Hey folks, looking for some advice here and will give a use-case to help for context. We have payments built into our app and a user might start the "payments onboarding wizard" (to set up payments in their account) but abandon it half way through. We have set up user events to help us track that, however I want to be able to see that at a company level, so that we can easily track how many companies have abandoned the payments setup. if i only have it at a user level, then the number of companies is diluted in the information if more than one person from the same company has fired that event. realize I can export to clean the list but I'd love to do it in the UI instead...  I assume the only way to actually handle this is to create a corresponding company attribute? Would love to know how others have handled this.

I would like to figure out how long a series will last on the basis of the sum of several wait blocks. For instance, if I have the following steps and wait blocks:Wait block = 10 daysBanner up to 6 daysWait block = 5 daysBanner up to 2 days How should I compute the min and max duration of this sequence ? Based on my current understanding it would be : Min = 10 + 5 + 1 = 16 days ?Max = 10 + 6 + 2 = 18 days ? When we add a wait block of 10 days, the subsequent event starts on day 10 or 11 ?

We would like to segment our users into two groups, one that receives real time chat support and one that has more automation and a longer response time so that we don't have to monitor all of our customer inquiries at all times. We'd like to take advantage of intercom's resolution bots and article inserter features for the second group.  Does anyone have suggestions for the best way to handle/route these two groups? The options we have explored are the following:Hide the intercom chat bubble entirely for users in the second group and add a link to our help center in the app.Down side of this is that they don't get all of the other intercom features like featured articles etc. and we would have to set up some sort of ticketing/email system for their support requestsApply a rule to route users to differing teams in the inbox, one that we monitor constantly and one that we respond to daily. Hi all, We are currently having a lot of issues with responses we send via Intercom. It seems that a great amount of our replies go info the SPAM folders of the receiving contacts. We now are receiving more and more replies form customer why we don't respond and it's hurting our service level quite hard.  Is there anyone who can help us urgently???? Cheers,Pieter

If I send an outbound posts to a visitor and the visitor clicks on a link in the content, does it become Active ?how about if the visitor presses reaction, does it become Active?

We take a newly registered user from the login landing page to a different page to go through the onboarding tour. After that, I want to kick off a page-level tour the next time they visit the login landing page.  I can set tours up based on the referral page, but I don't know what page the user will have last visited before coming back to the landing page again. Any ideas?

I'd like to see a report that shows referral URLs and recent page views from conversations. I can see this info from the individual conversation record. It'd be helpful to see for all convos in a dashboard view or with a CSV export option. Is there a way to pull this data into a consolidated report?

Since a few hours ago, the emails I send via the Messages product have an issue: images in the emails are never loaded when the email is viewed on the recipient email client. It's like the image CDN for the email images is down.Does anyone else have similar issues? 

Hi community, I'd like to send a visitor an email after a certain bot interaction (and also after capturing their email).  For example, the bot offers them a resource and it asks whether they would like it to be sent to their email. Would the easiest way be to tag them and then create an ongoing email with the tag as the Rule? Thanks in advance!

Hi, I've mostly managed to navigate the Intercom API without issues. However, I'm struggling to create a note. (I'm using Python, but can replicate the issue with curl.) curl https://api.intercom.io/contacts/5f908d5b37fbb4bceed4c97a/note-X POST -H 'Authorization:Bearer *snip*' -H 'Accept:application/json' -d  { "body": "Shiny", "admin_id": "*snip*"} And I get a 404. Basically, https://api.intercom.io/contacts/lt;intercomid>/note doesn't seem to exist. If I change the URL to https://api.intercom.io/contacts/lt;intercomid>/notes then I get a different error - 400, "Body can't be nil" I am on the latest version (2.3) of the API. Can anyone help please? ThanksRobert

Hi Team, We are trying to create leads manually for those we know the name and Email in Salesforce. When in closed conversations we are clicking on the button 'Create Lead' under Salesforce in the Intercom chats. we get error.

A question from our design team, is it possible to embed gifs into custom email templates?

For instance we ask for name and email address, but right now there's nothing preventing users from entering a 100 character name or a malformed email address.

We have a tech team that (currently) does not respond to clients but still need the ticket in their inbox so the ticket has to go to the tech team then back to the original assignee but when it switches teams is removes the assignee. Is there a setting I'm missing or a workaround? Thanks!

There currently aren't any design options without a button for mobile carousels and I'm not finding an easy way to delete the button.  Are there any workarounds for this?

If we wanted to show the same mobile carousel to the same user if they kept matching event criteria, are we able to do that in an ongoing campaign? Or will it always just show once?

We can see in the configuration of canvas kit, we can tick operator. But its not clear, when the operator will be called? where do we need customize or configure? Cld anyone provide me a link to learn about the operators.

It bugs me enormously why we can't just have employee@wherever.com (deactivated) instead of having them disappear once and for all on Intercom. I can't retrieve my Support team's stats correctly from last month because I removed someone who left the company. Intercom's answer was to change their email and password and leave it there, paying their seat monthly to have access to their information.Does this make any sense to anyone?
