I've set up a Series that includes a Post with an embedded video clip. I would like to see how it will all look when it's live, but I can't find a way to preview a post.  When I see it in the builder, the video clip does not consistently play. and when it does play, I don't hear sound even if I click.

Is there a way to search "full text" through the conversations? For example if I am looking for any conversations that include the word "circle" or something. I do not see much search options unless you explicitly tag something.

Is it possible to trigger a Series by recent page views? I can see the data in a user profile but not in the rules.

We have around 25 different Series so it would be really nice to be able to group them together in the main Series overview page. i.e.Onboarding Series xOnboarding Series yOnboarding Series z Trial Expired Series xOnboarding Series yOnboarding Series z I can't see there's a way to do this, or am i missing something?

I have this message in my acc Team invite emails can’t be sent right now as your app is being reviewed. I don't know why my acc didn't pass the review. And in support, nobody answers to me (now a week). What can I do, because in the message about the review they say that I should contact support, but nobody answers!

Hello, I need to manager automatically our customer who try to reach us out of office hours.I thought that was a basic feature but it seems not...So it seems I need to set up a custom bot to be able to send automatically an out off office message. I need to display this message each time a customer intent to contact us through intercom out of our office so every weekdays night and on weekends.  But obviously, impossible to find anything out in helpdesk, and I don't expect an anwser from intercom support team before severals months...So thank in advance for your help and feed back !   

For every conversation, every time a customer startsa customer responds toor when a team member responds it notifies me 2-3x times in the notification view of my iPhone. This is happening to all of us in our tiny team of 5x people. We all have iOS 14.x 

I would like to send "recommendation" emails to customers following a chat to summarize the discussion to be kept as a reminder of actions to take. Each customer will have a personalized email, so the design can be a template but not the content. What would be the best way to achieve this? Can the email be created/sent from Intercom or should I connect with Mailchimp?

Building a product tour, I have created all the slides, but after the 3rd slide or pop up and click next, the correlating screen does not load, it stays on one screen for the remainder of the tour.

first try at a product tour. when i preview the tour, i'm routed to the correct url, i sign into my webb app, but the tour never displays. what newbie goof am i making?

Can you please add the ability to filter views based on "tag is not present" - I notice all of the filters don't have a "present" or "not present" option which is presenting challenges for us.

Hello Intercom world! I’m currently building a marketplace / platform.The supply side has a web app CMS/dashboard, the demand side native mobile app. And we have also an institutional website. In short, a lot of work! We deployed Intercom on the supply side. So far, Intercom meet our needs.I would like now to set up Intercom on the demand side. What are the best practices for my use case? We're currently trialling the Inbox Essential. After sending our first email our account has been put in review. We are getting the message: Email can't be sent right now as your workspace is being reviewed. We've emailed your workspace admin with more details. Read more on our review process here I've messaged via the support chat a number of times over the past couple of days, but not had any response. How can we move forward?

We're currently translating our product to several languages and so the user will only know certain terms from our app in their respective language. We are however not at a point where we can translate all our helpdesk articles. So people will search for something for example in Dutch and it will never show any topic, because the helpdesk it not localized. Did any of you run into this as well? How did you solve it?Also opened a chat with Intercom about this, but maybe someone has some experience to share. I know about the Lokalise integration, but it might be above our budget, maybe there is a different solution, via API or something.

I use dynamic URLs on my site but want to create a Product Tour that launches on every version of that URL. How can I do this?

Hi everyone, I have many series that has to be started sequentially one after another (A->B->C..)Right know, when series A "ends", I tag users with "START_SERIES_B", and I have an entry rule on B based on that tag. That works, but the problem is when users exits or gets disengaged from a series. They don't get the tag so series B doesn't start, and obviously the series chain stops there, and then those users doesn't onboard fully on my product. I'm thinking it 2 possible solutionsTag users when they are disengaged or exits a series: I've chatted with support and they said this can't be done by nowHave an entry rule that says "User has finished, disengaged or exited series X": I didn't find itAny suggestions? Anyone with the same problem found a solution? Thanks folks!  

When Campaigns are deprecated will there be a way to filter/search for who received messages from a certain campaign? How will I be able to view this information? We use this data regularly and this is very nerve-racking for us to not be able to access it

Hello, i just can't find out how to finish my product tour with a shower of confetti. Can anybody help me? Does my tour have to be saved and closed before I do that?

I am trying to create a product tour for a website, and adding pointers and posts have been working fine until I point to a field in a new window. Then I am not able to type anything in the box below:It is required to type something into "Type your content here..." to save the pointer/post.

Hello, I have 2 tours set up for 2 different sections in our app. We want to launch both tours through the Intercom API.  One of the tours is on a dynamic link (we have a parameter in the URL). In order to be able to build this tour, we set the build on link to an instance of the dynamic link ( with a parameter that was generate by our app when we entered that page ). After configuring the tour, when we went to that specific page ( that now had another parameter) and wanted to start the tour via API, nothing happened.  Can you please help me with this issue. Thank you,Ionut

I want to be able to target people who have reached one URL (the account set-up screens, which are all on the same URL) but not yet reached another URL (which is the post account set up URL). I've looked at creating a Series with an Entry Rule 'Current Page is not...' with that URL being the post account set up URL, but I'm not sure if this is the right way of doing it? Can someone recommend the best way of setting this up please? thanks,Joe

Hi,  I'm french and I would like to include the sign up date in one of my emails : "You are using our solution from the {signed up date}". When i do a preview, it works, but the format of the date is not good : I would like to have the whole date : "le 4 février 2021".  How can I do so ?  Thank you !
