Anyone using PowerDialer with Intercom?

Our team currently uses PowerDialer AI for sales outreach, and I've recently learned about its integration capabilities with Intercom. I'm interested in hearing from those who have experience with a Dialer + Intercom integration. I'm particularly curious about the effectiveness of syncing call data, automating follow-ups, and managing customer interactions through Intercom when integrated with a Power Dialer. App crashing when user is uploading a photo from gallery.

Linear integration broken

Hi ! We've been extensively using the intercom / linear integration as well as some custom API calls to create tickets in linear from intercom and link them. Yesterday, the scenario we created that worked well until then stopped working. It seems it's no longer possible to link intercom tracker tickets to linear tickets (it's only possible to link conversations). This breaks all of the processes we put in place and is a huge pain in the ass. Could you please rollback those changes ? Thanks in advance !

Is there any way to create a public app which can be used in workflow but appears in the "Add integration section" dropdown instead of the “send an app dropdown”. I want to build an app which can be used as integration, and the app can return some data which can be used as input in other nodes in the workflow. Is there any way to achieve that? I don’t want to use custom actions for this.

Possible bug: HTTP 500 when updating an article

We noticed one of our customer help center article was not being updated because of the following response with an HTTP code of 500. { "type": "error.list", "request_id": "002tv9efacb52hqthea0", "errors": [ { "code": "server_error", "message": "Server Error" } ]} Since the error message doesn't provide specifics, we investigated and found that the issue occurs only when an article contains a callout with more than one paragraph. API Get specific tag of specific conversation

Hello Currently, I use the Retrieve a Conversation API to get conversation details.https://developers.intercom.com/docs/references/2.7/rest-api/api.intercom.io/conversations/retrieveconversation This API returns a list of tags associated with the conversation, but it doesn't include information about which specific tag belongs to which conversation part. Could you please advise on how to determine which tag belongs to which conversation part? Thanks.

Set ''Other" in multiple languages when editing a survey

We created a multiple choice survey (x3 separate languages) and want to enable the “Include 'Other' option”. However, this comes by default in English only. Can we change the language on this? As an alternative we added "Other" (translated) as fixed answer like the rest, but that doesn't let users respond with a free text. Is there better alternative? Another question, is there a way to get the responses coded with numbers? Example: 1 for first answer, 2 for second answer etc !-->

links are invisible when editing help center articles (dark mode, white links)

We use dark mode on https://help.taskade.com/ and when editing links for articles like https://help.taskade.com/en/articles/8958455-taskade-ai-usage everything is white by default. Is there any way to fix this? Only solution now is highlighting text to edit it, see screenshots below thanks. Which features use AI? Darshan Hiranandani : How can I determine if a user has finished the product tour?

I have configured a product tour for my SaaS application, which I trigger on the frontend using the JS API: Intecrom('startTour', 'tourId'). The product tours are shown to select users, and I want to implement custom logic for those who complete the tour—such as redirecting them to a different page or displaying specific text. Therefore, I need a way to detect when a user has finished the product tour. Is there a method to track when a user completes all steps of the product tour? For instance, can I set up a JavaScript callback like Intecrom('onProductTourCompleted', { ... some custom logic })? How to add intercom on Wix.

How do you install Intercom on Wix? I've tried adding the JavaScript to the custom code section on Wix, but it didn't work. I also downloaded the Intercom via certified code from the app market, but that didn't work either. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Stripe Sync Stopped Working

Stripe sync stopped working around 9am Thursday morning for us. Before that any user who had a stripe account would sync user attributes in Intercom, including stripe_id, stripe_plan_price, and stripe_subscription_status. But now that has suddenly stopped, which breaks a lot of our rules and segments. I tried turning sync on and off but that did not solve the issue.

[Bug] [Android] App open Intercom chat Activity after push-notification click before launch of app MAIN/LAUNCHER activity

We migrated the SDK version from 15.0.0 to 15.5.0 and then saw the error described in the header. In 15.0.0, our MAIN/LAUNCHER activity, which processes information about clicks, was initially opened, than it opens Intercom Chat. After migrating to 15.5.0, this behavior broke. The problem is that our activity opens immediately after the intercom chat activity opens. This leads to confusion for the user. For example, if the user clicks on the "Back" button from our application, they are taken to the intercom chat, which is not expected. Messenger widget doesn't show on small screen (Firefox)

I found that when using Firefox with smaller screen size (tablet and mobile view), the messenger widget does not show up like desktop. Not only on my application, but also any website that use Intercom. My current environment: OS: macOS 14.6.1 Browser: Firefox 131.0 (aarch64)

Now with default settings intercom send notification about each action status change in the system.Any way to reduce the number? send notifications only on some statuses changes? or maybe there is option to disable notifications but somhow share with customer ticket number ?

Keyboard hides text entry field on messenger on iPads

When opening the keyboard to type into an Intercom messenger convo, the keyboard is hiding the text entry, making it impossible for users to see what they’re typing. Has anyone found a workaround?

Re-open conversation when linked back office ticket is changed to resolved

Is there any way to set up a process so that when a back-office ticket is set to “Resolved”, the linked conversation is automatically re-opened? Ideally, I would also like for that conversation to be re-assigned if the original assignee is set to Away & Reassigning, if possible. So the flow is: Agent speaks to customer Agent escalates issue to internal team by raising a back-office ticket Agent informs customer and closes conversation Back-office ticket is changed to “Resolved” and closed Original conversation is automatically re-opened so that the agent can inform the customer If that agent is no longer available, the conversation goes back into the queue and is assigned to the next available agent

No link to a question I asked. It got an email response, but the "See Reply" link fails

Color me confused! I asked a question “Error: This site can't be reached”’ The problem turned out to be a custom-domain issue, then figured it out and posted the solution. In the original question, I was thinking the problem might have resulted in overflowed-text in the article descriptions, That wasn’t the problem, thankfully. And Jacques was nice enough to respond to that part of the (ticket?). However, Jacques was commenting on the size of the title, while I was talking about the description field.
