Hi, Are there workarounds for formatting RTL languages correctly in an English-only Help Center?

We have Intercom installed on every page of our website. We have a new service we are promoting. When a visitor arrives at a specific page on our website we would like to have a specific message auto pop up for capturing lead information just on this page. How do we do this? Thank you.

I have a list of 1k users who have completed an email that I'd like to tag, but I don't have their email addresses in the .csv I'm trying to upload. Is there another way to tag those users that doesn't include the .csv upload? My fallback plan is export all users and match their User ID to their email via Excel, but hoping there's an easier way. Or bonus points if there's an easier way to tag people who clicked a one-off email we sent than this manual tag?

We have a large number of mobile carousels in our app and was wondering if there was a quick way of being able to tag all users who have received any of our mobile carousels rather than in Series where it appears you have to specify which specific carousel they have received

Hey all, since my last attempt for translating articles was super successful, I'll try to pick your brains again.We are preparing to launch our software in more languages. Can anybody share some tips on how to go about translating outbound communication? Were you able to automate some steps? We will probably work with external translators for most languages. Will we have to rely mostly on copy/pasting the content we receive from them? Thanks for your input

It is very cool how you can control to whom you show new conversation button or diversify apps and info inside the Intercom widget. The thing that I found lacking is that it seems that it does not affect mobile app users.  Did anyone have such experience and is it true that these settings do not affect mobile app users?

We'd like to use this to get the email or conversation ID in a link that we can send to our system.  Something like {{ conversation_id }} I couldn't find these in any documentation - are there any secret ones?

Hi 👋  Based on Intercom documentation: "If a teammate has been inactive in Intercom for over 5 minutes, they'll appear as 'away'" However, in our case, even after 30-40 minutes of inactivity, the teammate status not setting on Away.  During Auto Assignment, team member status is quite important. That's why I requested a feature that would control the working hours and automatically set the Away status. But before this feature becomes available, why does automatic Away status not working?

Are there any SaaS industry metrics/best practices in terms of completion percentages that we should aim for? We use our Product Tours to create a one-to-all channel to help train user during Onboarding and for Product Releases. I know that you can see on a per tour basis the number of views and completion percentage, but trying to determine the following stats on a quarterly basis:# of viewsPercent of Tour CompletedAny other useful stats Also, are there any SaaS benchmarks/best practices that Intercom can share in regards to Product Tours as well?

I'd like to be able to be notified or notify a team member when certain actions occur. In the same way that you can email a customer at specific points, I want to be able to notify an account manager when one of their customers hasnt used the platform?

We have a feature called a "To-do list" and my top Search Terms with No Result include "todo" "to-do" and "todos". When I search for "to-dos" I see in the search results that only "do" is highlighted. Are hyphens treated as whitespace, and "to" excluded due to being a common word? I see other posts requesting a hidden keyword feature or hashtags, I think that might help this situation but it also seems that since this is such a short word with a hyphen that it is difficult to find.

I would like to start to gather customers' wishes for new features, conditions etc. There are a lot of ways to navigate this, but I would like to implement some sort of app or widget using the Intercom. Maybe, some of you had such cases and will be able to share the best practices/apps and so on. Thank you

Are there plans to allow the mobile app to insert articles in the same message as my reply to the customer? Currently I have to send my first message to them explaining the issue and then send a separate message using the article inserter. It would be nice for the app to add it to my message as it does in the Inbox on the browser.

We have a lot of customer who put other people in their company on CC whenever they have a query for us. When the email is forwarded from our support email to intercom inbox all the people on CC shows up on the conversation detail bar. This means that if we answer through Intercom, they will all get the email. We wish to keep them on CC and rather have the original sender only as the main recipient.

I'm new to the intercom so i don't know what to do. If anybody can help it's really helpful for me.

I have a chat to collect emails for a newsletter. However, it collects the email but doesn't organize it anywhere. No tag is added to show that they are on a list.  How are others using this functionality to acquire and grow their newsletter list? It is worth mentioning, we send our newsletter via MailerLite.

While we can run Articles on subdomain, its contents do not really contribute to the content of the main domain in content marketing / SEO perspective. So our idea is: Add no-index to Intercom's Help Center running at help.ourdomain.comCreate dynamic pages under ourdomain.com/help which would pull Article's contents via API into our website so they can be properly indexed. I wonder if anybody has had the same idea and successfully manged to implement it? Or perhaps there are some more reasonable workarounds.

We tested the post which recorded us as 'Opened' but even though we clicked on a video inserted in the post, it did not record as clicked. Is that not tracked as 'Clicked on post'?

As for the image, I want to know if it is possible to let people who match ‘Who will enter’ get the message without matching ‘When to enter’  (After I tagged the customers, they should get the message from this series) From what I have tried, without setting ‘When to enter’, the message won’t be sent. Is there any way I can fix that?  Thank you so much.
