I'm trying to set up a login page for my users but basing on available information I can't understand how does it work and what exactly should I do. I added link to my login page I set an article to be available only for usersWhen I open my test help center I see no articles but link to the login pageI click the linkI'm on my login page and I submit valid credentials?  What should be the next step? Shall I redirect my user to the help center? If so, then how should I let the Intercom know that my user managed to sign in?And where can I find the relevant documentation? Because what I found on the help center settings page seems to lack some information. I'll appreciate any help 🙏 Regards,Marek

Hi all, I have a question for super users and product experts around product tours and sticky headers. I LOVE product tours but we're not using them to anywhere near their potential due to an issue between our site's headers and how product tours scroll. We've followed all the articles to fix it and raised it a couple of times with Intercom support but I'm keen to know if anyone has dealt with this before or know's a trick that could somehow get it working for us. To explain it further when you point to elements in your product tour steps and you're travelling down the page, the page scrolls perfectly, but as soon as you have to point back up to an element that you have scrolled past, the scrolling doesn't engage properly.  Pic below. In the top pic, (when editing the step) the element is selected properly and is how it should appear but it appears on our site like the second pic, where half the header is selected and half the element. We've tried all t

We would like to have a button on one page of the app that, when clicked, will open the messenger, and there will be a custom reply/header with a short note. (i.e. send your request on the chat box below, and we'll get it uploaded as soon as possible-- something to this effect). Thank you in advance for your response!

My series has the trigger "event is signup" and some audience filters. The preview audience indicates 18 matches but when I set the series live, it shows 0 matches. Any ideas? Thanks!

I'd like to secure my help center, but the documentation is only for Cloudflare, and AWS. I know we could figure it out using a custom certificate. However, this is complex and time consuming.  It'd be great if Intercom just installed the certificate for you. This is how most other help centers work.

Is there a way to send outbound messages to different users? For example, if a user purchased an in-person event or a virtual event can we send an outbound message that are catered to those specific purchases?

Hello there,we have external clients which is easy to create conversations. But we have also internal clients who have the same domain mail than the universal inbox (support@kesselmedia.fr) and these clients who are not operator, have some questions to ask also (they have an email @kesselmedia.fr. Instead of just getting notifications for new messages in inboxes that we are a part of, my team seems to be getting notifications for every reply in the all category. It's only in the new inbox, when I switch back to the old inbox I have no issues.

Once clicked on yes or now, a simple page would open thanking them for their answer. I know MailChimp had this functionality, would be great is the new Surveys feature be able to accommodate this, however I can't seem to find a way to do this.

Hey there, I'm using the Intercom JS messenger widget. I'd like to pre-populate it with information from my app (name, email and a few custom fields). I see a few possible ways to kind of do what I'm looking to do, but they all require a `user_id`, which I believe is the intercom user ID. Is there a way to configure the Messenger without knowing the intercom user ID? Ideally something like —window.intercomSettings = { app_id: YOUR_APP_ID, user: { email: THE_EMAIL user_id_on_my_app: THE_ID custom_attribute: SOMETHING } }Is that possible?

Since the new inbox has been released, the ability to select the thumbs up and thumbs down on resolution bot answers to help them improve within a chat are no longer there. Can they be returned?
