I need a bit of help understanding something in my series when using product tours and tagging users based on whether they've completed the tour or not.  I'm noticing that the tours are being delivered (44 in the screenshot within 30 days of coming online), but the next step of my series is confusing me... I want to tag someone if they completed the tour, and tag someone if they didn't complete the tour, so I've got a step in the series to see if the user completed the tour (the tour is 4 steps long btw, it's short) within 30 days of seeing it (This was the default value and I thought that was plenty of time to run the check). BUT the series tells me that 28 people are still trying to match which looks like they are not moving through my series fast enough... Is that because the 30 days must elapse before the user can continue through the series? So actually I was this number to be as small as possible...  Can someone help me understand what settings to use here and

I duplicated a bot we were using in 'Outbound' and set it up in "From New Conversation'. I paused the Outbound bot and set the From New Conversation bot live. When I tested as a user, I saw an error message. I'm not sure if that screen was from the paused bot. Has anyone had an issue when they've paused a bot?  If a bot has been served to the user, and then it's paused, does it create an error?  Or does the paused bot still appear at the users end correctly if it was served to the user prior to it being paused?

Hi community,  We have recently switched to Intercom and I need a bit of help from you guys!  On our website, we have a couple of forms, that visitors can fill out, to ultimately become leads (some MQL's, some SQL's, and some PQL's - but let's leave that out of it for now).  I am currently struggling to find out, how to create contacts automatically for people that fill out these forms.  This may be a very basic question, but my searches around the internet has left me with nothing.  Thank you, guys!

Is there a way to add a tag to someone based off an email or chat response in a series (i.e. if they respond to an intercom email they are tagged automatically)?

I need to bulk delete a company tag and I'm not seeing any way to do this easily. I don't want to delete the tag entirely because it's being used in other places. I'd also like to avoid having to do it one by one since that will be time-consuming.

Hi, I have some restricted articles that is only visible to a group of users. User authentication is working in messager, but if I suggest them to go to those restricted articles, they will be redirected to the Help Center website, and Help Center doesn't recognize them as users, thus will block their access. What do I need to do for Help Center to identify my users as users?

Let's say I have a created a banner on 10th July and 18th July.. A user logs in on the 20th after a long time. Will both these banner be active for him? Or the first one will be active and the moment he dismisses the second one will go active? 

We sent out a custom email this week that I spent a long time coding in pure HTML/CSS. Is there any way of finding the code for the email so that I can use it as a template in the future? It seems as if once the email is sent, it is deleted?!?

Does anyone know a way to trigger outbound messages if the value within a custom attribute has increased?  i.e. send an email if the custom attribute value (which was 3 for example) has now increased to 4.  Thanks!

Am I able to assign an incoming chat to a specific agent without requiring a specific tag for each agent?

I would like to send an email to users who did not get my last email. I tried adding a tag to the previous email and then excluding that tag from the new email, but it's not excluding people who already received it. How else can I do this?

I'm trying to make the entry rules for a series so that people who log in after a certain date and who are recurring users get funnelled into the series. But when I add the date rule, I get a red bar at the top of the screen, but no information as to what the problem may be. Can you help me?

I have tried Intercom's automated option. But I want a more customized and controlled way of asking customers for feedback once they have had a conversation with me. I tried using apps like Survicate, Typeform, etc. but the problem with that is, once I receive the feedback, I don't see the conversation for which I got the response.That's really odd!I would love to know if any of you have set up any customized feedback system.

I just read this article (Install intercom with GTM) but it does not provide instructions on how to get the necessary variables for the Data Attributes to be sent to Intercom. Can anybody help me or point me to how to fill this part. Thanks in advance. 

How does Intercom track and report on outbound emails that are forwarded from the recipient to another user (say in the same company) who then opens the email and follows the links?

Not sure where this conversation goes this but dropping here for now.  We would like to create campaigns for leads that visit and interact with the site, however, we keep coming across one common issue. We have a lot of users who come back to the site and email support utilizing an email different from the one they used to create their account/ signup with.  We currently only offer 1:1 support for users, not leads, so no chat/ support widget from intercom is featured on the website. A lot of members will send an email to support directly via a different email, and it creates a new lead. We want to be able to send leads through an automated campaign but can't do this confidently while there are a lot of users being labeled as leads when they message in with new emails.  How can we keep this from happening? This is not a matter of wanting to know how to merge leads and users, I want to find a way to keep them from incorrectly being labeled as a lead in the first place. Are there any

can i set a list of users who have not read a particular article

Hi, party people. At the moment, I cannot find a way to set up the working station for the agent:inbox customization - setup views, teams, apps, and other stuff in the right panel "Conversation details"push notificationsI can only provide the users of my Intercom workspace with the rights to customize it themselves and provide them with the instructions. This is not the best way to manage the team. I would like to be able to set up everything for the agent (not just provide permissions for teammates as it works now). Is there a way to do that without the need of bothering the teammate?
