All our users belong to a company, and we pass company information when they log in, why isn't it showing the company in the survey stats?

We want to use intercom on our flutter mobile application. Can we use flutter intercom with our custom message screen.

Our platform uses our own Intercom instance for chat support, but a recent integration provided us with a second Intercom instance to also include in our application for customers to reach out to their support as needed.  I have been looking for documentation about the feasibility of this, but have been unable to locate any across the site. For our instance, we use the Intercom JavaScript library loaded by Segment.  Our instance uses the identify verification functionality, but the new instance to be included does not. Thanks for any insight into the feasibility of this, as well as any supporting documentation.

We have the Suggest help articles option enabled in our Automation. However, when using Custom Bot / Workflows in some cases we don’t want the Suggest help articles to be sent in the chat as it is irrelevant. Is there a way to stop this just for specific parts of our workflow? I've tried a lot and it seems that the only way to stop it is to close the conversation, but I don't want this to happen.

I created a rule on Intercom for Intercom to automatically detect Customers country and Set the Country in pre-set Custom Attribute.  I observed this works on some Tickets and does not a whole lot of others. What could be the reason for this?

Hey folks! Is there a way to set an incoming email to specific addresses, into specific tickets?for example, if the customer sends an email to our billing@example.com email, to automatically turn it into a billing ticket, but if they send an email to support@example.com, it'll automatically turn into a support ticket?As opposed to a normal conversation?​When I tried using inbox rules to set the ticket status as "submitted", it just didn't do anything since no ticket type was selected.​Thanks so much! 🙌​

 Good morning, currently we are using the Intercom API with WhatsApp (inbound) and replying via the API. However, we are unable to find in the documentation how to respond to a conversation via API with an image. We would like to send an image directly, not just a URL.

Hi all, We are no longer using Intercom, but customers still email us on Intercom email adresses. We now added an automatic reply, but it would be much more helpful if the emails are automatically forwarded. Do you know how to do this?Kind regards,Sannah

The contact list and the list of outbound messages are out of sync by thousands for the same condition. Why is this?

We have signed the order form for a Support Pro plan. But we are now still in Starter plan.Right after we signed the order form, the Support Pro subscription showed up on the Subscription page. However, the Starter subscription was also listed on that page, which does not make sense. Aidan Simpson told us that it is better to cancel the Starter subscription. So, we went to the Subscription page and did the cancel. But this has caused the Support Pro subscription to be cancelled instead.So, now we are stuck in Starter plan. Our usage has been severely impacted by this.We have been trying to contact via Live Chat or email Aidan Simpson directly. I have imported CSV into Intercom to target certain amount of couriers. During the day I have made changes to the several tagged people and therefore needed to change CSV and upload it again. On the first attempt, Intercom pointed an error saying that there are already users who are imported with same email/name etc... and suggested me that I need to delete them. So, I went to my imported CSV and "archived" it and uploaded new CSV (new CSV contains almost same persons) and it worked very well.  During the day, I needed to change imported CSV again. So, im remaking the whole process from above (archiving actual one) and uploading new one. This is the point I am stuck now. It can not be done twice. I get an error that there are already users who are imported with same email/name even though I have archived them like first time, and it doesn't allow me to import CSV like first time. Kinda need help ASAP. Does anyone know how to import the same CSV for the second time? 

Context - I want to send out a churn-related survey and gather information on why the customer churned away. Ask - We want to collect the survey in the form of options presented to the recipient, where they must select a choice instead of replying to the merchant. How do I set it up using intercom’s email builder and pass the data as a user tag to intercom? 

I have a bot flow built, but on some of them I want them to close if the ‘end bot’ doesn’t get completed by the customer. Is that possible? Example: Bot → customer answer → article delivered → Customer is given a choice to chat, end, or start over.I want a bot to close out the chat if they never respond. Is that possible for it to run only on this small section of the flow? 

Good day, community! How are you all doing?I would like to ask if anyone knows how to disable the in-app notifications from Intercom. Currently, they are causing us some issues. Just to clarify, I'm not referring to disabling push notifications, as those are working fine. I'm specifically talking about the notifications that appear within our app once it's opened, such as when a user receives a new message from our customer support center.

I would like to add two New Conversation apps onto the home page, so that it triages to a different internal user depending on which the end user selects. I was wondering how I could do this.Thanks!

Hi,I am making requests against the “Search Conversations” endpoint https://developers.intercom.com/intercom-api-reference/reference/searchconversations and paginating (using incremented pages) until the “total_pages” number returned in the response.However, I noticed that each response always shows page “1” with the same next page number of “2” along with an identical starting_after token each time under the “pages” object. Why is this the case -- can a support member help me get this addressed?Thanks,Clouse

I'm unable to add team mates as it says "identity verification. We've prevented your workspace from sending email, including invites, as your workspace failed our workspace review process. Please contact customer support or visit our Help Center for more information."  

Sometimes I need to log into a user’s account to debug an issue. When I do that, it marks all messages sent to them as “seen”, since the messages pop up on the screen immediately. This is an issue because then when they log into the app, they won’t notice that they have a new message. It seems like it would be better if a message gets marked as seen when the user opens the messenger and goes to that conversation. Is there a way to change this behavior so I’m not accidentally marking my users’ messages as seen for them? Thanks!

Hi, i am trying to send a message to a list of users using REST API, but it only supports a single message by request. There is any way to send messages to multiple users?

I want my users to see a post when they log into my web app for the first time if they match a certain rule. I want the post to appear over my ui and block it, and I don’t want the users to be able to close / dismiss it. Once a user is manually approved by my team, the team will add a tag. The tag will exclude them from the audience that is shown the post, so the next time they log in the post won’t appear.  Is that possible?
