Google page speed error suggests lazy loading the Intercom widget with a facade (Wordpress site)

Hello, we have Intercom on our WordPress site (installed via the plugin). We're getting a suggestion from Google Page Speed to lazy load the Intercom widget with a facade. Does anyone have experience with this?

Blocking tab notification

Hi! I am oftenly using Intercom while browsing other Chrome tabs. When I am focused on one issue, and focused on another tab opened to find a solution to it, I find it very distracting to have the intercom tab name switching non-stop to tell me about notification from other conversations. The name of the tab moves every 10 seconds from the name of the open conversation to notification about other messages coming in. Is there a way to block it? I do not have preferences on what appears as the name of the tab, for as long as it stays still. NB : setting my status as away does not work. Thanks a lot for your help.

Workflow on tickets issue

Hey, are we facing instabilities? I raised on chat but no replies on this We send the tickets on intercom and they notify on slack, which was fine, but now the notification is taking 2 hours to go. Can someone please help? Thanks!

Popup over intercom editor

I want to put a tooltip on a text inside a popup but if i open the popup i cannot add a tooltip, it seems like the popup goes over the tooltip editor of Intercom, how can i solve this

Slack Workflows Intercom "approval requested"

Hello, We’re working as a Slack org within as Slack Enterprise Grid. I’ve approved the Intercom app for our Slack org. Status shows “approved”. When attempting to build a Workflow with Intercom, we see “approval requested” (screenshot below). Our Slack Enterprise admin say they don’t see any pending approvals. We’re stuck in this state with no obvious resolution. I’m hoping experts here can provide some guidance. Thanks! -Steve

How to Calculate "Next Response Time" for SLAs via API?

Hi Intercom Community, I need help understanding a couple of things about "Next Response Time" (NRT): How is NRT calculated? Is it based on each customer message and team response after the initial reply, and how does Intercom determine if it's "hit" or "missed"? Can I calculate NRT from the API? I don't see specific fields in the conversation object for NRT. Is there a way to derive it from available data (like time_to_admin_reply or median_time_to_reply)? Any insights on tracking NRT via the API or understanding the SLA logic would be greatly appreciated! Thanks,

Article search app in message doesn't show search results

We're experiencing an issue with the Help Center search functionality in our embedded Intercom Messenger. The search works correctly when accessing the Help Center directly or Help tab in the messenger, but it's not returning any results when used within the chat. Please check the attached video. We are seeing an increase of conversations that are not tagged, but i cannot see to find any reason to why this keeps happening. Nor do i have insight to why in the FAQ. Any tips?

Deep links on Intercom push notifications for iOS do not send the user to the correct page.

Package: @intercom/intercom-react-native: ^3.0.3 When a push notification is sent via Intercom, with a deep link, the deep link opens correct on android (it opens to the correct in-app page when the app is in the background and the notification is clicked, as well as when the app is closed and the notification is clicked). However, on iOS, if the notification is clicked while the app is closed, the notification does not send the user to the correct page, it simply sends them to the home page (the page they would have landed on if they had simply opened the app by itself). If the notification is clicked while the app is backgrounded however, it does send them to the correct page. Anyone have any idea why this behaviour might be happening?

Can't archive attribute under companies

When I try to archive an attribute, a modal pops up saying, “Checking for dependent segments and messages...” and has a spinner and a Cancel button. But it never does anything, it stays hung there.

Workflow questions related to Intercom Phone

Hi all! We’re currently running into some issues related to Workflows that are triggered from calls coming in. What I’m not able to work out is how to successfully automate conversations created from phone calls. Specifically, How can I automatically close conversations associated with calls that were abandoned in the queue How can I associate SLAs with conversations associated with calls that have a follow-up action – e.g. listening to a voicemail / calling a customer back. With 1 it doesn’t seem possible to have a catch-all action for the unmatched paths. For example, in one of my phone workflows I have: A: Is an IVR PromptC: Is a hold and assignB: Is voicemail Ideally I’d want to be able to target the drop-offs with a ‘close conversation’ action With 2, I’ve tried to add to an SLA workflow based on tags being added to the conversation, however it doesn’t seem to be triggering – I’m assuming because the tags are being added via a Workflow rather than a teammate. Integrating Intercom with Circle.IO

We plan purchase Circle. IO for our course and community platform. We need to make sure that Intercom integrates with it before we finalize the purchase, though. Circle said it should integrate just fine, but we want to test it first. They asked me for an Intercom code snippet. Intercom bot directed me where I can find this. I shared it with Circle and they were unsuccessful with getting the snippet to work. Is there anyone at Intercom that can help me outside of the bot? Or anyone else use Circle and have had success integrating intercom?

Need assistance with custom attributes

Using intercom’s messenger-js-sdk I am currently passing custom attributes during Intercom instantiation like so ``` Intercom({ app_id: appId, user_id: userId, name: userName, email: email, created_at: createdAt, tenant_id: tenantId, tenant_name: tenantName, tenant_role: tenantRole, app_environment: appEnvironment, }); ``` The custom attributes are already set within Intercom itself as shown in the above attached image. However, when testing it out the custom attribute is not being populated. I’ve checked the user data payload sent during the ping http request, all data is supplied appropriately. Any ideas what could be the problem ?

Hi everyone! We are wanting to integrate intercom with our own software, where information and answers using FIN and our help articles are feed into our product using AI. We report data to our customers and want a way to pair the data presented with information from our help center (when relevant). Perhaps ambitious.. Intercom ui allows me to add tags to articles and filter articles by those tags but as far as I can see there is no such functionality on the API? Can it be done?

Intercom Product Tour does not load

Hi, I've been using Intercom Messenger on our Angular web app, and it seems to be working perfectly fine so far. However, we decided to also use the new Product Tour feature for new users, since we already have Intercom Messenger, but when I try using the Product Tour builder and entering the address to the prod site (with the Intercom Messenger integrated) it loads the page up but then shows an alert that says "Sorry, we can't load the tools to build Product Tours on your website. Please make sure the Intercom Messenger is installed on the URL you have chosen to build your tour". This is odd because when the page loads I can see the Intercom Messenger icon on the bottom left of the screen. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.
