Hello, I want to create a tour to show a post to our users.However, there's only "insert image" and "embed video" options. So, I cannot add buttons or choose reaction type like we do in outbound posts. Is this intentional? I like that tours can be tested easily and triggered programmatically in our code. Apart from the full functionalities, what other benefits does outbound post have over product tour post? Thanks in advance!

I have several people data fields or attribute the bot asks for to qualify a lead. This can be name, birthdate, phone number, etc. When a user inputs their information on the bot, the data is not showing up in intercom and I can't see it on my end. Why is this happening?? Pls help!!

I want to add a collection for FAQ's in our Helpcenter. But with the current limitations on article layout, I find it very hard to build something that is easy to navigate through for the customer that actually creates an added value. Does anyone have experience with this? 

We have some processes or flows that happen within a pop up in our app. This makes it difficult to target how a tour gets triggered to start.

I have the below rule set up, we send this Survey out 1x a week, so there is a chance that they get the email for giving us an 8, if they then give us a 1, and then a 9/10 - will this add them back into matching the rules "again"? Or does it remember the first time this user matched the audience and ignore any future ones?I don't want this email to go out multiple times, just the first time it matches, but the scores tend to go up and down and I am worried this will remove then re-add them to being a match.I hope this makes sense! haha.  Thank you!!

I'd really love to have more formatting options for our company's support articles. Being able to change font color, underline, indent, highlight, adjust font size - more robust bullet and automatic numbering options - adding text boxes and being able to adjust the background color. These are all things that would improve the readability of our articles.

Either the responses as a list or if they are available via the people entity?

We are looking to implement the messenger in a React Native app. Our preference would to be to show the chat as a screen in the app (with bottom bar navigation) rather than an overlay. Seems like this is not possible from the documentation. Wondering if anyone has found a way to achieve this?

What are your top tips for someone just getting started with Intercom – what have been your most effective automations or flows/series and best practices?

We have a structure where we have more experienced people helping out juniors through mentions and we want to track how many mentions they're getting and how many they're replying to.

Our customer service manually tag conversations. What I see now after our Marketing team have started using segments is that the conversation tags lists now is messy with segments tags not at all relevant for our customer service. How can we get around with this?  

We have SaaS product built using React. The issue is when the components gets re-rendered (it disappears and appears in just milliseconds, not visible in naked eye ofcourse) it breaks the product tour and it points to the top left corner and literally pointing to nothing.  What I think is happening is that, the component disappeared then since the Product tour couldn't find the element it will just point to the top left corner, but that's just in milliseconds. Stopping the elements from re-rendering could be tough job for us but possible, so I'm asking if this is possible to fix or any workaround.

For instance, our platform has the "chat" section, the "admin" section, the "main" section, etc. On each one of them, I want to show the relatives articles on the Articles Search app in Messenger. It doesn't make sense to show the "chat" articles in the "admin" section. It could work like the banners, posts, product tours rules.Thank you

I am really struggling to use the News feature, so I am wondering if someone could share some tips for using it. We have many different products, and users can subscribe to just one of them, or all of them, or anything in between. When we want to publish product-specific News, I never manage to target people so that they get all of the News that are relevant to them. This is because News is deviating from the tried and trusted way of setting audience rules for other outbound content. If a person is in one Newsfeed, they can't be in another!So for example a client needs to see news for product X and product Y. If I publish news for product Y (targeting all users of the product) and then publish news for product X (targeting all users of that product), the client will only see the news that are at the top of the newsfeed list. Are there any workarounds? This is really headache-inducing for me. I want to use News because this feature fills a gap to have a non-intrusive long-form in-pr
