Hello, I am looking to change the options of the CSAT ratings.  Specifically, the current CSAT options gives the visitor 5 faces to choose from when rating how their service was.  Is there a way to choose just a ‘Thumbs Up’ and a ‘Thumbs Down’ option when asking the visitor to rate the messenger conversation?Thanks!!

I have a trouble when using addUnreadConversationCountListener in Android platform. It is not returning the same value inside Intercom home screen.I have created a new chat conversation automation workflow, then i back to previous screen → a unread message coming but the number of unread conversation is not increasing.

I was wondering if there is any way of automatically tagging users when sending individual/personalized outbound emails, so that tag could (later) be used as the entry rule to a series. Is it possible? Is there any other way? Thanks in advance!

We have a Jira board for a specific type of ticket internally. We would like to shift to Linked Tickets, but Linked Tickets only has In Progress and Waiting on Customer statuses. We need to mark tickets with more statuses depending on which stakeholder it is pending on. Custom statuses or tags on tickets can help solve for this. Is there any way to implement these now?

The two teams will be Sales Support and Order Support. What we want is for both teams to appear when a customer requests to chat with a representative, and for the conversation to be directed to the appropriate team. We are trying to design an in-app pop up that will be displayed to a new user upon logging in the first time and direct them to take a course (external link) and we want to keep sending reminders to the user until they click the link. My question is:If a user closes a post pop-up on the first log-in, would we be able to send reminder pop-ups at some predetermined cadence? Is it possible to have a rule that makes it so that, if a user clicks the link in that message, the message won't show up any more?

Several users are added to a series, but not added to another series I thought they would have been. Is it just possible that a user can’t be added to multiple series at once?

Why are my leads marked as NOT MATCHED if they capture the NAME and the EMAIL in the previous step. Do they need to stay online for 3 hours to be matched? I’ve tried the approach of another question posted in the forums. The problem is contacts can be part of multiple companies and when I run the query, the conversations from other companies are showing up as well. Anyway to do this?

Intercom appear animation looks like it’s presenting its View Controller on top of the current View Controller. But in reality it adds a new UIWindow with a snapshot of the current window and presents its View Controller on top of it.The issue is it doesn’t look for the top window, but uses something like UIApplication.shared.windows.first for the snapshot — this breaks animation with multiple app windows.In our case we have another “User is blocked please contact support” window on top (with higher windowLevel), which is not used for this snapshot :(Expected:Intercom should use the top-level key window for the snapshot.Intercom UIWindow’s windowLevel should be the same or higher than the current top window.

How to integrate Intercom with CHAT Gpt?

I have an event that comes from Stripe called "received discount" which has metadata coupon_id, percent_off, amount_off, and duration. I want to be able to create a filtered view for users that received discount with a specific coupon_id. I am able to view this event and metadata in the user profile it just appears that for filtering purposes you can only filter on date or count.

When I snoozed a conversation, Fin always opens it back before the ddl and somtimes, it opened the conversation after I just closed it. I do appreciate if anyone could give some advice. 

Hi there! We’re having problems to see the current subscription statuses of our users. Stripe integration doesn’t show the latest statuses, it doesn’t sync when a subscription canceled for example. This is an issue for a while so wanted to check if anyone else experience the same issue + Intercom team has plans to fix it. Thanks!
