Hi all - I’m curious to know if Fin’s pricing is in line with the expectations that everyone had. Our thoughts are the following:$1.90 per resolution is only slightly better than we achieve with current support stack (custom bots > offshore support > onshore support) The fact that pricing doesn’t scale with volume doesn’t seem aligned with growth and increased adoption of the product.Curious to know what others think, thanks!

Hi, I am using vimeo to embed videos within my articles and am having issues with implementing domain level video restrictions. We need domain restriction on all our videos to prevent them from being accessed by users that aren't logged in.  When viewing articles on the standalone help pages, the embed solution works fine, but if a user views a video from within the messenger, they get an error saying the video can't be played because of privacy settings. Both the help pages and messenger are used on the same domain. Has anyone found a way to use domain restriction successfully?

Hi! I was wondering if anyone has insight into what a good resolution rate for Fin would be? I know the marketing site for Fin says “Resolve 50% of your support questions instantly” - but is 50% the average that we should resolution rate that we should be seeing? We only just started our trial but are preparing support goals for the quarter and I’m not finding any information about this in the Help Center. I would love to hear Intercom’s thoughts on what they see across their own Fin averages or an average across all companies who use Fin, but it would also be helpful to hear from anyone who may have insight into this for their own company. Thank you!

Hi Everyone,  My team and I are having a hard time adapting to Tickets but we want it to work as tracking our conversations that require engineering/technical assistance is quite difficult! Does anyone have any best practices or tips on how they are currently managing back office tickets when working with other teams?  Here’s an example: Our support team may get an issue that requires us to get assistance from our engineering team. Currently we create a back office ticket, fill out all the necessary fields that our engineering team needs and assigns the ticket to the engineering queue.  When the engineering team needs more information, they’d prefer not to keep the ticket in their queue so they send it back to support, essentially leaving us with double the amount of tickets till we get the information from our clients to send it back to the engineering queue.  Appreciate any insight! 

Hello everyone,I’m Darshan Hiranandani, working on an application that has thousands of users, and I need to regularly create and update these users in Intercom, at least once a week. The problem is that the current Contacts API doesn't fully support bulk updates and comes with some significant limitations:It requires my app to track whether a contact already exists before performing a POST or PUT request. The API rate limits are very restrictive, especially for medium-sized user bases (166 requests per 10 seconds). It also requires storing the Intercom ID for updates, which isn’t ideal since my app uses an external ID for users. Additionally, the manual import process requires mapping each attribute, which is cumbersome and prone to errors.Given these constraints, I’m looking for a better approach or solution to enable bulk creation and updating of users in Intercom. Has anyone worked around these issues or found a better solution for handling bulk user operations?Would love to hear y

Hi, I’m setting up an onboarding checklist for new users. Users will have to go through multiple pages within our app to complete the list. I did a test run but the checklist is not opening up on the sequential pages after the initial launch. How can I make sure that the checklist is opened each time the user goes to the next page? Or does the user have to manually open the list each time he moves to another page?
