Hi guys,I wanted to know if in the UI there’s an option that is “Create By” or something similar in the workflows?For example: I’d like to do the following:Create a workflow for when a new ticket is being created - if that ticket is created by me, assign it to my colleague. If the ticket is created by my colleague, then assign it to me.Anything like that that i can use maybe? Thanks!

Can you make links open in same window within articles, instead of forcing them to open in a new tab? (they all get generated with target=”_blank)

At the moment if I add a link to my posts it opens in a new tab, which opens in a logged out state. This is a pretty poor experience for the customer. Is there a way for the link to open in the same window?

Hi there,The integration was successful and without errors. We can receive messages from users normally, but when FIN tries to respond or our team tries to respond from Intercom, we receive the error in the screenshot attached.When I contacted Intercom support, they gave me the following error message in the backend:"App doesn't have human agent tag access"anyone can help?thanks

Hello!Few days ago, we upgraded from archived Intercom Starter, to Intercom Expert. However, we didn’t receive functionality of it yet, we got upgraded to Support Pro Trial. Can we move to Intercom Expert right now? We do need Multiple Help Centers feature ASAP, so it will be a pleasure to have it. 

We have users that has multiple devices.We're using "Intercom for React native" SDK to allow these users to contact us via intercom.When a user contacts us we'd like to know which device is the device is it.We know that there are 2 ways to implement it:Option 1, which we've used till a few months ago, is to login to intercom using the same user in each of the devices, and use a "device_id" conversation attribute to identify the device. We found this method is a bit tricky cause when the user open intercom on another device they'll be able to continue the conversation although the conversation device id attribute is the first one…Option 2, which is currently implemented, was to login to Intercom in each device using a different user, and basically create multiple users for the same customer. Hi Team, We have our app in intercom, where we have customised component with a button of action as sheets and url given.{  type: "button",  id: "start-survey",  label: "Let's begin",  action: {    type: "sheet",    url: "https://url",  },}When we use our app and send this component in a conversation, the mail is also sent. Hello, We are about to add Germany to our French workspace. Any way to change the langage of what is display when we a customer receive an email: We would like to have it in German for German Inbox, French for French Inbox. Any workaround for this ? Thanks 

I have a script, which attempts to create a contact, and if it already exists but is archived, parses the id from the failed message and deletes the contact. The email creates a new chat in the German support team's inbox.However, we want the same setup for the French support team. I'm using Intercom in my React.js PWA,but the tool's default styles don't account for 'safe-area's, causing issues on devices with notches, such as the iPhone. I'm pretty new to custom API requests. I want to create a Zapier connection to send a POST request to update a conversation in Intercom to add a tag to a conversation, but I'm having issues. I suspect the issue is with the formatting of the body, but I'm not sure what I'm going wrong. Can I add a note to a company via the API?

We're currently facing a challenge with transferring larger-than-100MB files via Intercom, as its built-in file upload feature is limited to 100MB. For now, we’ve been using Google Drive as a workaround, but the process of manually creating and sharing folders with customers is inconvenient, and many customers struggle with accessing the Google Drive links.We also looked into SendSafely, but it seems overpriced for our needs, requiring a minimum of 15 users.I wanted to reach out and ask if anyone has found a better solution or workaround for transferring larger files securely with customers inside Intercom. Ideally, we need something that’s easy to use, secure, and cost-effective for our small team of 3.Any suggestions or tools that you are using to handle this? Hello! I’m new to our Intercom/Salesforce Integration and have been asked to troubleshoot an issue.In our Salesforce integration we have cases configured to create automatically and automatically assign Intercom teammate as the case owner.We are seeing some cases created where the owner is assigned correctly, but other times the case is assigned to the owner who installed the app so I’m trying to figure out why this is happening.I'm wondering when exactly the case is created during the process of a conversation being started and then assigned to a team member. If there is lag time between when the conversation is created and a team member responds to take ownership, could the case get created during that lag time? Or does the case only create as soon as a team member responds? It makes sense to me if the case is created while still in the Inbox that it gets assigned to the person who installed the app, but I can’t find documentation anywhere that confirms that.Also wondering then, base

We've been analyzing our NPS reports where we ask our users a question from 0 to 10 about how much they would recommend our app to a colleague. Problem 1The intercom form only has a numerical answer, but when we export the exel data it comes up with the numerical value + this text ‘Not likely or Very likely’.-Could you solve this problem? (We're not supposed to have any additional information in the answer)Problem 2We also have a result of ‘0, 0, 0 ’ in exel which is also not visible in the intercom interface, only in exel reports.-In this case, does this answer count towards the NPS value or not?-Does this data affect the NPS count in the intercom interface?
