Hello, it's me again with the new question about API and webhooks explicitly. I've noticed strange behavior with 'user.tag.created':When you add only one tag at a time - you get user with this tag in tags field. But when I add a bunch of them user doesn't seem to include new ones in 'tags' field.  Below in my payload you can see that created tag (id: 4783953) is not present in user's tags.I want to know is it expected behavior or no? Is there a way to set a display condition for an app in the messenger to only display if the user is accessing the messenger from web (vs mobile app)? In my specific scenario, I want to link to a few of our Product Tours in our messenger so people can easily find them. But since the Product Tours don't display on mobile, I only want these to be available in the messenger if the user is on web, but not if they are in mobile.  So I'd like to essentially add a display condition related to the current device they're using or something.

I was wondering where the best spot would be to find stats on outbound messages sent via API calls. The info I am looking for is just how many messages are sent out this way per month.

For example, if I enrolled 10 people into a series, and the series had a number of emails over a week, could I change the final email before users/leads get to that stage?  I think previously once users/leads were enrolled in Series any changes would only apply for new users/leads enrolled?

Our product has some thick-client aspects that require users to download and install updates and we usually help them through that process. We have a cloud portion where we have Intercom installed. We'd like to run a tour on the cloud portion and then at the end of the tour have the user do something that indicates their interested in updating. Our internal employees would then reach out to the user to work with them. Where I'm running into a challenge is that due to our security stance, we don't store user's PII in Intercom (i.e. their email). We can connect the dots from the user ID on our backend, but Intercom itself isn't approved to store it (yet). So, I'm looking to come up with an easy way for the user to indicate that they're interested without collecting their email address. Best I can come up with is have emoji that indicate interest and then we'd manually review the list of who clicked an emoji to follow-up with them. Any other ideas for how t

Is it possible to update a large number of Users at once? We have a new external field mapping to a People Data attribute, but a quantity of Users need that attribute back-filled. Ideally I'd like to write a script that checks every user if the field is populated, and if not populates the field from a database value. If I could upload a CSV that would work too 😋

Emails in campaigns showed a breakdown of goals by sent, opened, and clicked. However, emails in a Series don't seem to have this breakdown. Curious to know if this affects how you report on the performance of your email campaigns and if this is something that is coming soon to Series.  

Hi there!  I'm currently auditing how our messages are set up (what cadence, when they are triggered, at what date, etc) Short of actually going in and creating a google sheet or Miro Board and manually auditing the flow/timeline one by one is there some way to easily visually map out the cadence of messages, or an integration that does this? Any insight is much appreciated 😀

I've already created the text and setup the outbound chat message yet it keeps asking me to finish creating the chat if i want it to set it live I think it's because the audience is set to One-off instead of Ongoing. Does anyone have any idea when i'll be able to create a time on page rule for One-Off messages?

Some of our users are having difficulties sending us a message. Any ideas? :)

Our app allows users to click "Report" and the main messenger page with the articles and "send a message" should appear. But for the Android app, the user will be taken to a window that allows them to message us directly, which makes the custom bots and the articles lose their purpose. The only time they see the information is when they click "Report" the 2nd time after messaging us. This is a bit annoying for our support team, since we've taken the time to set up the custom bots and FAQs to save time, only for the users to not see them.  I've contacted Intercom's support before and this is specific to the Android SDK. Hoping this can be fixed soon so we can cut down work for our support team. Thanks!
