As we all know, it’s very time consuming to keep help center articles up to date with screenshots. New features get released, UI/UX changes and support teams need to scramble to keep up.To assist with this task, I’m looking into ways to automate the generation of screenshots from my company’s mobile app (on both Android and iOS). The idea would be to systematically “scrape” every screen that a user can interact with in the app to produce an organized catalog of screenshots that my team can simply reference and plug into help center articles as needed.Does anyone know if any 3rd party tools exist which might help with this task? Open to any ideas no matter how unconventional, thanks in advance!

I'm looking to integrate an external service that delivers automated Instagram likes after specific user actions on my website. For example, after a user completes an onboarding message or reaches a goal in a Series flow, I’d like Intercom to trigger a webhook call to an external URL like this one.Is it possible to set up this kind of automation using Intercom’s webhooks or custom actions within the Series builder? Any guidance on setting up payloads, security, or best practices would be much appreciated.

Hi,I’m using the Intercom Messenger SDK in a React application and I’m trying to pass contextual data onto the conversation as conversation attributes.For example, I want to set values such as:workspace_name workspace_id current_url subscription_plan item_id item_title item_urlThese values are specific to the conversation the user is starting, as a user may be in different workspaces or different parts of the application at different times, so storing this as user attributes is not appropriate because the values can change from conversation to conversation.Fin suggested updating user attributes via the SDK, but that does not solve the problem for us. We need the data attached to the conversation itself, so it can be used reliably in Workflows, Inbox, and downstream connectors.It feels like the Messenger SDK should support setting conversation attributes when opening or creating a conversation. Scribe tutorial videos are very helpful for customers.  We would like to embed in Intercom using iframe.  Is this something product is considering, or may have already implemented?

We have customers that answer no multiple times to Fins questions of ‘Did that answer your question’ or similar. They will say ‘No’ and rephrase their question but Fin still can’t answer it correctly. Does anyone have any recommendations on how I could get it to ask if they want to speak to a human after the 2nd time of saying ‘No it hasn’t helped’

Can we better contextualise Help Centre content for Fin?For example, having internal-only guidance/instructions embedded directly within articles that end users cannot see. While content/source guidance and snippets help, they become difficult to scale when managing thousands of articles and hundreds of supporting snippets.In our case, Fin’s errors are often less about incorrect content and more about misunderstanding nuance or scenario context. Being able to add contextual instructions, edge cases, or operational guidance directly alongside the article content would make maintenance significantly easier and likely improve response quality.

Hi all, we just turned on the Suggest Help Articles Task Bot for both users and leads and in the first week of use we are finding its article suggestions to be way off. It seems to be suggesting just our oldest/highest viewed articles without taking into account keywords (see below for an example).  I've already read Intercom's "Let users help themselves with smart suggestions" and "Share articles to answer questions faster". I've done the suggestions about writing relevant articles with the words the customers are searching for.  The suggestion about -"When a customer gets in touch, you should send them a relevant article in your first reply to them. If they send you a second message before you reply Operator won’t learn from this." - really doesn't work for my company. When our users actually get to talk to a live agent they expect targeted, step-by-step support, not just guidance on where to find an article and especially not on the firs

Hi everyone,If we have an outbound message that was already sent to users and they’ve received it, is there any way to update or change that message for those same users?We tried creating a new version of the outbound message, but it only applies to new users. Users who already received the original message continue to see the old content.Is there any option in Intercom to modify or replace or delete those previously delivered outbound messages?Thanks in advance 🙏

Hey Team, Quick question: “Is it possible to create an alert via Workflows or some other means to alert via Slack when a customer rates a conversation with a teammate as poor?” e.g. CSAT Score is 3 or less.Intercom has the ability to alert Slack Channels based on other workflow triggers like no response within X minutes or an unresponsive conversation, but for us to be able to manage DSATs as they happen with a live alert via Slack or some other modality would be super beneficial to our Support Managers and leaders to help coach and improve our teams. Please let me know if any of you have any ideas on how we can institute something like this or build something like this using Intercom and Slack. Thanks again! 

Hi, I’m wondering if it’s possible to get a weekly overview in Slack of the CSAT scores of the past week. I know it’s possible to send a message to slack when a user is not satisfied, but we would rather get a weekly overview instead of an immediate message. Is this possible?Kind regards

I am using intercom iOS sdk using pod install and every time I launch intercom screen I got this Tried to update user but there was a network error (401) - Failed Identity Verification check error. Earlier it was working now it is not working. Same user email using in intercom of another iOS application then it is working.

Hi,I have embedded the Intercom script using Javascript. When I checked the Intercom setting configuration, everything looked good to me. But when I tried to init Intercom messager, I got an error "Invalid user_hash". Then I tried to check the user_hash value in the setting and compare it to the value in the dashboard. It's all the SAME. Why I still got this error?  

Is it possible (or: what is the best way to...) run a small bit of code or show an iFrame in the messenger? For a certain case in a custom bot, if a user chooses a certain path, I want to show the user a quick calculator. The code is very simple - an HTML input, and about 5 lines of javascript. Is it possible to either put the code somewhere to show it in the bot? Or otherwise, can I use an iframe that shows a page where the calculator is hosted? Thanks

Something is going wrong with my anti-repetition guidance. No matter what, Fin will not stop repeating/rephrasing the same answer multiple times. I have guidance on asking clarifying questions and am wondering if that’s part of the issue. My adjustments to clarification guidance also aren’t making things better. Using optimize and other ai tools isn’t helping.I’m stuck and am a team of one. If you have any suggestions or examples that work well for you, please list them here!

We’re trying to export Intercom data to Google BigQuery to run more advanced analytics. Right now, we can only view basic reports in Intercom, but we want to analyze conversation trends, response times, and customer behavior alongside other data in BigQuery.Ideally, we need a way to:Regularly sync Intercom conversations, user attributes, and events into BigQuery. Structure the data properly so it’s easy to query. Avoid manual exports and keep everything automated. What’s the best approach to get this data into BigQuery?
