I have the problem that we need to update many organizations (> 100k ) on a regular basis ideally via a bulk call. Reading https://developers.intercom.com/intercom-api-reference/reference#update-contactI see no reference to any bulk action.

Hi, We sent an email to 1300 users to sign up for a webinar. the places filled quickly (100) so we're running another. Is there a way to message the same group *excluding* the people who attended the 1st webinar? I've found 2 options on how to proceed but can't see how this could work in Intercom. Option 1 : the Intercom/Zoom integration. But that simply inserts a link to the webinar into the message right? It doesn't actually record who has registered? Option 2: I've exported a CSV list of attendees but again, I don't see how to use this as an exclusion list in Intercom. Any ideas?

I would like to take all my current outbound messages with the same tag and import them into the series so I can start to build a messaging workflow for that tag. My issue is that when I go to copy my current outbound messages into the series section it does not give me the option to link it on to a previous message. For example we send a welcome message when the user first logins in, 1 week later we send a reminder they are half way through their trial. I would like to like these two by removing the current entry conditions for the 1 week reminder and use a wait 7 day function off the welcome message. Can this be done?

Our billing settings and signed contract conditions are different. This also affects invoices. I'm trying to reach anyone on this since August, but we still couldn't set this right. I've tried emails, intercom support chats, and direct approach.I overall love how intercom helps my team daily and hope this issue will be resolved soon :)

I have around 6000+ test usres in our account and we are about to go live. I have checked and found out that intercom provides delete user API in version 1.4. I have tried the v1.4 user list API and it is working but when I tried the delete usre API, I believe I got the success response. But when I checked the user list API again, I can still see the user and in intercom interface also I can see the same user. So I am confused now that whether the delete user API actually works or not? Can you please confirm? A quick response will be much appreciated.

In api v1.4 we used external user id to do all the user manipulations. Now in 2.2 to update a user/contact we should use:https://api.intercom.io/contacts/lt;id> <id > is explained in the docs (https://developers.intercom.com/intercom-api-reference/reference#identifiers-and-urls: The company and user objects deserve special mention when it comes to identity for two reasons -They allow you send your own external identifiers When we try calling https://api.intercom.io/contacts/lt;id> with external user id as <id> - we get error 404: {"type":"error.list","request_id":"...","errors":[{"code":"not_found","message":"User Not Found"}]} So either there is something wrong in the docs or we are missing some information. How to properly update user/contact in api 2.2? Do we need to first search for user by external user id to get the "intercom user id"?  

When adding a custom attribute there is a format option called 'List'. Is there any documentation on what it is for and how to use it and I can't seem to find any. Thanks!

I know it's possible to present the helpcenter using: Intercom.presentHelpcenter() But is there a way of presenting a specific article when doing this, using the article ID? Thanks!

Can I get a list of users who have visited a particular page?For example, I would like to list the users who are looking at the cancellation page.

In the scheduling section of any message when creating a Serie, I can't choose to stop sending a message after some date as in regular campaigns. Since campaigns will soon be deprecated, is there any workaround, is it something that you might consider to ad. It doesn't seem crazy to be able to stop certain messages within a Serie after some date. At least it might be useful to prevent users from entering a Serie after some time. Thanks in advanced

We are having a problem where our customers aren't getting a response because they don't realize that they MUST click "talk to person" in order for a human to see their message. We want to change this functionality so unless they say "that helped," the conversations are routed to our human inboxes. Is that possible?

Previously when you clicked on an article and then clicked on the views, there would be a view count next to the persons name, to indicate how many times they viewed that specific article. Why did this disappear with the new reporting? Instead i just see a long, not clean, list of users, and if someone viewed the article more than once, they just show up in this unorganized list.. This makes it really hard to look at a glance if certain customers are viewing an article more frequently than others. Could this functionality be added back in?
