Is is possible to add intercom in multiple apps with single intercom account and how?And how check different apps messages in different section i mean how to filter messages according to apps name

When I imported people from MailChimp I tried to designate them as "leads" but they've all come in as "users." Can I change them from Users to Leads? Or is it even important? I've understood users to be "subscribers" to my app where we have both paid members and their guests (who don't pay). I am trying to implement the Intercom API into my server side .NET Core application. I am using System.Net.Http Library to set this call up. The issue that I am running into is when I try to create a conversation using my code below I keep getting an error response stating "User Not Found" even though the same body being passed in works perfectly fine POSTMAN. Is there a way to create a conversation topic to collect conversations that came from our help articles? Or, is there a way using another automation to update a conversation data field which then could be added to conversation topic? I just built a Current Page URL -> Conversation Tag automation, but it doesn't tag past conversations, so I'd like to figure out how to use the conversation topics to aggregate these if it's possible.   I built a conversation topic that searches for the message "sorry that didn't have the answer you needed If you'd like, you can ask the team for help" since that's what the bot sends, but it only picks up that phrase in rare instances when someone replies via email to this message, as then the bot message is contained within their message... This might not be the right forum, but as we're looking to optimize Intercom more and integrate live support chat, we are trying to understand which team members should have Intercom accounts. Our product marketing team uses Intercom to send monthly release messages and we were wondering if they needed an inbox seat to send these messages, or can they just have a intercom account without the inbox seat? I thought I was understanding that inbox seats were only for the support live chat function, but definitely need to understand more. Thanks :)

So I have been following the document related to intercom api and was able to add a new conversation with body using the api. However, I am also trying to assign a conversation title along with some of my tags during the creation process but it does not seem to be reading those properties during creation. I tried the PUT endpoint after the conversation was created to update those fields but they do not seem to make any updates either. Please let me know what the correct way to accomplish this?! Thanks in advance.

We're testing a new onboarding series. When we set the series live, a couple of the people in our test get the 2nd video in the series but a couple of the people in the test do not get served the post. There's no perceivable difference between those who received it those who didn't. Any help and insight would be very welcomed! Also, we're trying to limit the posts to only showing up in-app but the posts are also showing up on the website. Would love to figure out how to make sure the posts show up only in the app. Thoughts?

Oftentimes, my images are too big. As in, when I insert a screenshot from my phone, the article displays it matching the width of the screen. The result is that the images are blown up, look too big, and are not as easy to use as I would like. Are there any good solutions out there that I am missing? Thanks!

I would like for my users to be able to search my SFDC KB articles from within Intercom. Is this possible today and if so how can I accomplish this? There seems to be no articles or documentation on this. I cant find anything useful via google either

I have 6 support agents. They all use the same email platform (Google for Business). I sent new teammate invites to all 6 of them through Intercom. Three of my agents received the email and were able to get into the system. Three did not receive the invite. I've revoked and resent the invite countless times. I've verified that in "All Mail" there are zero emails showing up from Intercom. I even have the Google authentication set up and working with Intercom and that didn't fix the issue either. It's the strangest thing. We do not have any spam filtering or other anti-malware protection in place besides the standard GSuite protections and standard Microsoft Windows security. I reached out for help from Intercom Support last week and still haven't received a response. Is this company run by bots? HA! :)
