Hi,Using webhooks to integrate Intercom with some 3rd party software.Subscribed for "conversation.admin.replied" topic. Everything works fine, until the "Article Inserter" is used.When message contains inserted article, the webhook data provided is: 'part_type': 'comment', 'body': '<p>[App: Article Inserter]</p>' So, there is no way to convert such webhook data to message in 3rd party software. We only know that some article was inserted. No url, no ID or title. It will be great if webhook data will contain information about inserted article.Hope it will get fixed someday. P.S. When we use "Insert Article" from Intercom mobile app (without Article Inserter app) - everything works fine, we get the article url in webhook data. But on desktop there is no such button without extra app...

Either by exporting the data and reimporting, or some kind of API to a tool that can help? For example, I want to be able to segment for users that have a specific Event occurring on a specific page, and send them a post or email.  The URL is in the event meta data but from Intercom Help pages it doesn't appear there is a way to use this in Intercom to segment or trigger something to happen.

Would love some recommendations for online courses, books or other resources to learn more about leadership / people management. SaaS customer support 10-20 person team and scaling.

We are doing a general cleaning on our Intercom account (old messages, unused tags, unused segments, events, etc). Is there a way to select several of each segment and delete them at the same time? Or is the only way to do it one by one?Thank you!

I am also facing weird kind of issue. what happened in my scenario is that is as below (API V is 2.3).As per docs intercom save timestamp data in UTC formatwhen I pass the UTC timestamp to search API sometimes is does not return any result , but at the same time I pass the timestamp of my local region I got requested data . sometimes it happen vise-versain GET All CONTACT API - when requested sometimes data come in ASC order despite mention order=DESC key in query-params I am not sure what is happening at server but I am sure about date is correctly formatted from ISO string to UTC timestamp. Please kindly provide help.

Hello, we currently have two FB pages connected to intercom with the "Facebook integration".Is there any way we can assign the incoming conversion to specific teams depending on what pages they come from? When a message is sent from a FB page to intercom is shows as a Facebook message but doesn't specify what page it was from or URL. In other words, we don't know what FB page it comes from and we cannot assign it to the right team on Intercom. Is there a nice way to do this?

Can you add anchor tags to Help Center articles that are longer?

In our web app a user has multiple sites that they manage. I want the product tour to start when the user has entered into a site for the first time. However, the link changes with the site ID for each user so will product tours work in this case? I've tried it in Intercom and I can't get it to work.

When using anchors you can't seem to be able to add just the anchor as a link "#example-example" without Intercom adding "https://" in front of it and rendering the anchor useless. Any way around this? A workaround is to use the full URL but this means that for every link it sends visitors to a new window, which is not great.

Hey, we are currently considering to implement all our automated emails in Intercom. Among others, there are for example emails to our new subscribers, that vary in their links, like an e-mail verification or sent login-data. How can I implement that into a Intercom series? All the best,Leo

Sometimes is better to have an answer scheduled to be sent in a specific time & day.I know I could just snooze the conversation to reply it latter, but if I could answer now and schedule to be sent in another time this would be great...

I have filtered articles to specific users (me being one) to test this functionality however they aren't showing in our knowledge base when I search for them? Any ideas why not?

Hello! I'm new to this forum, love it! I was wondering what the main purpose for the different workspaces is? Maybe if you guys could provide some examples as to how or why you've used different workspaces. I've got my main workspace pretty much all setup and running, but just wondering as I don't wanna miss out on any other great feature that we could utilize! :)
