from Zendesk to Intercom? In Zendesk we have a wide history of customer tickets and data and of course, I wouldn´t want that to disappear. We have tickets in Zendesk that are not in Intercom at all. So is this kind of integration possible and how? Tanks in advance! 🙏

I can create a message and send it to a user, but when they reply it goes to the admin who created the message. I'd like to have this assigned to a group instead, which I can do in the Intercom UI. There doesn't appear to be an option to set that via API.

Is it possible (or: what is the best way to...) run a small bit of code or show an iFrame in the messenger? For a certain case in a custom bot, if a user chooses a certain path, I want to show the user a quick calculator. The code is very simple - an HTML input, and about 5 lines of javascript. Is it possible to either put the code somewhere to show it in the bot? Or otherwise, can I use an iframe that shows a page where the calculator is hosted? Thanks

We recently had to update our customer's user ID's and a few duplicate records were created in the process. Hi, We are using webhooks to fire events when a user unsubscribes from receiving emails. This is working fine, but we also want to fire events when a user re-subscribes. I can't see any documentation capturing a specific resubscribe event, but is it possible to capture this event using another webhook? Edit:If the above is not possible, is it possible to remove the 'resubscribe' link from the 'you have susccesfully unsubscribed from emails page' Alternatively, can we redirect from the 'you have unsubscribed' page to our own URL, i.e. our own custom 'you have unsubscribed from our emails' page?

We have two calls for inbox canvas app, initialize and submit. the calls require you to respond within 3 sec or else it throw an error page (as it take too long to respond). Is it possible to send a loading page and response once the response is ready. Or is there a way to overcome this issue which requires to respond within 3 sec?
