This morning two unique emails are being sent to two smallish (<800 people) audience and they still have not “sent” yet. I recreated one because even after an hour it still hadn’t sent. Has anyone run into this before, and if so, what was the cause and how did you fix it?  I have reached out to support but wait time on that is 4 hours and I am already outside of my ideal window for when we wanted these emails to be sent. 

Hey! Is there a way to exclude URLs for posts or banners?We'd like to show a promotional post or/and banner but don't want it to show up on the checkout page. Any way of doing this? Thanks!

Hello,I have successfully established connection among Intercom -> Segment -> Redshift iterations.Our team does have NPS survey data on the Intercom and I could see the NPS score data on the redshift server.Is there anyway I can retrieve the timeframe data when the users leave NPS feedback on Intercom? I could find timeframe when users joined and logged-in, but could not find when they left their NPS score.I am not sure if I have to contact Intercom or Segment, sorry in advance if this is the wrong place to ask questions.Thank you  

Hi, everyone!I’m working on a onboarding series right now, and I want to make sure the majority of our users see the product tour. So we’ve put a series that includes said product tour, where they enter as soon as they sign up, we check a couple of things, such as language, and then we trigger the product tour. Then, in case the user goes offline before receiving the product tour, we’ve set up an email to reel them back to the app. Here’s the issue, if I direct them to the tour right after clicking on a button o whatever in the email, it creates an infinite loop.Has anyone else had a similar situation? How did you got around solving it? Should we include a second product tour for the email path?Thank you🙏🏽

HiI have a series…Step 1 - user entersStep 2 - wait 5 minutesStep 3 - send emailIn my test of this series, the wait of 5 minutes in step 2 was closer to 30 minutes. At one point, the user was sitting in the "still waiting" like even thou the "entered at" time was 15 minutes ago. The email for step 3 was finally sent and received 34 minutes after the user entered the flow.Is this a hangover of a big server/queuing load at Intercom?If so, not ideal but ok - I'd just need to know what is going on so I can adjust the series and manage my expectations as to when it'll actually send. If it's not a load/queue issue... What's going on? ThanksRob 

Is there a way to allow a user to enter a series every time that a certain tag is added to one of their companies, no matter how many times the tag is added to any number of their companies? I need to email users every time a specific tag is added to one of their companies, which could potentially happen multiple times a minute for multiple different companies that the user belongs to. Currently the entry rule is ‘Company tag is xyz’ and users are only emailed for their first company that matches, but I need them to be emailed for every company that matches even if the next company is seconds later.

We send a link to intercom via an event that looks something like this: Page Url: https://example.com/some-page?test=true In our email, we have UTM tracking enabled, and the preview of the attributes looks like:utm_source=intercom&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=email-testing the link attribute on a button set to:{Page Url}?utm_content=toplink Ideally, we would like all of these query params merging like this:https://example.com/some-page?test=true&utm_source=intercom&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=email-testing&utm_content=toplink ...but instead, we see only the utm tracking:https://example.com/some-page?utm_source=intercom&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=email-testing How can we merge all of these query params in such a way as to ensure we get the complete

I’ve got a specific segment of users uploaded from csv — 296 users in total. When clicking on “send message” and down to “rules” there’s only 142 users. I’ve switched “include those who were unsubscribed” on — but there’s still only 142. Am I missing something here? It’s really frustrating!  Thanks for any help :)

I tried to send personalised email to my user and used event metadata with some parameters into email.I created data attributes, new event with metadata  Triggered series on this event Created email, and inserted event parameters there, but the problem is that when I receive email, value from event metadata custom_attributes are always empty.Is there any way to fix it?Thank you

Hello intercom @team I’m facing issue in integrating product tour in workflow. i did created product tour & integrate with one workflow. but in workflow view tour button is disabled(inactive). How to fix this issue ?  

Hi, I just created a survey, and tested it (so there’s at least one click / answer)Yet, I don’t get any statistics on the survey page. I was wondering why?Is there a timebox before I can access the results? Maybe I don’t have the rights and need to ask someone else / an admin at my company? I am looking to add Product Tours to some of my 'Manage Bookings' pages, the issue is that the Product Tour wouldn't be of any use if the user hasn't yet got any bookings (when they open the page for the first time and the product tour runs).  I'm looking for a way to only trigger the product tour when the user has their first booking, which can be seen on the 'Manage Bookings' page. At the moment the only rules you can add to trigger the Product Tour are based on the page URL, which isn't great as our site doesn't use the URL to distinguish whether the user has any bookings on the page. Is there a way to trigger the product tour when a certain CSS element appears on the page, or maybe a particular ID?

Our company uses multiple email addresses that can send emails through contacts. Is it possible for team members' signatures to be visible when sent via these addresses? At current , signatures are only visible when sent via individuals (YOU)

We have an email sequence specifically for B2C leads. I want to unsubscribe one lead from that sequence as it turns out she is a B2B lead and therefore the rest of the automated sequence is not relevant for her. I’m sure there used to be an easy way to unsubscribe someone but I simply cannot find that now.

Hi support,I’m having a problem with my product tour, i design it and i can see it in the preview working fine but when i check it on the site i cannot find anyhting no matter what i do, the tour does not appear !By the way, i’m using an angular application, i installed intercom in my app and i’m calling its service.Inside the app component ngOnInit i call the boot method and i pass my intercom user ID    this.intercom.boot({      app_id: this.APP_ID    }); On the live production, i can see the messenger and i can interact with my help desk in my intercom account.I’ve created a product tour and it should appear when i login and i set the time for it to appear as “last seen” and i configured everything else but it still does not appear when i login and even when i wait for an amout of time nothing happens.Could someone help me !!!

We are creating product tours for customers with different URLs. We are having an issue where we create the tour in one account, and it is not working for another account.Some of the tours won't even start on another account; some get stuck a couple of steps later. We created all of them the same way and see inconsistencies.Has anyone encountered this, and what solution did you find to the problem?

Hi, I've been using Intercom Messenger on our Angular web app, and it seems to be working perfectly fine so far. However, we decided to also use the new Product Tour feature for new users, since we already have Intercom Messenger, but when I try using the Product Tour builder and entering the address to the prod site (with the Intercom Messenger integrated) it loads the page up but then shows an alert that says "Sorry, we can't load the tools to build Product Tours on your website. Please make sure the Intercom Messenger is installed on the URL you have chosen to build your tour".This is odd because when the page loads I can see the Intercom Messenger icon on the bottom left of the screen. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you. 

Hi there,  Our users can be a part of multiple companies. When using our app, they can switch between company workspaces (much like with Intercom, and many other services).  Every company has an attribute "isTrialing".  I'd like to send a banner to a customer when they are in the company workspace that is currently trialing.  I can create rules to "send banner to user when company is trialing", but this is then sent to the user no matter which company workspace they are in. This banner should only be sent to the user when they are in the workspace of the company that is currently trialing. Would appreciate any advice. Thanks!

I'd like to send a series of emails to users who have never logged in on our product (i.e. to encourage them to log in and look around), what's the easiest and most reliable way of triggering this on SERIES via the entry rules? Thanks in advance!
