Trying to adapt messenger styling/customizing to work with our multiple brand website, but learned that this feature only works based on domain and subdomain basis, is it possible to do it path based? like: https://mysite.com/brand1?

Ideally we'd want to apply a Macro that:Provides a canned message that they should search for assistance in the Help CenterClose out the Conversation. Currently, it seems like the closest way to approximate that is two-fold:Use a rule to assign these users to a specific inboxFire the macro from that inboxIt would require the extra step of enacting the macro...but seems to be as close as we can get with the current actions available for Inbox Rules. Am I missing anything?

I'm working with over 100 resolution bots and I'm having trouble keeping them organized. Are there any upcoming features around adding labels, tags, or folders? Anyone have any suggestions for workarounds in the meantime?

Cant's select an element to launch a custom bot. Error message: Could not generate a selector. Please add your selector manually. I'm trying to add a custom bot which needs to be launched by clicking a button. When I try too select the element on the website, it keeps throwing up the error: "Could not generate a selector. Please add your selector manually: (Error: Selector was not found.)". This is despite the element having the attribute:<a class="bottom-price-btn theme-btn-2 btn" data-intercom-target="Get in touch">Get In Touch</a> Any ideas how I get this to work?

We implemented the Intercom Messenger in our web site. We love it and it works very well with my customers in US (also in my laptop when I was in San Francisco).when I go to Vietnam, I and my team can't use it anymore. It shows loading forever.And I saw this error in chrome devtoolsDo anyone know this issue? Please give us some advices.

I've actually already brought this to a conversation with Ryan from support, but I'm posting it since it seems there are almost no clear docs on the topic. While implementing Intercom in a React single-page app, I noticed the calls to Intercom('update') (as suggested by the SPA guide) weren't showing in the conversation or contact page until I hit refresh in the Intercom page. The same is true for submitted events.It's actually a bit misleading to have "now" in bright green when the user might have moved away from the current page after initiating the chat. The only place that makes it clear is a single sentence in Events FAQ & Troubleshooting. This definitely needs:clear communication in any place that suggests using Intercom('update') to add a new pageviewsame for event documentationactually an auto-updating UI, since it may be very helpful, besides resolving the misleading information

We implemented a chatbot and livechat for the chinese part of our website. Unfortunately to login to the backend is a pain for our china based employees. To login they need several minutes. Anyone else has this issue or knows how to avoid this problem?  For example a connector to teams or skype (where our employees can directly chat with the customers)?Any help appreciated.Cheers,Diego

One of our Product's key selling points is dynamic in terms of when it will first appear. It could be weeks, or it could be months. Or if it's a new user for an existing client, it will be as soon as they log in the first time.  Once it hits, it is a BIG DEAL and we want to trigger right then a congratulatory/explanatory Product Tour so they recognize and understand how to shift their workflow for these specific items. The issue is that this is a web element. It doesn't live in the URL, and it doesn't appear as a User/Company attribute in Intercom.  Any thoughts or is this a Product Enhancement? 

Settings > Outbound > Addresses & Domains > Custom Addresses I am trying to setup a new email address to allow messages sent from Intercom to reflect our company domain in the 'From' field. The problem is that I am not receiving the message that is required to complete the email address verification.  I believe the problem is that the messages are being blocked because we have a security feature enabled on our Google G Suite account known as MTA-STS ( https://support.google.com/a/answer/9261504?hl=en ). Can you advise if Intercom supports this and how we can complete the verification process?

Hi team - when we add conversation tags through the API, we can't find them in the Inbox UI. Is that possible?  Also, do tags added through the API show up in Reports? (Customer support > Conversation tags)

We have multiple workspaces for different brands. We have experienced that switching from workspaces leads to lower customer support quality, especially when you don't get notified about one workspace when working in another workspace.  Now we would like to receive all brand massages in one workspace. Therefore, I have found out that multi-branding would be interesting for this problem. We would like to know if these messages can also be limited to some teammates. Let's say brand A can not see the messages of brand B. I found out that this could be possible using SLA and Workload management, but I am not sure if I can also limit access with these two features.

Is there a way to change if a CTA button in email shows or not show depending on if user is using app?

Is it possible to have/setup a different Outbound Bot for subdomains than the Outbound Bot that shows on the main domain? Thanks!
